Rock Bottom Moments Feat. Alex Weber
On the second part of The Habit Coach with Ashdin and Alex Weber, Alex talks about comic cartoons - he listens to the them in his rock bottom moments. He further explains how we can approach these moments. Why decluttering is great for coming out of these moments, and we should constantly ask the questions 'why' and 'might?'. He talks about how the past does not define the future, only the choices we make will define it, and sometime these rock bottom moments are just transitions. Also, speaking in front of people is not his career, but his purpose. Ashdin asks Alex how did he train the brain to switch to thinking about growth, and how change is always good. The Habit Coach Hot Seat - Malavika MuthuKumar
Last week we started with our 'Hot Seat' episodes and we had a lot of requests and questions. This week we picked Malavika's question about how does one stay sane despite knowing the magnitude of challenges ahead? Ashdin tells her how we live in constant fear and that is leading to mental issues. Most challenges in our head don't exist yet and it is our mind that plays tricks on us. One must not get sucked into thinking of challenges of being huge, but instead, start thinking about them as things that will make us grow. Hot Seat
This week we changed things here and there, and in this episode of The habit Coach we have a very special segment, we call it the 'Hot Seat' where a fellow listener asks Ashdin a question. Today, we have Himani who asks how to remain calm in any situation and how to catch this habit? We put so much value in being calm but also need to realize that both- being calm and feeling agitated have a place in our life. Ashdin explains Himani on her question, to learn how to be grateful for the situation that you are in and the things that are happening to you. To think about gratitude, and putting this all together, and learn that you don't need to be reactive but you can actually be proactive, and you can create the situation you want.
