IE190 Daniel Mangena: Manifest Your Dreams: Develop Millionaire Mindset & Achieve Abundance Mastery

TW: This episode contains conversations about depression and suicide. In this week’s episode, Amrit interviews Daniel Mangena, manifestation coach, international speaker, entrepreneur, podcaster, and bestselling author. He is the CEO of Dream With Dan.Daniel and Amrit, talk about how to manifest abundance, the meaning of ”stop meditating”, how important courage is and the importance of being grateful before the things happen and how to do that. After losing his fortune twice and receiving a late diagnosis of Asperger's, Dan was on the verge of suicide. He settled a framework as a lifeline while he struggled with suicidal thoughts. A four step method for getting inside of yourself, learning to take responsibility for your own life, and ultimately manifesting what you desire out in the material world. His method led him to move into a more holistic whole abundant place. He wrote Stepping Beyond Intention CHECK here: https://amz.run/4sJP, and started helping others overcome adversity to become abundant. Many people consider abundance only as money in their account. But it manifests in infinite ways. To attract abundance into your life you need to feel it within, be conscious about it, and connect with it. It is your birthright. It is a constant journey of expansion, making yourself able to accept more and more so that you have more and more to give.People must interrogate the intentions they have with the heart; the mind wants, the heart gets excited. And then clean their intentions by having these conversations of where did the desire come from. It’s about digging deep and disrupting what’s happening at an unconscious level and choosing what you want to experience. You need to pull back the layers of narratives that are not yours and hold you back. Dan put too much weight on his beliefs about what other people thought about him, to the point of seeking a way to end his life. Self-belief and positive inputs led him to be present and make powerful choices to create change. Dan has now this resource, narrative and evidence that it is not all hopeless if depression comes back. Those who are competitive have to take from others. Those who are creative understand that we are all abundant from birth. They recognize there is enough for everyone and if they honour the natural law of nature, things are going to flow to them. Dan believes that when we stop judging that dark sides exist, we can pull energy back from that and sit in peace with it. Dan explains what he means about “stop meditating”. In order for meditation to have its desired effect you need to actually step back into physical reality, where you can take physical action. People have been taught to focus on their inner-work, and that is great only if they are in service of a physical destination.Dan believes a lot of courage is needed for a small change and every single change requires courage. Reality unfolds to our expectations. If our expectations are positive and we celebrate them in advance, that is gratitude. Being grateful in advance is a starting point where the creation of things happens. You can do this before reaching the outcome because the quantum model shows the fact that everything is happening here and now.Tune In: Welcome Daniel Mangena to Inspired Evolution!: (00:00:00)What abundance means according to Dan: (03:31)Abundance and the multi dimensionality of abundance:(06:10)Suicidal moment and how the intention emerged:(09:27)What has Dan transformed in alignment to?:(16:14)How to reprogram the subconscious:(18:15)How to heal the “lack” within the “want”:(22:14)Defining abundance for ourselves: (27:14)Competition vs. creation:(30:03)How to connect to what is really yours:(36:59)The importance of taking courageous action:(41:25)Gratitude for things before they appear:(45:54)Connect with Dan:(49:43)Daniel Mangena’s books:“Money Game: A Wealth Manifestation Guide, Level Up Your Mindset Step-By-Step & Create An Abundant Life ”: https://amz.run/4sJJ“The Dreamer’s Manifesto”: https://amz.run/4sJQConnect with Daniel Mangena:Website: https://dreamwithdan.com/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/thedreamerceoInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/dreamerceoYoutube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMdAvGk6xa5fptmdULliJrgTwitter: https://twitter.com/dreamerceoLinkedin:https://www.linkedin.com/in/dreamerceo/Podcast Do It With Dan: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/do-it-with-dan/id1381226331Join the Inspired Evolution Community:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/InspiredEvolution/    Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/inspired_evolution/  YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/InspiredEvolution/  Website: https://inspiredevolution.com/Support this show http://supporter.acast.com/inspiredevolution. IE189 Eric Edmeades: Mastering Business Freedom: Secrets to a Serial Entrepreneur's Success

In this week’s episode, Amrit has the privilege to welcome back Eric Edmeades, serial entrepreneur, business speaker, business & marketing mentor, storyteller, bestselling author and a pioneer in evolutionary biology, nutritional anthropology, and behavioral change dynamics. He is the founder of Wildfit, Business Freedom, and Speaker Nation, and has owned businesses in a variety of industries. Eric and Amrit, talk about personal development and business development as two things that go hand in hand. They dive deep in working ON your business vs. working IN your business, what it means to be self employed vs. what it means to be a business owner, and how to grow a business to achieve business freedom so you can spend your time and money doing what matters most to you.Personal development is key to building a successful business. If you want to build an exceptional business as well as an extraordinary life you have to work on yourself. The