Ep 41 of the Always Better than Yesterday Interview Sessions was with Kiki Stanton
Kiki and I had a great conversation about her journey and how she helps people through coaching.
My three big takeaways were if you are unhappy, be brave enough to change and secondly, take time to focus on your health and lastly, find the joy in everyday.

Just start...
As this podcast reached 4K listens and my Interview Sessions reached 40 episodes, I shared my reflections on how I wouldn't be here right now if I didn't JUST START.
Find your passion. Start small. Don't set out to change the world. Set out to change the world for one person.
Much love

Interview Sessions Ep 40 with Tommy Gentleman
Ep 40 of the Always Better than Yesterday Interview Sessions was with entrepreneur, coach, speaker, author and podcast host Tommy Gentleman
I have recently started reading Tommy’s book “Back Yourself” and was great to hear the some of the key moments that have shaped his powerful mindset.
Tommy has gone from wanting to be the UK’s version of @tonyrobbins to being super clear on who he is and how he wants to help people, in his own authentic way.
There is a real feel of legacy and purpose that drives Tommy and his work which I love.

Interview Sessions Ep 39 with Phil Walker
Ep 39 of the Always Better than Yesterday Interview Sessions was with Phil Walker, owner of For Inspirational Training - F.I.T in #bradfordonavon
This episode was the pure definition of inspiring. Phil took himself from being left paralysed after a life threatening stroke to competing within a year. He achieved this through the power of his mind. No doubt.
His WHY - to be able to pick up his children again was just touching to hear.
There was so much to takeaway from this conversation that you’re just going to have to watch or listen to it to really feel the true power of it.
Phil, the headstrong optimist with a powerful growth mindset really is testament to what’s possible when you put mindset over matter.

Lessons in love, life and leadership inspired by Jess Glynne
This podcast is taken from a mentor session delivered to the WE ARE ALWAYS BETTER THAN YESTERDAY facebook community.
I share my reflections and inspiration from the lyrics of Jess Glynne.
It's amazing what happens when you open your mind to learning. When you do, you will be able to learn from any person or situation.
For me, I share 6 lyrics that inspired me to think more about love, life and leadership. There will be countless more and I'd love to know what lyrics from either Jess or other artists, inspire you.
Feel free to share.
Much love

Interview Sessions Ep 37 with Angela Ramel
Ep 37 of the Always Better than Yesterday Interview Sessions was with Angela Ramel Holistic Feminine Embodiment Mentor.
This conversation with Angela was so intriguing. She described her family environment growing up as somewhere taboo subjects were easily talked about. Some of the content Angela shared, people might not be used to. But me being the curious person I am, I loved it.
A big part of Angela’s approach is to get out of the mind and into the senses. Embracing orgasmic, sensual energy.
There are a number of things Angela referred to that have helped her and how she now helps others, such as yoga, micro meditations, movement, yoni healing, anchoring, hypnosis and saying yes to pleasure!
Angela is intuitive and authentic and loves helping people to self love, self care and self pleasure. She believes that people who show up with this orgasmic energy are better for those people around them.
Be sure to check out AngelaRamel.com and head to Facebook | YouTube | Podcast for the full interview.
Please do subscribe, like and share but most important, send it to someone you think it will make a difference to.
