Chris Egan, KING 5, stops by for his weekly visit to talk sports and everything that has nothing to do with sports. Puck and Egan start off by honoring former KING 5 sports broadcaster Tony Ventrella. Chris talks at great length what Tony meant to him in his career, especially early on. The conversation than turns toward youth sports and the demand that parents have on having their kids play multiple sports during the same season. Isn’t one sport enough and isn’t unfair to the coaches involved? Puck thinks the kids and parents need to pick one and stay with that one during the season. Finally, with Halloween less than a week away, Egan gives his top five Halloween candies. Plus, top five candies to trade and top 5 food items for parents on Halloween. Puck is disgusted at Egan for not providing drinks to the parents as they walk their kids around! 

Mike Garafolo, NFL Network joins the show for his weekly visit. They jump right into the latest trade rumors in the NFL and why Seattle may not be done as of yet. Would Maxx Crosby fit in Seattle and could they make it happen?  Are the Rams really serious about trading quarterback Matt Stafford?  Cooper Kupp appears to be gone. Puck and Garafolo dive into the MVP discussion between Josh Allen and Ravens running back Derrick Henry, who is on pace to eclipse Eric Dickerson’s single season rushing record, which would be incredible.

On today’s Daily Puck Drop, Jason “Puck” Puckett opens up the show talking about the return of the NBA and how much longer do Sonics fans need to wait before the return of our team?  Will this year be the last year before the Sonics return?  Adam Silver and the league at some point need to give Seattle something before patience wears out. Lebron and the Lakers tip the season off tonight and that means plays with his son Bronny.  Unfortunately it’s just a spectacle because Bronny James has no business playing in the league right now. Bronny averaged 4 points and shot 29 percent from the floor. This is all about Lebron. It’s a selfish act and goes against everything that’s right about competition in sports. Danny Kelly, The Ringer joins the show to discuss the NFL, Seahawks and fantasy football advice.  Danny and Puck ventured into the debate about Todd Bowles and did he make the right decision in keeping Chris Godwin in the game?  They both agreed he’s receiving unwanted criticism.   Is the future of the NFL a weight limit? Puck and Danny delve into the idea because athletes are getting much bigger as the years go on by.  You see weight limits in youth football, could it happen in the NFL?DK Metcalf is having his best year.