more you work on you the better your business is going to be.Every business starts in the self employment phase and needs you to be there. But, you can be self employed and keep working in the company all your life, or you can start as self employed with the intention to build an enterprise to the point it will not require you anymore and in time have a life of its own. The transition to business owner depends on your mindset. Once you have decided you are going to build an enterprise, you make distinctively different decisions on a daily basis and while you take action you are thinking how it affects your eventual plan. Decisions are risky but necessary, especially when it comes to investing. Eric shares practical examples to explain why investing time and money on your company can help you beat competition. Criteria can be the same whether you are talking about selling your time or whether you are talking about creating a business, you still have to choose what is the basis upon which you want to make money. Eric believes you must consider if it is fun, if it is going to make an impact and finally if it gives you some money. When you love what you do, you show up with passion and that makes a distinction.Working IN your business is totally different to working ON your business. As a business owner you have to figure out which are the tasks you hate doing and start a plan to take on the right people to do them for you. Your task is to work ON your business through marketing and taking assets that can be useful in other markets to expand the business. and achieve freedomLearning through others' experience and asking for their advice to avoid the challenges of solving problems that have been solved by others before. This way you become more creative and optimistic, and you can apply that to another business or even solve world problems.Empathy is vitally important for building a business. You need this skill to associate the emotional conditions of your clients and your team. The way you treat your team is how they will treat their clients.Edmeades is actually working on a book focussed on his principle “evolution gap”. It is the gap between our very slow genetic evolution and the very fast and increasing piece of our social structures and technologies. IE188 Apukuna: Shamanic Medicine Music: Echoes of Transformation for Your Soul's Evolution (+ Exclusive Mix)

In this week’s episode, Amrit interviews Jon David, “Apukuna”, a DJ, music mixer and ceremonial medicine musician. He is one of Amrit’s favourite artists on SoundCloud, a huge music and audio online platform that lets people discover and enjoy the greatest selection of music from the most diverse creator community on earth.Amrit and Apukuna, talk about Apukuna’s journey of creativity, his electronic music, ceremonial medicine music and how it has all come together. They dive deep into him cultivating a particular sound and how he found himself during the process. They also cave into how being even more himself expressing his gift to the world helped him become more well received. Apukuna has been involved in electronic music for more than 20 years now. In the last 12 years he has also been playing ceremonial medicine music on his guitar with amazing people such as Darpan and others. In the last 3 years he has begun to blend/mix these two worlds together into something unique called Apukuna, sharing it on SoundCloud where he is building his own community. In the Quechua language “APU” means spirit of the mountain (Apukuna plural)Three years ago he was creating more dance floor friendly mixes trying to remain accessible to his listeners, but at the beginning of the Pandemic, he decided to let go and drop further into himself, his own love. He opened himself up to feeling comfortable and brought through what felt true to him. He began to cultivate a new spiritual sound, his sound, one of love, energy and healing that is being highly praised globally. Something out of this world.Apukuna is looking forward to, once things get back to normal, take these new sounds and adapt them to live settings. He wants to bring this love and energy into all of his mixes. His intention is to draw dance and listeners into something that is familiar, and then blast them with this new frequency of love. There has been a lot of learning about himself through putting mixes together. The mixing process is tough and takes a long time, it can even take weeks. It requires patience, perseverance and being somewhat meticulous. Apukuna is very meticulous and recognizes how challenging it is to others as it is to himself, but he sees it as an enormous gift and is grateful for this “superpower”. Having had experience with reflection of who and what he is, he now takes a reflection, listens to it and tries to learn from it. Being meticulous is the part of himself that has helped him live and sustain his life doing what he most loves to do. He strongly believes we must learn how to look at and love more those elements we all carry in ourselves that can be either a blessing or a challenge. What he does with music is for himself and then shares it as a gift. He is following the intuition of what feels good to him and he trusts it. He is following his passion, wants to share it and then see where it goes. Furthermore, he shares a little preview of what is coming next. Breath Medicine Mix 002 is brewing up right now and there is an intention to use it in breathwork sessions. Apukuna’s dream is to be in front of a crowd of people where he can play mixes, bring in his guitar, bring in his voice and integrate all of them together. Nobody knows, but it is quite likely Apukuna not only will be about mixes but about producing songs too.Towards the end of this episode, Apukuna shares a jaw-dropping mix he has prepared especially for the Inspired Evolution Tribe.  