As more sectors opened up in Q4 of 2021, just in time for holiday shopping, the Malaysian retail scene saw a significant boost in income and consumer traffic nationwide. But despite all the rush and eagerness to get back to some sense of normalcy, the retail industry still shrank by 2.3% last year.
