How To Express Your Emotion
Emotions are energy, they have to go somewhere and when they are not allowed to release, they rot you from within. Your physical body begins to deteriorate and so does the world around you. The world around you begins to reflect that suppressed emotion.
In this episode, Teal explains that you can only heal emotions that you let yourself feel and express.

How to Cure Acne
The difference between someone who has acne and someone who doesn't is that the person who doesn't has a liver (along with other filter organs) that is clearing their blood from any excess blood toxins and hormones.
The recipe for acne is someone with excess sebum, but whose sebum is mixing with blood and lymph fluid toxins. This causes the perfect breeding ground for bacteria to grow and flourish. Bacteria do not cause acne. Instead, the unhealthy environment in and on your skin invites them. This is why for years and years you can try to get rid of acne and it just keeps coming back over and over and over. The host organ (your skin) has remained an unhealthy environment, which is hospitable to bacteria.

How Do Babies See The World? (Episode About Babies)
There are always variables for how anything perceives. Babies are no different. But for the sake of understanding, think of coming into this life, as opting into a "video game program". At first, you are not fully integrated. Neither are your senses. You have to acclimate to it. The perspective you hold is still much more the perspective of your eternal self. You have not fully forgotten who you really are. You have still not forgotten that your experience is coming in response to what you give your attention to. This is why babies are so good (especially until they are about two) at ignoring things that they do not want to pay attention to. Gradually, your attention gets trained. You learn to focus on things your parents want you to focus on whether or not they make you feel good to focus on.

Hopelessness - What To Do if You Feel Hopeless
Hopelessness is one of the lowest vibrational frequencies on earth and the one that causes people to commit suicide. Why does it lead people to commit suicide? Because hopelessness is a feeling state that tells you, you will suffer forever. This causes you to think…if there is no way to improve the situation, you can guarantee one thing about your future, pain. No one would stick around for that. If you have experienced trauma in childhood, especially abuse of any kind, this feeling of hopelessness is most likely deeply ingrained and continues to reappear in your life. And who blames you? You did experience a situation where you were trapped and powerless to do something about it. Anyone would struggle with hopelessness if they found themselves in that situation. And if you currently feel hopelessness, it is important to know that nothing has gone wrong if you feel that way. The way you feel is an accurate reflection of the thoughts you are thinking about whatever conditions you find yourself in. Anyone who experienced those conditions and thought those thoughts as a result of it would feel the exact same way.
But if you are in a state of hopelessness, here is what to do...

The Higher Self
Before you are born into this physical experience, you exist in and as the space of being of what is often called "God". Though it can be said that you have a certain sense of self, it is not the kind of sense of self that imbues a differentiation or separation from anything else in your objective awareness. You exist in essence as what can be called your higher self.

To Help or Not to Help? (Helping Others)
To help or not to help, that is the question. Contribution is one of the six basic human needs. We need to feel as if we are able to lend energy to others and as if that energy that we lend is of use and value to others. As people, we are inherently giving. If we cannot give our energy towards a collective creation, we feel as if we are living an empty life. Even the studies done on altruism in young children prove that we are driven innately to help each other. Over the course of our lives, sometimes several times a day, we feel called upon to help someone else. In fact, some of us consider helping others to be the central role and purpose of our lives. Society considers helping others to be a virtue that is synonymous with being a good person. And I am not doing this episode to debate whether helping is good or bad. We can all agree that helping in general is a very high vibrational endeavor. But helping others is not always a good idea, especially when we are helping people for the wrong reasons.

Healthy Sexuality Vs. Healing Sexuality
Hardly any subject arouses more confusion, shame and controversy than sex. This creates a bit of a predicament when people want to engage in healthy sexuality because no one seems to agree on what that is. Healthy sexuality is a subjective topic and people’s opinions on the subject are completely influenced by familial, religious and societal programming that have for the most part gone un-questioned. So what is healthy sexuality and how does one go about practicing it?

Having a Relapse? (Relapse Prevention, Recovery and How to Overcome Addiction Relapse)
A relapse is a period of deterioration after a period of improvement. Relapse can apply to any deterioration after improvement; but it is most often used in reference to addictions or recovery after an injury or illness. For example, if an alcoholic manages to go months without having a drink and then after a hardship, begins to drink again. Or for example, if someone’s condition improves in the ICU for a few days and then he or she takes an unexpected turn for the worse again.