â€œMusic is medicine and medicine is music”Tune In: Welcome Apukuna to Inspired Evolution!: (00:00:00)The beginning of exploring music and mixes: (04:04)From remaining accessible to doing what was true to him:(11:12)Learning about himself when putting mixes together:(15:36)How much of putting mixes together is his career and how much of it is his passion:(21:44)Realizing that challenging elements we carry can serve us:(26:52)About dream mixes and mixes that are brewing:(32:23)Last words to the audience:(39:09)Special mix for the Inspired Evolution Tribe:(41:43)Mentioned Resources:Darpan: https://www.darpan.com/Connect with Apukuna:Website: https://soundcloud.com/apukuna Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ApukunaMusic For just a glance of this beauty, listen to Amrit’s favourite mixes: Spirit Bear:https://soundcloud.com/apukuna/apukuna-spirit-bear Return of The Bird Tribes: https://soundcloud.com/apukuna/mix-apukuna-return-of-the-bird-tribes-2020Join the Inspired Evolution Community:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/InspiredEvolution/    Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/inspired_evolution/   YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/InspiredEvolution/  Website: https://inspiredevolution.com/ Support this show http://supporter.acast.com/inspiredevolution. IE187 Ben Irvine & Simon Wade: Beyond the Grid: Blueprint for Sustainable Community Living (Eltham, Melbourne, Australia)

In this week’s episode, Amrit interviews Ben Irvine and Simon Wade, who have come together to build an intentional and organic community in Eltham, a beautiful place in the heart of Victoria, Melbourne.Ben, Simon and Amrit talk about the project, their vision and how they are going to manage the power dynamics and challenges that pop up, what inspired them to go on this journey and the resources that guide them, and the importance of eating together. They also talk about community and why it is so important to live life outside the paradigm of what we all call normal and live differently. After watching pioneer architect Charles Durrett’s presentation on cohousing and doing a lot of research, Ben decided he wanted to build a community far away from isolation. A village where he could live together with his loved ones and others in community creating close bonds. A village where the members could feel free to have their own beliefs, ways of being and ways of relating to the community. With this idea in mind and having partnered with a developer, Ben got in touch with Simon to be his left hand. Simon, in total agreement with this vision, agreed to be part of this new project. This project consists of the development of 26 private dwellings for 40 adults and following Charles Durrett’s Danish model and book “Creating Cohousing'' where he describes the whole concept. This successful model lays emphasis on community, sustainability, village living, shared resources, affordability and eating together. The village is not founded on ideology. From a business point of view, Simon refers to it as a decentralized movement with bottom-up decision making instead of top-down hierarchies of demand and control. They talk about agreements and self management but with the relational space as the centre. They gather frequently in circles to talk and move forward. Every meeting starts by sharing a circle and eating together. Amrit refers to it as “breaking bread together”. These are the most important factors for healthy and successful community cohesion, especially when facing power dynamics. This relational space helps everyone come into resonance with each other and have a harmonious relationship, which allows new ideas to arise and decision making easier. Ben believes community feels like something we have to learn how to do again. Simon believes it is about embracing the fact that we live in a relationship with the earth on which we stand, with our family, friends and loved ones and it is our job to turn this relational space into a beautiful one. They share the same vision. In today’s society, there is a lack of community they would like around them. Every family lives in their own atomic unit often disconnected from the people around them facing adversity and doing things by themselves. These guys want to reimagine life as a place where people can learn from each other and give support and encouragement. A place where people connect and thrive at all stages of life, where kids don't need to rely only on parents and can thrive growing up with community and other kids as well and a place where the elder’s don’t have to live alone any more. Tune In: Welcome Ben Irvine and Simon Wade to Inspired Evolution!: (00:00:00)About Ben and Simon’s project:(03:01)About Simon and Ben’s visions coming together:(07:39)Powering a community without an ideology:(20:52)About the serendipity indicating they were both on the right path:(32:04)Deciding factors in terms of intentionality behind to the location:(34:13)Simon and Ben’s interpretation of agreements:(37:01)The importance of community according to Simon and Ben:(43:53)Mentioned Resources:Menergy website: https://menergy.org.au/ Cohousing presentation by Charles Durrett: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=01H2YVarugA“Creating Cohousing” book by Charles Durrett and Kathryn McCamant: https://amz.run/4oZH Property Collectives. https://propertycollectives.com.au/ â€œSand Talk: How Indigenous Thinking Can Save the World” book by Tyson Yunkaporta: https://amz.run/4ocA Connect with Simon Wade:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/simonvwade Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCcNUmeb-pAVi5ka26uFUIow Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/simonvwade/ Connect with Ben Irvine:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/afriendlikebenInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/benmagnusshibari/ Join the Inspired Evolution Community:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/InspiredEvolution/    Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/Inspired_Evolution/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/InspiredEvolution/  Website: https://inspiredevolution.com/ Support this show http://supporter.acast.com/inspiredevolution. IE186 Don Jose Ruiz: Ancient Shamanic Toltec Wisdom for a Modern World (The Four Agreements)

