Grant Baldwin is a youth motivational speaker and host of the "How Did You Get Into That?" podcast. We talk about how entrepreneurs can hustle their way into new income streams while working day jobs following Grant's formula.

And on top of that, he shares why he started taking cold showers 2 years ago, and why he's actually got me hooked on the cold shower thing in the couple of months since we recorded the episode.

Alex Genadinik, the first-ever repeat guest on The Side Hustle Show, shares how he created at least 4 new income streams in his year of hustle. They discuss strategies for generating income on Fiverr, monetizing a YouTube channel through AdSense and the partner program, increasing engagement on YouTube, and the long-term benefits of building a brand on platforms like YouTube and podcasts.
