Self-Development Addict Starts Creating Real Change with Rhoda Malia
#53 My awesome guest this week is Rhoda Malia., In her own words she was a 'self-development addict' for many years, but still making the changes needed in her life. Sound familiar? Rhoda has been part of the Let It In Academy for over 12 months. After spending many years looking externally for answers, she decided to do something different and look within and joined the Let it In community. Here we discuss her lessons learned and how she's made the changes and take real action from ';doing the work'. Enjoy! About Rhoda: Rhoda Malia has been part of the Let it In program since it began. When she first joined the program in October 2017, she was in debt, single, in a job she disliked, had digestive issues and was emotionally tense, anxious and stressed. Her story is a great example of how, with the right tools and mindset, Everything can turn itself around. In just 12 months, she's now clear of all debt, in a loving relationship, in a job that respects her ambitions to eventually transition into the entrepreneurial space and looking younger and fitter by the day. And most importantly, she feels emotionally stable, calm, happy and at peace most of the time. This new perspective has motivated her to spread the word for a tool (daily journaling) that helps her (and others) get into a headspace that welcomes in positive change. She believes that self care practises like journaling and her being part of a community like Let it In, helps people tap into their inner wisdom to find what they really want in life. Down The Rabbit Hole. Best of 2018
#50 I can't believe it. I made it to 50 episodes of The Guy Lawrence Podcast! Could there be a better way to celebrate as my 50th episode falls smack bang oil the first episode of 2019. When I reflect on all my guests I have had on the show so far since I began it in February 2018, I honestly feel blessed to have had these conversations and be able to share them with you the listener. Without you tuning in and your support this show would simply not exist. For this 'Down The Rabbit Hole' special, I've chosen six episodes from the forty nine and spliced it together with a bit of inside and personal journey on why they made it to my six. Actually selecting six for me was almost an impossible task as hand on heart I've loved everyone of them in my biased opinion. So sit back and enjoy and hopefully you'll come across a few you may not yet have listened to. Enjoy! Learn More: https://guylawrence.com.au/podcast/