In this week’s episode, Amrit interviews Don Jose Ruiz, a Toltec Master of Transformation and modern-day Shaman dedicated to sharing the wisdom of the ancient toltec to sacred societies all around the world. Don Ruiz is an international bestselling author of many books and recently wrote The Wisdom of the Sharmanic Animals.Don Jose and Amrit, talk about the importance of awakening to the artist that lies within you. They converse about how important it is to be present and honest with yourself, and do a lot of inner work to connect to the medicine of your heart. They also dive deep into why you should be kind and show respect to others as you do to yourself, and how to reconnect to your spirit so that you can live a life in alignment to your heart rather than “domestication”.Don Jose shares insightful stories to bring his message to this episode and the world. He converts his wisdom into practical, everyday life concepts that will help you transform.Toltec’s wisdom of kindness passes on from generation to generation to keep one and another kind in a world that is totally unkind. It’s tradition is considered a fundamental path of healing and spiritual growth. To be toltec means that you are an artist of your own life. Everybody is a unique artist of the spirit and here to create. They believe we live in a world where everything is possible. Once you step into it, your dreams are born. We all came into this world with wisdom, as natural lovers of life and abundant in kindness. Soon after birth, personal beliefs begin to build up through socialization from our parents and people in general. We create a false reality about the world around us becoming conformists to other’s ideas and judge when we fail to conform to the expectations. Don Jose calls this “domestication”. Instead of creating your own work of art and listening to what your heart is asking you to do, you emerge into life as a version that is not you.We can recover our “authentic self” back. Ruiz believes you can unlearn the beliefs and expectations that lead to unnecessary suffering and pain, and through mastering awareness and transformation, you can redirect your energy and create the life of your dreams. There are many challenges in domestication. Ruiz believes you first have to trust yourself to be able to trust the world. You begin thinking another way. You think clearly and start to question everything. When you think negatively you can recognize it as a bad habit. The way to get rid of that habit is by being discerning, not believing those negative thoughts and instead trust in your inner feelings.Don Jose calls this the moment we wake up, and when we start opening this channel our lives begin to change because we are no longer thinking negatively and attracting negativity. Any negativity that comes into our presence dissolves. And that has a ripple effect because as the Toltec tradition teaches, we are all messengers. That is why we must pay attention to what message we are sharing with others. We must keep on doing inner work to connect to the medicine within. As Ruiz says ” Either you choose a plastic garden or a beautiful garden that needs your care” Which do you choose?Tune In: Welcome Don Jose Ruiz to Inspired Evolution!: (00:00:00)What it means to be toltec and the artist of your own life: (02:28)The relationship with the medicine within and the influence it has on others:(04:39)The frustration of being kind because expectations are not met:(07:04)Walking the path of honesty to connect to the medicine within:(09:06)The challenge of domestication when fighting for your innate self:(11:14)Willingness to find a new openness to live as fundamental beings:(15:04)Setting out messages that will be received in the world:(19:28)The importance of family:(26:38)People more primed than others to the artist way?:(29:19)How to cultivate connection to openness:(32:44)The essence of storytelling and what it means to Ruiz?:(35:44)Don Jose Ruiz books: "Shamanic Power Animals” https://amzn.to/37xk2eo The Wisdom of the Shamans” https://amzn.to/3lUmRyM â€œThe Fifth Agreement” https://amzn.to/2UcqJzE â€œThe Medicine Bag” https://amzn.to/3lTLwDy Connect with Don Jose Ruiz:Website:https://www.miguelruiz.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ToltecLife Instagram:https://www.instagram.com/donjoseruiz/ Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTwSKaGU-DpjGG0shxdEkJw Join the Inspired Evolution Community:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/InspiredEvolution/    Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/InspiredEvo/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/InspiredEvolution/  Website: https://inspiredevolution.com/ Support this show http://supporter.acast.com/inspiredevolution. IE185 Dr. Dain Heer: Master Abundance & Break Free From Perfectionism: Discover the Power of Access Consciousness

