Ben Davis on using keto for PTSD and ultramarathons!
In this episode, I talk with Ben Davis on how he has used the keto diet to overcome significant adversity. Ben suffered from multiple injuries and PTSD from his time in deployment with the military. After returning to civilian life, he got a sedentary job and let his health go, reaching almost 400 lbs. He was forced into surgery and told he would never run again. He has since lost over 120 lbs and committed himself to running at least one ultramarathon every single month to help raise awareness. The keto lifestyle has helped him overcome chronic pain and given him a platform to share his story with other veterans needing hope!
