Actress Anne Heche, who is in a coma after a car crash a week ago, is not expected to survive - according to her family. The CDC has relaxed several key Covid guidelines, pointing to a decreased risk of severe illness and death. Sources tell CBS News that Trump's allies are preparing for quote, "political warfare" against his opponents in Congress and law enforcement, ahead of the midterm elections. A member of Iran's elite Revolutionary Guard is charged in an alleged plot to murder former National Security Adviser John Bolton. A massive explosion in a southern Indiana neighborhood killed at least three people yesterday and damaged 39 homes. Drivers could see more relief at the pump, after the national average for gas fell below $4 dollars this morning. Another bus load of migrants arrived in Washington, D.C. this morning as Texas Governor Greg Abbott sends thousands of migrants to cities run by Democrats. Abbott and New York City Mayor Eric Adams are now in an angry debate, with the Texas governor saying the policy is in response to President Biden's immigration policies. Huge blasts at a Russian air base appear to have destroyed a number of Russian war planes, according to satellite photos. The explosions earlier this week happened in Crimea, the Russian-controlled territory in southern Ukraine. Several Trump-backed candidates won their primaries in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Connecticut, and Vermont. A suspect is charged in connection with two of the four recent murders of Muslim men in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This morning, the average nationwide cost for a gallon of regular is about $1 less than it was in mid-June, when gas prices peaked. The FDA has approved the Biden administration's plan to stretch out the limited supply of the monkeypox vaccine. Health care providers will be allowed to give a shot one-fifth the size of the usual dose in order to vaccinate more Americans, including at-risk people under 18. More than 9,000 Americans in 49 states have reported being infected with monkeypox since the outbreak began. The 26-year-old black woman was shot to death more than two years ago, in a mistaken raid on the apartment in Louisville where she was sleeping. Four of the officers involved now face federal charges in the case. China is still showing its anger over house speaker Nancy Pelosi's visit to Taiwan this week. China has dispatched naval ships and warplanes for a second day in a row and launched missiles into the Taiwan strait as part of the biggest military drills ever seen in the region.