In this week’s episode, Amrit welcomes back Dr. Dain Heer, a change-maker, body whisperer, speaker, co-creator of Access Consciousness, and a renowned author of many books. “Body Whispering: A New Way of Seeing, Being and Healing” is his latest best-seller, you can get it here: https://inspiredevolution.com/recommends/body-whispering-by-dr-dain-heer/Dr. Heer and Amrit, dive into a deep conversation about judgement vs. intuition, the tightrope between ego and humility on our path of greatness, how to get rid of perfectionism and begin to access our conscious awareness and reconsider our choices to create and live a life of greatness. We were all born with curiosity but too often judgment gets in our way. Judgment is something made up and keeps us stuck in a cycle of no choice and change. We avoid living in the way we uniquely could because we lie to ourselves. We focus on what we have decided are our faults and flaws, and that leads us to stress, anxiety, severe depression and a bad quality of life. Dr. Heer refers to judgement as a tiny ball of reality with what is right, wrong, good and bad and beyond it exists an endless reality of possibilities. The only way you can get there, is by having another perspective. You can let go of self-judgment and choose to follow the song of your heart towards greatness. The whispers lead you to more of that. When you are closer to doing the things that are true to you, you start to feel lighter and happier, and when you're closer to judgement and fear you feel heavier and sadderChange is not easy. But if you are afraid of doing something and do it all the same, no magic can show up because no magic can get in. Fear is a distracted implant; an implanted point of view. The place from which you act determines your experience of the action. Don’t act from fear. Act from a place of excitement and joy and kindness, and you will create whatever you want to. There is a tightrope between ego and humility on our journey of greatness. Amrit firmly believes that humility is the best recourse in so many instances. But if your ego insists on pushing to be humble and over humble yourself, you are running the risk of not honouring the gifts that life has given you and the blessing of life itself. It is difficult but we have to find the balance. They revert to judgement to confirm this. You are judged if you go too far one way and if you go too far the other way. That tightrope is based on a reality where judgement has value. You need to be willing to be present with everything as it is. Being present helps you see other possibilities and choices available. As stated by Dain, perfection is the ultimate judgement. According to Amrit, it is a “bourgeois” resistance. Many people wait for their ideas to be perfect before they get shared. â€œIf you are above 80% let it go because you are never going to get more perfect than that”Dain states that instead of struggling for perfection, struggle for greatness. In greatness there is no judgement, you have a universe of possibilities and there is freedom and joy. We are energetic human beings by nature. If we could acknowledge that capacity that we have to perceive sutilities and awareness of energy, we could use it to navigate life. Level up your life with unlimited access to every Mindvalley Quest Program (over 30+ programs). IE184 Michael Meade: Living Mystic: Unravelling Your Story & Life's Mysteries (Myth, Meaning, and Imagination)

In this week’s episode, Amrit interviews Michael Meade, a storyteller, scholar of mythology, anthropology, and psychology, and author. He is the founder of Mosaic Multicultural Foundation and host of the Living Myth Podcast. Please check into this beauty here: https://www.livingmyth.org/contactMichael and Amrit, talk about the importance of having a deep connection to our soul to find our spirit and live authentically, and about the knowledge that keeps pouring in to awaken us. When we find our gifts and share them, we can consciously connect and become creative. We can change the world, heal it from its wounds, and have a worldview based on connection. The dive deep into the origins of Michael’s mythical journey, myth as language, and why people have lost their vertical imagination. They converse about ways in which the soul grows and finds its unique project and path in life, and what supports it on the journey. Michael was given a book on mythology on his thirteenth birthday. Though he immersed into it, it would take another 20 years before it became evident it was his path in life. At the age of twenty, Michael was drafted into the army of the Vietnam War. Refusing to take orders, he was sent to prison’s solitary confinement. After six months, he came out knowing he had a unique connection to something meaningful to him which guided him to his current calling as a renowned storyteller. Meade called this initiation. His soul grew and found its unique project in life, by reaching wisdom and descending to the depths of his soul for love and healing. This transformation is about separation, ordeal, and the conscious return to community.  Michael talks about the genius path. “Genius” is referring to the unique spirit that is in each person’s soul. Everybody is born with a spirit which means they are gifted. When people discover their gifts and share them, they become creative and can even navigate through turmoil. Transformation at the level of the individual heart and soul generates the imagination and collective energy needed for the renewal of community as well as a restoration of nature.Vertical imagination is the center of mysticism. It is the capacity to imagine the height of heavens and feel the depth of the underworld. In order to stay connected to the spirit, we need to have been in the depth of our soul. Meade believes there is a loss of vertical imagination in the world today which leaves people separated from the deep self and soul. Knowledge is pouring in all the time to awaken us. We must be drawn out of ourselves to become ourselves, and the soul knows that. Call it the awakening of your innate genius, your purpose. When you hear the call you must follow it so you don’t lose the thread of your life. This thread represents the hidden eternity within and the capacity to awaken to how and where they are threaded into the chain of being. The world is in trouble. Disconnection from nature and each other takes us to places of darkness and suffering. Michael sees darkness as the opportunity to interact with creative energy. IE183 Adam McInnis: Mastering Vibration: The Secrets of Music & the Universe's Energy

