Ghost Houses – The 200,000 Houses in NZ That Don't Have Anyone Living There | Ep. 357
In this episode, we discuss ghost houses – the 200,000 houses in New Zealand that don't have anyone living in them. This has come to light as part of Auckland Council's investigations into how to provide housing to Aucklanders.
One trouble that we discussed, is that many of these properties are not technically vacant, even though they are unoccupied. These are properties such as holiday homes, or properties that are currently undertaking significant renovation.

Asset Bubbles – What They Are + What Happens When They Pop? | Ep. 356
