STEPHANIE'S JOURNEY Stephanie is a small woman! She lost around 50 lbs which is a ton given her small size. Stephanie went to military police school and the like. Originally, Stephanie found low carb from a friend who had done it and lost some weight. Stephanie knew she needed to lose some weight - she was around 160 lbs. Her friend was an anchor for her for awhile. Now, Stephanie leans toward carnivore! BEATING LEUKEMIA Her daughter was diagnosed with leukemia. Her chances of survival were fairly low. After the bone marrow transplant, it looked bad. Stephanie was told that her daughter would likely pass away. Instead, her daughter who was in a medically induced coma made it. Stephanie and her husband kept talking during her coma. She heard them. Her daughter has now battled keeping this disease away. Further, he continues to play hockey. He also took up pole vaulting at age 45! Patrick's a process controls engineer with a background in biochemistry and bio-physiology. Patrick, at 49, found out that he had about 4 years to live based on his heart disease. He was determined to fix his heart disease - he's healthy 17 years later! REVERSING HEART DISEASE Patrick took matters into his own hands. He started with the internet after that fateful appointment. Slowly, he figured out what he needed to do. Many who eat NSNG come off of their statins which is funny because they're eating more fat and meat. Vinnie is not a doctor, so talk to your doctor about statins.
