Send us Fan MailLike many of you, my heart broke again hearing the news about another mass shooting.  As a former school teacher, learning that 19 students and two teachers were murdered at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, TX, was particularly upsetting. It begs the question, “Why does this keep happening?” I’ve struggled to try and find the words to accurately express what I am feeling and how to connect this to your mid-career and leadership journey. In that case, you are missing an opportunity for your network, along with recruiters and hiring managers, to know you better.  One of the biggest mistakes I see when looking at LinkedIn profiles is that people aren’t giving enough recommendations to people in their network!
