Breaking News: New ANZ Lending Rules Punish Investors Purchasing Existing Properties⎪Ep. 608

In this episode, we discuss new ANZ lending rules that mean that property investors purchasing existing properties require higher yields, or more of their own income to support their mortgage application.  The major bank in NZ now only counts 65% of the rent an existing investment property generates when calculating mortgage affordability criteria. New builds and properties already within an investor's portfolio remains at 75%.
