The Jason Stapleton Program

I’ve had a bit of a love/hate relationship with the airline industry. I travel frequently on a variety of airlines and over the past few years I’ve seen a steep decline in quality of service from every major carrier in the U.S. Shockingly, the TSA has actually improved it’s performance from a decade ago and with TSA pre-check getting through security has become the least frustrating part of my journey. So what’s the problem with the airline industry? Why, given we have multiple airlines to choose from, are you still guaranteed to have a less than stellar experience. 
Today I’ll give you my thoughts but I’d love to hear yours as well. There may be a simple solution you can use in your life and business to make sure your customers are always singing your praises. Oil broke $130 a barrel as Biden outlawed the import of Russian oil into to country. But prices were already rising. This latest conflict is just a tool all sides will use to convince you of the lie that all this is the result of one political party. Crumbling infrastructure? Spend more. Cost of prescription drugs too high? New regulation. Inflation rising? Get a new relief package passed. Cost of child care too high? Raise the minimum wage and create a new spending program for parents. Last night the President laid out his plan for a better America, but his plan amounts too little more than the same old “tax, spend & regulate” mentality. That should come as no surprise since government has a limited set of powers to combat rising prices, poor education and a crumbling infrastructure. The fact is, government can’t help you. Putin pulled another epic diplomatic and miltary move yesterday by recognizing Donetsk and Luhansk as soverign nations. President Biden responded with swift sanctions on Russias access to work financial markets. But what makes this such a baller 4D chess move is that Russia (technically) hasn't done anything wrong and has now moved Russian troops into these newly recognized nations without a shot fired. I'll admit, it's usually a waste of time to address your critics. Why focus on the one or two people who don't like what you're doing when you could focus on the thousands - event tens of thousands who love your content. But over the last couple of weeks I've had more than one person accuse me of forsaking my principles and shilling for socialists. How can the fed possibly be surprised by inflation? They created 6 Trillion new dollars in two years, then pumped it straight into the economy. If they're surprised then they're incompetent.
