EP 227: Grief pt1 Ft Squirrel Monkey
King13 and GRIEF
Grief is how the brain processes loss, however, it does not process emotions in any particular order, intensity or time. Like sobriety, grief is a very personal experience. You have to learn to navigate and self manage. Also important is we have to process and 'feel' grief and what to do with it. Listen to the experience from our IAS friends, Squirrel Monkey, Break_ground and Polly.

EP 221: Finding your balance again - Two4One Podcast
Finding your balance again- Polly and Corinna ride the train with a cuppa and talk about Corinna's recent meditation retreat and what she learned about herself to help bring her back in balance and refocus.
Sobertown is a growing community of like-minded people in recovery helping others start or maintain their sobriety.
We refer to ourselves as “Sober Warriors” because the fight against addiction is a grisly battle that takes no prisoners. Real people die every day from complications and repercussions of long-term alcohol use, a tragic end that is 100% preventable through increased awareness and connection.
Alcohol is so pervasive and normalized in our culture that it often gets a free pass into our lives when it’s really a cancer-causing drug that can slowly wreak havoc on all states of our well-being: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, environmental, vocational, and intellectual.
But we’re not here simply to shine a light on alcohol’s ugly side.
We’re forming a village of sober individuals from all walks of life that share a common goal - to support others in recovery while also increasing the dialogue around the many positive aspects of sobriety versus the darkness of addiction.

Sober Baddies - Fresh out of F#ck$
Looking for some fun recovery insight to elevate your mood? Join us as we pull apart everyday stresses such as shame, boundaries, codependence, and vulnerabilities and turn them into powerful energies that help shift weakness into strength.
What even is shame? What about shame tolerance? Is the pink cloud even a real thing? Note, dear listener, yes it is, and in this episode, we're riding one HARD! ... Or are we?
Come have a listen as we unapologetically triumph gratitude and self-awareness in sobriety, leaving self-doubt and old coping habits like drinking in a heaping pile of glittery dust.