In this episode, Adam and Amrit talk about music, creativity, expression and the harmful effects of having a “label”. They dive deep into frequency, the expression of life that comes through you, how to distinguish the world’s frequency from your own and why you need to be more aware of the person who you are.Adam McInnis is an artist, producer, music mentor, singer and songwriter. He is the owner of The Billboard 500 Club, a private mentorship for musicians, artists, and upcoming executives, and Music Industry Contact, an online source for high-level education, opportunities, collaborations, songwriting contests, and mentorships. And co-owner of Kimura Music, a sync and management company, and Neverland Retreats, an experience-based music and adventure company. You are a living energy field. Your body is composed of energy particles in constant motion. So, like everything and everyone else in the universe, you are vibrating and creating energy. You emanate energy and receive it from others. Vibration starts with the intention of thought and it can only be felt, sensed or reacted to. Thought, such as joy, peace, and acceptance, create high frequency vibrations, while other feelings such as anger, despair, fear and stress vibrate at a lower rate. You are responsible for your life and the way you vibrate. Tune into yourself and your core beliefs, and you will raise your energetic frequency which is one of the best gifts you can give the world. When you lift yourself up, you bring others with you. This is the only way you can contribute to raising the collective consciousness of the world.Everyone's experience of life is different, so the reflection of energy is different too. Your life and energy affects all you do. The magic is that no two people can express things the same way. Everybody has their unique expression from their spirit and soul. Many times people get “labels” but they are way more than that. They are an expression of spirit and soul. Labeling people limits our curiosity about them, avoiding connection and so much more. Adam doesn’t have labels and loves what he does. Music is an expression of certain energetic sequences and Adam understands this information very well.Music is a strong hypnosis, it stimulates the subconscious mind, putting suggestions into it, and then if the drums beat, it becomes part of a new program. The magic is that no two people can express music or anything in the same way. Music is one of the only energy forms that can travel around the world and never lose its intentional vibration from the beginning. Bob Marley’s music can prove this. In all his music, he connected his intention deep in thought, combining it with a beautiful tune which makes it unique. Marley’s music reflects what came out of his soul. He knew exactly who he was and prophesied through his music, that is why it hasn't lost its intention throughout the years. Adam states people are losing their natural ability to know what their dna is telling them at all times. He states this making reference to the word love. People talk a lot about it, but don’t know what it means. If you don't understand it, you are not giving value to yourself, to your relationships, to your family, to anything in your life. Words are powerful expression tools. Words can be constructive but destructive too. You need to understand what they mean. When words don’t hold their meaning, communication is hampered. And when it is disrupted and misunderstandings arise, manipulators can use indirect tactics to control your behavior, emotions, and relationships.Tune In: Welcome Adam McInnis to Inspired Evolution!: (00:00:00)About limiting labels:(03:31)Life as an expression of you:(16:11)About showing up %100 and the importance of how we share our words:(18:03)About the inability people have to know what their DNA tells them and manipulation tactics taking control:(40:07)How to create your frequency and stay connected to it:(44:10)Connect with Adam McInnis:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/adammcinnisTwitter: https://twitter.com/adammcinnis1?lang=enLinkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/adam-mcinnis-094a42/ Youtube channel:   https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbNdKRkbee3H_SedvXMjx7g Music Industry Contact Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/musicindustrycontact/ Music Industry Contact Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/musicindustrycontact/?hl=en The Billboard 500 Club: https://thebillboard500.com/ Neverland Retreats: http://neverlandretreats.com/ Join the Inspired Evolution Community:Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/InspiredEvolution/    Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/InspiredEvo/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/InspiredEvolution/  Website: https://inspiredevolution.com/ Support this show http://supporter.acast.com/inspiredevolution. IE182 Dr. Ivan Misner: Mastering the Art of Business Networking: Strategies for Global Connection and Success (BNI - Business Networking International)

In this week’s episode, Amrit interviews Dr. Ivan Misner, Ph.D. in Organizational behaviour, the founder and chief visionary officer of BNI (Business Network International) the world’s largest business networking organization, a columnist for Entrepreneur.com, a keynote speaker, and a NY Times bestselling author of many books including the latest one “Who's in Your Room: The Secret to Creating Your Best Life”In “Who’s In Your Room”, Dr. Misner shares how the quality of your life greatly depends on the people who surround you: https://amz.run/4jTbAmrit and Dr. Ivan Misner, talk about the significance of working in your flame and not in your wax, the power of networking and the importance of having relationships in this dynamic world we live in.Dr. Ivan Misner states you need to work in your flame and not in your wax. This means, you must work hard on what you most love to do in your business to reach success. He strongly believes you can take steps in your journey toward truly loving what you do for a living. He started a management consulting business in 1983. At the end of 1984, he needed new business and had to find a way to