#178 Kyle Young

In this week’s episode, I was joined by competitive powerlifter, martial artist and the Assistant Head Coach at Kabuki Strength, Kyle Young. With experience of competing in two sports that are at opposite ends of the spectrum, and traditionally conflicting training styles, it was interesting to speak to Kyle about the lessons he has learnt from both powerlifting and combat sports. #175 Joel Proskewitz

I’ve spoken to this guy twice before on the podcast back in episodes 82 and 124, in addition to keeping in touch in between as well. I always enjoy catching up with him and I always learn a lot whenever we speak, and this episode was no different. In this episode I was joined by the one and only Joel Proskewitz.
