Erich Porsch has faced challenges his entire life. After a childhood in the projects, an adulthood in and out of jail, and a serious work accident, Erich has been able to turn his life around. He faced hardships, often sleeping in the car or tents as a child. Eventually, Erich began using drugs and spent time on the run before doing a long, 13-year stint in prison. After his release, he worked on a construction site and had an accident that left him in a wheelchair.
