How I Lost Over 100lbs - Tracie's True Story
Tracie is a mother of two.
She works full-time.
She had severe and chronic knee pain her doctor told her would never heal.
And she was 260lbs.
Then - after trying and failing year after year - on January 5th, 2015, Tracie decided it was time to take her health into her own hands once and for all.
And that's exactly what she did.
Yes, she lost 100lbs.
But she gained so much more in the process. Mental health. Physical health. Emotional health. Confidence. Strength. Courage. And grit.
I hope you're ready...because this episode is nothing short of magical.
And in the next 40-ish minutes Tracie shares with you everything about her process (the good and the bad) so you can draw from her experiences and use that knowledge to move one step closer to achieving your goals.
Love you.

Menopause Advice From a Young White Guy
I'm a young white guy.
I've never been through menopause.
I never will go through menopause.
But at this point in my career I've helped hundreds - if not thousands - of women improve their health and fitness while going through menopause.
And I've spent a major portion of my career scrutinously studying and researching menopause and how it effects women especially in regard to their fitness.
Now, I'm sure some people will get mad and say, "you have no right to talk about menopause because you're a young white guy and you've never been through it."
And if that's what you believe, I respect your right to believe that.
But call me crazy...I don't think anyones race, gender, or age prevent them from learning, studying, and understanding a given topic.
With that said...I hope you enjoy the podcast.

HOW TO DETOX THE RIGHT WAY
If you've ever wondered if your body needed a "detox" to re-set from a healthier place...listen to this episode.
It's not your standard detox advice.
Because most people looking for a detox are - consciously or not - trying to find the "quick fix."
This is in no way, shape, or form your quick fix.
It's more of a mental "detox."
And how to improve your mindset and emotions so you can be consistent with your training and nutrition even (and especially) when motivation is no where to be found.
