Ed shows us the data he would look at (and where he got it from) to assess whether the town is worthy of a second look when it comes to investing.  We find that while Ngaruawahia has historically not had the best reputation, it stacks up much better when looking at the data. While poorer than neighbouring Hamilton, isn't significantly poorer. And while GDP growth in the whole area is sluggish, crime is also lower when you account for population.
