Consistency - Bob Hyland, HC St. Mary's Springs HS (WI), 50 Years, 17 State Championships
Bob Hyland is the Wisconsin's all-time leader in career wins as a head coach and his ability to get his St. Mary’s Springs and was named the 2019 Associated Press coach of the year.
Springs defeated Regis 7-0 in WIAA Division 6 championship game for the team's third consecutive state title. It was the ninth WIAA championship for Hyland and the 17th state title overall when including Springs’ eight championships as a member of WISAA.
Hyland’s overall record stands at 477-107-2 in 49 seasons with the Ledgers and the program has also finished as state runner-up nine times, putting Springs' championship game appearance total at 26.
Hyland is the #3 winningest active coach and #6 all-time winningest coach in high school football history.

Jeff Steinberg - Preparing For The Season And Connection With Players
In today’s episode of the Coach and Coordinator Podcast, Keith Grabowski is joined by Jeff Steinberg, head coach at Beaumont High School in California. Prior to taking over at Beaumont in 2018, Steinberg served as the head coach at Rancho Verde, where he posted a 33-8 record over three seasons that included back-to-back CIF-SS semifinal appearances in 2015 and 2016 and a Division 3 title in 2017. Grabowski and Coach Steinberg discussed preparation for the season considering the different states of conditioning and preparedness based on the shutdown and time away from our programs. 7x State Champion Brice Scifres, Bringing the Football Development Model to Your Community

Our guest is seven-time state champion at Roncalli HS, Bruce Scifres. Scifres led the Rebels to seven Indiana state championships, the most recent being his undefeated team of 2016. His record was 248-88. Being The Offensive Coordinator And OL Coach - Kory Allen, University Of Findlay
On today’s podcast, University of Findlay offensive coordinator, Kory Allen shares some innovations he has been a part of as well as his advice on how to be the offensive coordinator and offensive line coach. Entering his 15th season with the Oilers in 2020-21 Allen’s leadership along the line has helped the Oilers reach new heights on the offensive side of the ball. The 2019 version of the Oilers offense scored 38 points per game and picked up 463 yards per game. While at the University of Findlay, Allen has helped craft one of the best offenses in the country with proof from the multiple nationally ranked statistics he has produced.
