I had a goal this year to get into the best shape of my life by my 40th birthday. And I'm proud to say that on May 19, I accomplished it! I did this for two reasons... One, I've been working out since I was 15 years old, but I wanted to see what would be possible if we really dialed in the diet and the workouts.
