Billy King traded for Ricky Sanchez. Also, Billy King was the Sixers general manager from 1998 until 2007, and then the Nets GM from 2010 until 2016, and a lot happened in those years. Drafting Andre Iguodala, trading Allen Iverson, the famous Celtics trade when he was with the Nets, as well as trading for Deron Williams. We talked to Billy about his time as GM of both teams, the current NBA climate, and Elton Brand’s hiring as Sixers GM, and their chances for an NBA title. We talked about the new show, his Ringer podcast with Chris Ryan, his emo music book Nothing Feels Good, his attachment to Philadelphia sports and Joel Embiid, creating TV, music and movies in 2019, and whether Andy's jump to TV writer and producer means Mike can be on the Sixers. 

Amos Lee is a successful singer, song writer, and is one of only two people to guest host the Ricky in Spike or Mike's absence. Amos joined the podcast to talk about the new pod's new intro song, his thoughts on the Sixers offseason, uniform, and owners, what life is like on the road, Toni Tony Tatone, Vallone's, take listener questions, and an odd connection between Bruce Hornsby and Allen Iverson.
