Can your business truly run without you? As in...could you go on a 3 month-long vacation, with zero cell phone access, and still bring in plenty of money to feed your family and keep your business up and running? If you aren't building an all-star team and engineering that team's celebrity, the answer is most definitely a big fat NO. Become a category of ONE. What we know for sure is when you step into a leadership position in your market, you become a category of one.
