Michigan Wolverines football team fell to Washington Huskies in rematch of 2023 College Football National Championship Game. Michigan quarterback Alex Orji was replaced by Jack Tuttle early in this game and Jack Tuttle made early plays while connecting with Colston Loveland for his first touchdown pass of the season. Kalel Mullings and Donovan Edwards combined to rush for 154 yards on 28 carries but it was not enough as Michigan committed two costly turnovers in the fourth quarter that allowed Washington to capitalize with a touchdown and field goal to earn the win. Michigan Wolverines fall to 4-2 on the season and 2-1 in Big Ten play.