engender more referrals. So he decided to create his own networking group with people he knew and trusted, and wanted to refer business to. This group integrated business with relationships under one core value of giving first. By the end of the year there were 20 groups and he needed to start a plan to scale. The organization now has over 10,000 chapters throughout the globe. And he keeps on doing what he most loves to do: helping others.Dr. Misner talks about core values as the fundamental beliefs and guiding principles that dictate behavior and help people better understand expectations within the organizational context. BNI’s core values start with Givers Gain, one of the best attitudes you can have to live your life. Embracing this philosophy of giving first will change your life and those around you. And when it changes enough lives, it will change the world. Genuine love towards one another. This is the kind of vision that people need to establish with whatever business they start. He elucidates that being a good receiver is vital. This ensures the philosophy works and leads to a life of infinite giving. You must accept it is alright to gain, if not you will find yourself out of resources, and the giving will stop. It is essential that the givers also gain what they need so that they can give over and over. In this way, infinite giving becomes a part of who you are in all you do. Giving first is fundamental. But, you cannot constantly give at your own expense. They dive deep into the importance of cultivating relationships and networking, and the VCP mindset and skill set to help you do so. It is important to cultivate long-term relationships and you need the proper mindset to do so. You must be visible and credible, and once they know who you are and are good at what you do, they will be willing to refer business to you. Networking up with people who are leagues beyond yourself in business depends on your authenticity and willingness to help them.Focusing on the other person and creating value to them can help forge long-term relationships.Building long-term relationships and having a network is extremely important for you to live a meaningful life and transition through this crazy world. The people in your network are going to be the ones that will help you in difficult times. â€œYour network is a beacon of hope in a sea of fear”You need a mindset to cultivate these relationships. First people have to know who you are and what you do. Secondly they must know you are good at it. If they know who you are and you are good at what you do, they will be willing to refer business to you. You can build relationships in developing referrals. If you want to network up and connect with people who are leagues beyond yourself in business, Dr. Ivan insists you must not sell to them, instead be authentic and ask how you can help them. Focusing on the other person and creating value to them can help forge long-term relationships.“If you are always the most successful in the room, you are hanging out in the wrong rooms. All rooms are ok, but you need to find somewhere you can network up”About Dr. Ivan Misner:Dr. Ivan Misner is the Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of BNI, the world’s largest business networking organization. Founded in 1985 the organization now has over 10,000 chapters throughout every populated continent of the world. He is a New York Times Bestselling author who has written 26 books including one of his latest books, Who’s in Your Room? He is also a columnist for Entrepreneur.com and has been a university professor as well as a member of the Board of Trustees for the University of La Verne.Dr. Misner is considered to be one of the world’s leading experts on business networking and has been a keynote speaker for major corporations and associations throughout the world. IE181 Dr. Zach Bush: on Death, Dying, and Rebirth: Secrets to Graceful Life Transitions (Hospice, Death's Mysteries, and Rebirth)

In this week’s episode, Amrit interviews Dr. Zach Bush, a triple board-certified physician in internal medicine, endocrinology and metabolism, and hospice care. Dr. Bush is an internationally recognized educator and thought leader on the microbiome as it relates to health, disease, and food systems and is the founder and director of The M Clinic, an integrative health center in Virginia, and founder Seraphic Group and the non-profit Farmer’s Footprint, both created to develop root-cause solutions for human and ecological health.Amrit and Dr. Zach dive deep into the human experience of life and death, three births and the importance of aligning with nature at all levels. They have a mind-blowing conversation about radical acceptance that will take you all the way to feeling completely and utterly accepted!Dr. Zach believes there are three births. Life is an incessant course of transitions. You are born, then turn into an adolescent and finally into an adult. Each transformation provides all the physical, mental, and emotional growth you need to survive. Death is just one of the transition points. It is the movement between this existence and the next.He is fascinated about nature and how it works. He goes way back to the origin of our own pure self; the first conception and the womb as a protected place where the embryo, with it’s own energetic centre of consciousness, can grow sheltered from the mother’s immune system, the world, and the traumas that humanity has gone through in its history. As soon as the child goes through the vaginal canal, the second conception and seeding takes place. The child inherits the entire microbiome of the mother. Microbiome is this vast ecosystem that is very much the soil that will nurture that life into existence. It is the foundation of human life, consciousness and health. The third birth is death. He talks about death in the most uplifting and beautiful way ever imagined. Death is not the end, and he learned this through his own experience way