In this week's episode I was joined by a coach at Reactive Training Systems, as well as the Head Coach of the Thailand National Powerlifting team, Peter Lucey. It was awesome to have the opportunity to chat with Peter who has so much experience and knowledge when it comes to working with powerlifters.
