Vanessa Bennett and Dené Logan - Cheaper Than Therapy | CPTSD and Trauma Healing Coach

In this episode, we have two guest speakers today, Vanessa Bennett and Dené Logan, who are combined Cheaper Than Therapy. I love these two is amazing conversation, a lightning conversation, and a conversation that I think needs to be had in this healing space. We're going to talk a lot about identity, about what it's like to overcome and move through an existential crisis, we're going to talk about what it means actually to heal. We're going to talk about the impacts of our past who we are today, and this is just a phenomenal episode. When I'm going through an episode and having a conversation like this, it's really not only enthralling for me, but also it's impactful and in this way that makes me feel like, man, there are just other people who get this, we are on the same page, we're growing together, we are creating change together, we are teaching together, we're educating together. And if we can deliver massive value like this to people in the world, we can all timidly do what I believe we all need to do as people, and that's to heal. To be able to look in the mirror, love yourself, and recognize that… Yes, we all have flaws. Yes, we're all going to make mistakes. Yes, we're going to do that is uncharacteristic of who it is that we believe we are. We can learn, grow, change, and instead of being held down in stock and feeling like there's no possible way to continue to go forward, we find a way. I'm very excited to bring them to the show. So, what are you waiting for? Listen Now, and Let's get into the show! How to be the HERO of your story. Impact Theory Melon Minds Keynote | Trauma Healing Coach

In this episode, I'm very excited to be back with you with today's episode, which is a little bit different than usual; it is a keynote that I did with Tom Bilyeu, Impact Theory, Discord Channel called “Melon Minds.” It was amazing because, as you know, I talk about Impact Theory pretty frequently on this show. Tom is one of my mentors and someone who's a community I always want to give back to. I've wanted to be able to share more of my Keynotes here, sometimes it's hard to get them, and sometimes there's legal obligations in which I can't, but this is not one of those case scenarios, and what started or what was supposed to be a 45-minutes keynote turned into over 2 hours with Q&A. It was an absolute pleasure at the beginning of it. There was a little bit of issue with the mic going, but once we got that rocking and rolling, we were off to the races, and it was amazing to be of service and serve people and hear these beautiful questions and give to this community. You know, generally speaking, when I go do a keynote, it's like 45 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes of Q&A, and that's a wrap. I had told Tom's team been specifically, I said, dude, I'll go as long as we want to, as long as people have questions to ask I will be here and I would have gone all day if they wanted to keep going, but you know, it's a Saturday afternoon. I think it's really beautiful when people show up because I'll tell you this, in the same way, that those people (you), for instance, who listen to this are going to find success. Those people who invest their time, effort, energy, or money into their lives will see the greatest differentiation between where they are now and where they want to be. So that said I'm very, very excited to be able to share this keynote with you, to be able to share a little bit more the inside of what it's like when I'm on stage and also be able to share what it's like to be in a live Q&A with me and this one's a longer one. So I hope that you will buckle up and strap in for this because it's going to be an amazing conversation! Come and Listen to Unbroken Nation! Sathiya Sam - Healing Porn Addiction | CPTSD and Trauma Healing Coach

In this episode, we have guest speaker Sathiya Sam, a coach for pornography addicts. I know if you read the title of this healing porn addiction, it might have been a little unsettling, might be a little uncomfortable, might even be a little scary. I don't want you to run. If you are a person right now who in your life is facing the reality that maybe pornography is negatively impacting your life, you're going to want to listen to this episode. And the reason why is because the truth is that porn impacts people, men and women doesn't matter all across the world in ways that are so negative and detrimental even myself I've been through my own battle with it. And in that coming out the other side, looking at my life now, one of the things I'm happiest about is going through the process of healing map; that I was exposed to pornography at an incredibly young age, 7 years old and that kind of set the precedent for me in my life. And what I will tell you about my own journey without going too deep, because we're going to have a conversation with Sathiya here in a moment is that being willing to acknowledge the impact that it was having on me from a negative aspect is one of the only reasons I'm here. I would apply that to any of the addictions I faced in my life, food, money, clothes, cars, whatever; step one is always that. And the reason why I wanted to bring him on today was so that we could have this conversation and open up this taboo that I know is impacting people because it has impacted me. As a reminder, I want you to know that you're not alone in this journey and healing process. There are tools; there is help; there is a community out that can support you and whether it's 12-step or coaching or whatever it may be, just know that if you are facing struggles in your life of any addiction, there is support there is help. How to Emotionally Transition Every day | CPTSD Health Podcast

In this episode, I want to talk to you about transitions, and I will be upfront with you, as I always am; this is an idea that I learned from Brendon Burchard probably five years ago. I talk about this idea of who it is that you need to be every time you walk through a threshold. The threshold is literal, like your door and who you want to be, how you want to show up, what kind of emotional response you want to have, and what kind of energy you want to bring. There’s always these transitions happening every single moment of every day, and every single time you walk into this new situation, you have to assess who it is, that you need to be right now. So, let’s come and listen now! My 10 Unbroken Rules for life | CPTSD and Trauma Healing Podcast

In this episode, I want to talk to you about my Ten Unbroken rules for life. I think very frequently that's how we're going to start this episode. These rules are rules that I decided to implement into my life that I read every single day. I hope it will help you too in your journey and become successful in life! Remember that you are the leader of your own life. Tom Dozier - Misophonia Does the Sound of Others Chewing Fill You with Rage | Mental Health Podcast

In this episode, I speak with Tom Dozier, the leading expert on Misophonia on planet Earth. I learned some things about myself that I didn't even know things honestly and have been impactful in game-changing for me in the months since our conversation. Have you ever been around someone in your life who is eating or chewing or smacking their lips, or you hear that sound, and you go, holy shit! Would you stop it? And like you start freaking out? Misophonia is the reaction you have to the sound of people eating, the sound of certain movements, and a certain sound that triggers us. I'm excited about this because when I heard about this, I had this memory of being like man, I remember being a little kid or being in my teens and even to this day being around people when they eat in a certain way and now because of Tom it started to shift but being around people when either they chew or they talk in a certain way would drive me absolutely fucking crazy. Unbroken Nation it's something I would never have. If you would have asked me when I started this show years ago. If I ever had a conversation with the world's leading expert on the people, on the reaction of people who hear mouth sounds and turn that into anger, I would have been like, what are you talking about? That's insane, and trust me, I know you're probably thinking yourself, what are you even talking about now? Look, trust me, you're going to want to listen to this episode because somebody listening to us right now is going to be like, oh, that makes a lot of sense in my life, and so I'm very excited! SEVEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY | CPTSD and Trauma Healing Coach

In this episode, I want you to think about this number; seven hundred and thirty. That is the number of times that if you wrote down your goals twice a day, you would write your goals in a year. Seven hundred and thirty times. Your goals matter more than just writing them down one time. Your goals matter more than only doing it every now and then. You have to be willing to write those goals down because we're attention goes, energy follows. So, Unbroken Nation! As I dive into this episode, I want you to grab a piece of paper and write all the important values you’ve learned today!