back in the ICU. In fact, this is when Dr. Zach decided to focus on nature and palliative care. He used to try to take control over life so death would not happen through technology and medicine. But, when he took the patients off life support mechanisms and let the family be with them and realized the most amazing exchanges of human intelligence and human consciousness would occur; he decided his medical approach had to change. We have become so separated from nature, that we see death as the end. But if you recognize it as a part of nature, it becomes a transition period between one form of existence and another. â€œOnce we come to view all of life as a transition and understand we are here on Earth to transform, we can better appreciate the spiritual journey encompassing the natural processes of living and dying”Dr. Zach shares a sad, yet beautiful and uplifting story so you can expand your thoughts about death and radical acceptance. This is a story that happened back in the ICU. Zach brought two patients back from death. These patients didn't know each other, came from different backgrounds and had a different temper. One of them was fun and had lots of people come to visit him when he was hospitalized, the other was bitter and had just one person visit him the whole time he was in hospital. Yet both of them experienced the same feeling of absolute acceptance after death and neither of them wanted to be brought back. After death, the social guy who had always been accepted, felt even more acceptance, and the bitter guy said it was the first time he had ever been accepted.  Death is a transformation moment and an extension that goes beyond the limits of the body we carry. The moment we step out of this shell, we discover the universe. A Universe that embraces and completely accepts us by who we are. He states every soul on this planet is enough at every single point of their existence. â€œWe should surrender what we think we know if we are going to realize our full potential before we die. We need to wake up. It could get really good around here”Furthermore they talk about the comfort in convenience of technology, the importance of farming as a collective, and his regenerative agricultural practices as a solution to the human and environmental impacts of chemicals. We have created and are in control of huge chemical farms which destroy soil, water systems, oceans, human and animal health, and everything on this planet. Zach believes we can transform this planet into a regenerative ecosystem as long as we work all together with mother nature. By doing this, he states farmers and consumers will witness richer soil and water, and an overflow of health. Dr. Zach Bush is on a mission. He wants to bring regenerative health to every living being. Industrial farming, chemical pesticides, the pharmaceutical industry and even errant Western medical practices have a tremendous impact on both human and planetary health. We, as consumers, are the solution. We all can do our own little bit. This episode ends with the most touching and moving conversation. Zach shares the time he connected with an Australian aboriginal; a conversation you need to listen to, it goes beyond these written words. About Dr. Zach Bush:Zach Bush MD is a physician specializing in internal medicine, endocrinology and hospice care. He is an internationally recognized educator and thought leader on the microbiome as it relates to health, disease, and food systems. Dr Zach founded *Seraphic Group and the nonprofit Farmer’s Footprint to develop root-cause solutions for human and ecological health. His passion for education reaches across many disciplines, including topics such as the role of soil and water ecosystems in human genomics, immunity, and gut/brain health. His education has highlighted the need for a radical departure from chemical farming and pharmacy, and his ongoing efforts are providing a path for consumers, farmers, and mega-industries to work together for a healthy future for people and the planet.Tune In: Welcome Dr. Zach Bush to Inspired Evolution!: (00:00:00)About three births and transitioning through life: (03:47)Bringing some of the patients back from death: (17:01)Disconnection from our mothers paralel to disconnection from mother nature: (28:18)Comfort and convenience a resistance to the natural order of things and solutions: (30:28)What does it take to realize the importance of farming as a collective?: (34:46)Australian indigeneous culture reflected on Zach’s work: (41:52)Zach’s beautiful description about encounter with an Australian aboriginal: (44:52)Mentioned resources:“The fertilizer for living a rich life is to actually contemplate death” quote by philosopher Alan Watts, one of Amrit’s favourite philosophers: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alan_Watts - Mentioned in intro“The Acceptance of Death and Meaning of Life” by Alan Watts:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M7KRgluYeps About Alan Watts: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alan_Watts The Rich Roll Podcast: “Zach Bush, M.D. on GMOs, Glyphosate & Healing the Gut”: https://www.richroll.com/podcast/zach-bush-353/ - Recommended by Amrit as a game changer! - Mentioned in timestamp (17:01) - Conversation and mind blowing story about acceptance.About Rich Roll: https://www.richroll.com/bio/ Hospice philosophy: The philosophy of hospice is to recognize that quality of life, peace, and comfort at the end of life should be the focus of healthcare when curing a patient's disease is no longer possible.Movie Interstellar:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interstellar_(film) - Mentioned in timestamp (34:46) - Conversation about the importance of farming; the film brings the importance of farming front-and-centre. Indigeneous culture and the importance of soil:  “For many Indigenous people, land relates to all aspects of existence - culture, spirituality, language, law, family and identity. ...
