Investors Require 40% Deposits – But Who Will Be Impacted Most?⎜Ep. 519
In this episode, we discuss how property investors now require 40% deposits if purchasing through BNZ and ASB. This episode was recorded just before the RBNZ released their new announcement about LVR changes.
Since this episode was recorded, we know know that LVRs will be coming back at 30% from the 1st of March. These will then increase to 40% from the 1st of May.
Throughout the show we also discuss which types of investors are likely to be most impacted by these changes.

Some insurance companies will protect you in the event of contamination through your normal house insurance. But, importantly, not all will. This is important because the costs to fix a contaminated home can be $20-$40k depending on the damage.
