The Best Of Mark Levin - 1/11/25

This week on the Mark Levin Show, we had the official Constitutional certification of Donald Trump as President after he won a landslide victory. But there was no peaceful transfer of power yet – from this moment forward the Democrat party is looking to sabotage Trump’s presidency just as they did in 2016. Later, Judge Juan Merchan says he'll sentence Trump this Friday because all the left wants is to call Trump a convicted criminal. Merchan has lit a match to the supremacy clause and the electoral system. He has interfered in the Constitutional process like no other Judge and some say there's nothing we can do to fight back. Later, the actions of Attorney General Merrick Garland to the rulings of Judge Aileen Cannon unpacks the complex interplay of politics and justice. A few decades ago, California was known as one of the greatest States, now it has become a one-party-run, third-world hell hole. California is run by unserious ideologues who believe they are smarter than us. The politicians in California claim they care about the environment yet look what they’ve done to the environment. We're led to believe we are abusing nature - no nature abuses us whether we like it or not. It appears that everything that could go wrong went wrong in California. Not by nature but the ideologues who run California. We need answers and accountability. Why were they pushing radical, left-wing ideological policies that put people at risk, such as DEI and environmental justice programs? Learn more about your ad choices. Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 1/10/25

On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, as time goes by more and more information comes out about the wildfires in California and what these ideologues have done to the State. It turns out a key reservoir was empty when the Pacific Palisades fire started. Gov Gavin Newsom also cut the fire budget by $100 million last year while giving more water to tiny tribal fish. Newsom isn't Presidential material, he’s not even Gubernatorial material. Where did the trillions of dollars go from the Inflation Reduction Act, which caused massive inflation? What was it used for? There needs to be a full criminal investigation into what happened to the Inflation Reduction Act money and a criminal investigation into what happened in California. Also, Supreme Court Justices, John Robert and Amy Coney Barrett have caused significant damage to our constitutional system, particularly concerning the supremacy clause. The supremacy clause was intended to address situations where State judges and local prosecutors use federal law against the intended purpose. President Trump is now left with appealing in the NY appellate system. If he wins, this ruling would be specific to NY only and would leave other states to act as Alvin Bragg and Judge Juan Merchan did. Learn more about your ad choices. Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 1/9/25

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, it appears that everything that could go wrong went wrong in California. Not by nature but the ideologues who run California. We need answers and accountability. Why were they pushing radical, left-wing ideological policies that put people at risk, such as DEI and environmental justice programs? Also, the Supreme Court denied President-Elect Trump’s request to delay the NYC sentencing. Justices John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett joined with the left on the Court. They didn’t issue an opinion; it was an order. So, the lawfare continues. Later, Rep Chip Roy introduced a bill against the ICC and it passed in the House, now it goes to the Senate. The bill is meant to sanction and punish the ICC. We shouldn’t outsource our institutions to foreign governments. Roy calls in to give the specifics of the bill. He also discusses the breaking news that the Supreme Court denied Trump’s stay request.  Finally, Eli Beer, President of the U.S.-based organization Friends of United Hatzalah, calls in to discuss his organization. They’re a group of volunteers and their main goal is to get to every emergency in Israel within minutes. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 1/8/25

California's downfall from a thriving state to mismanaged chaos is scrutinized, spotlighting crime and environmental failures. The conversation pivots to Trump's legal battles, highlighting struggles with a biased judiciary. A call for accountability in the judicial system resonates, particularly regarding Jack Smith's investigations. The influence of George Soros on Democratic politics raises eyebrows, especially with the Medal of Freedom awarded to him. Additionally, criticism of federal land management and proposals for privatization spark lively debate.

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, President-Elect Trump sees that China and Russia are scouring the world. They’re building ships to control navigable waters and they’re in all parts of the globe. Trump sees how we're getting choked off and looks towards Panama Canal and Greenland. Trump knows the Panama Canal is critical to our enemies. The idea that China has control of it is an abomination and the Democrats have no answer to this. Later, Judge Aileen Cannon blocked Jack Smith from releasing his report. She previously ruled Smith’s appointment was unconstitutional; he shouldn’t be filing anything because she ruled he doesn’t exist. Also, Biden just commuted the sentences of horrific murderers but the media lectures Trump about pardoning the January 6’ers. Afterward, the serial rape of thousands of English girls in Britain by mostly Pakistan Muslims went on for years and was covered up. The government tried to bury the story because those in power were intimidated by Pakistani Muslims and didn’t want to be accused of racism. Learn more about your ad choices. On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, Ben Ferguson, host of the Ben Ferguson podcast, fills in for Mark. FBI Special Agent Alethea Duncan was the first person America heard from after the horrific New Orleans attack and she told everyone that this wasn’t “a terrorist event.”  She deserves to be fired. Now, the FBI is saying this was 100% inspired by ISIS and yes, it’s a terrorist act. How could the FBI get this so wrong in the beginning? The other person who should be fired is whoever made the decision to have the hydraulic barriers around Bourbon Street removed for repairs. Of all the days of the year, New Year's Eve, someone decided that those weren’t needed, but now those barriers are up.  Also, the Washington Post actually had this headline published - truck rams New Orleans crowd. Do they want us to believe a random truck drove itself into a crowd with no one inside? Later, Pro-Hamas protestors celebrated in NYC after the New Orleans attack. Shouldn’t the government investigate those protestors?  Should they be deported if they’re not a U.S. citizen? Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 1/1/25

On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, we bring you the Best of Mark Levin. The government was shut down over 20 times since 1974 and the nation survived. A shutdown does draw a line on what they call "discretionary spending" -- the government itself calls it non-essential spending -- much of which, but not all, funds ideologically driven projects. The government never really shuts down; indeed, when there is a so-called government shutdown, about 17% of the government actually shuts down.  Afterward, is George Mason University cultivating a nest of anti-Israel and antisemitic terrorist supporters? A student was arrested for “distribution of information relating to explosives, destructive devices, and weapons of mass destruction in furtherance of the commission of a federal crime of violence” to an FBI informant. Finally, Benjamin Netanyahu will not be able to attend the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz Nazi concentration camp fearing he may be arrested by the Poland government for ‘war crimes.’ This is outrageous. Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 12/31/24

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, we bring you the Best of Mark Levin. The Loudoun County school system seems to be under the iron fist of the radical left. The local NAACP is angry after a teacher passed around some cotton during a history lesson on slavery and the invention of the cotton gin. You can’t pass cotton around as an example of what was produced and what took place in the South? Is this a joke? The NAACP has a lot of time on its hands. Loudoun County School shouldn’t apologize - they need a backbone to stand against this idiocy. Later, 14 suspects were detained in a home invasion, and kidnapping at the Aurora, Colorado apartments where the viral video surfaced of gang members from Tren de Aragua terrorizing residents. These blue states do not care about their citizens. We get lectured by Kamala Harris and Democrats on gun control, but they didn’t secure the border while illegal guns and drugs poured through. These Democrats need to stop being soft on crime and stop supporting soft prosecutors. Afterward, Judge Juan Merchan ruled that Trump doesn’t have immunity in his NYC case. Merchan needs to be forced to let go of this case by the Supreme Court. There is no guarantee the High Court will take it, but it may well if presented the right way. Finally, Paul Kengor calls in and explains how deeply engaged Democrats and Ted Kennedy were with our Cold War enemies – they sold out to the Communists. Democrats should remember this as they push judgment on Trump’s nominees such as Tulsi Gabbard, Pete Hegseth, and Kash Patel. No Republican has ever done anything like Kennedy did. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
