Today I sat with Francesca Sipma, the founder and CEO of Mastry, creator of HypnoBreathwork®, and an international speaker and coach. Today's message is for those of you who know that you are meant for more and that you're ready to break out of the perfectionism, the fear of failure, and everything that's been holding you back. Maybe you've been sitting in this muck of your own thoughts, your own fears, your own doubts, and you have had enough. If you've gotten to that point, I have been there so many times in my own life, and this message is for you. It's coming with a little tough love and a kick in the pants but also coming to you like a hug.
