Hola, como sabes, el objetivo de Español Automático es ayudarte a pasar del estado pasivo de ENTENDER español hablado, al estado activo de HABLARLO de verdad, de comunicarte con facilidad y sin esfuerzo. Y para poder comunicarte bien sin malentendidos, está bien tener un conocimiento amplio de español, pero también es importante entender las sutilezas del idioma. Para hablar como un nativo no sólo tienes que tener un vocabulario amplio, sino que tienes que ser capaz de distinguir diferentes matices entre palabras que significan casi lo mismo. Quizás no tengas que saber todos los matices ahora mismo, pero sí un par de palabras y expresiones que te ayudarán a sonar más como un nativo. Por ejemplo, muchos verbos españoles tienen un significado muy parecido así que, a veces, resulta algo confuso saber cuál de ellos utilizar. A veces, alguien te dice algo en español y tú te sientes como estos pobres pingüinos (ver foto en el blog). Sabes a qué me refiero, ¿verdad? No importa si te ha ocurrido ayer en tu clase de español, la semana pasada en un bar, o hace un año en tu viaje por España. A todos nos ha pasado. Hoy explicaré una nueva expresión española muy utilizada entre los españoles, así que conocerla y saber usarla es un gran plus si quieres hablar español como un nativo. Si eres nuevo por aquí, te explico rápidamente cuál es el formato del podcast de capítulos como el de hoy. Primero, explico el significado de las palabras que componen la expresión y luego el significado de la expresión misma. A continuación, doy algunos ejemplos para que entiendas bien la expresión en su contexto y para que sepas usar correctamente la nueva expresión española en tus conversaciones. I will explain its meaning and I will give some examples on how you can use it in conversational Spanish. It´s important to know and understand Spanish expressions and idioms or Spanish sayings because they are used everyday communication between native speakers. I will do more often this kind of podcasts so you can get to know well all the Spanish expressions necessary to understand and participate in conversations in Spain. I am thrilled to welcome you to the first Español Automático Podcast. This has been a long time coming and I’d like to thank all of you who have encouraged me to get this podcast creation going. I hope you enjoy it!Since this is our first session together I spend a little bit of time introducing myself and I go over the formalities of the show and what to expect from future sessions. What to expect from Español Automático: Español Automático is a free Spanish podcast for language learners who understand Spanish but are unable to speak it. My aim is to improve your Spanish listening skills and get your conversational Spanish to the next level. The best way to learn Spanish is to listen in Spanish a lot :) The Español Automático system is based on my neurolinguistic studies and Spanish Teachers Certificate studies, as well as my own experience as a language student. I’ve studied 8 languages so far, of which I am fluent in 4, and I use all of them everyday at my place of work ☺ During my years of language learning I have created a system, which you can learn and implement through my course: "Piensa y habla en español". I hope you will like it and apply it!
