The school puts enterprise and work readiness at the heart of its curriculum and combines outstanding leadership with innovative ways of teaching and interacting with students.    Oli was one of the first cohort of Teach First teachers in 2003. He has been Head of Sixth form and Assistant Headteacher in previous roles and has worked in education policy and strategy as a government education advisor.

McIntosh has served as the vice president for Information Services and chief information officer (CIO) at the University of Richmond since August 1, 2016.  He leads a 74-person team and is responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic development of the University’s Information Services organization. Keith held various progressive leadership and management positions within information technology during his distinguished 24.5 years of service in the United States Air Force including a combat tour in Northern Iraq. Keith earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in information technology management from Trident University International, a B.S. in management information systems from Bellevue University, and an A.A.S. in information systems technology from the Community College of the Air Force. He is a Frye Leadership Institute Fellow and has served in numerous leadership roles within EDUCAUSE. Mr. McIntosh is an accomplished speaker, author, and thought leader. He was elected by his peers to the EDUCAUSE Board of Directors in 2017.
