On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, the hate America Attorney General’s in blue states and the hate America press want you to believe that birthright citizenship is in the Constitution. It's not in the Constitution. It’s not in any of the legislative history for the 14th Amendment It's not in the 1866 Civil Rights Act. The idea that if you're born in the U.S., you’re automatically a citizen is a sham. President Trump’s executive order should be effective enough to end birthright citizenship but there will be an activist effort against this saying that the Supreme Court set a precedent. Also, President Trump is remaking the federal bureaucracy right before our eyes. What Trump is doing, across the board, is courageous and more conservative than President H.W. Bush or President W. Bush. The 3 most conservative presidents of the last 100 years are Calvin Coolidge, Ronald Reagan, and Trump. Later, the Bernie Sanders Marxist crap has gotten us to where we are today. Look at your paycheck stub - is a billionaire taking your money? No, it’s the government. No company creates inflation – it’s the government.  But Sanders’ answer is more government, just get the billionaires. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 1/21/25

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, Joe Biden never met a murderer whose sentence he did not want to commute -- depraved! Apparently, if Leonard Peltier were a Proud Boy, the media would be more upset with his commutation by Biden, even though Peltier was imprisoned for his role in the cold-blooded murder of two wounded FBI agents.  Or Biden's commutation of dozens of horrible murderers in our federal prisons. Can any Democrat or media surrogate tell us why Biden commuted sentences for murderers on the way out the door? We have hypocritical Democrats in 2020 against preemptive pardons, then Biden pardons his family. Biden has now set a precedent; Democrats burn down traditions then they complain about it. Later, the 11th-hour effort to stop Pete Hegseth has begun and you better believe the Democrats have colluded behind the scenes to do this. Now, Democrats have an affidavit containing new allegations that Hegseth’s ex-wife feared for her safety from abuse, but Hegseth’s ex-wife says it never happened. Republicans must rally around Hegseth against this setup. The scandal is not Hegseth, it’s the Democrats. Afterward, no, Elon Musk didn’t give the Hitler salute. It’s the Democrat party with their history of antisemitism.  Finally, Trump’s foreign policy team needs to make sure they do not in any way help create yet another terrorist regime, this time a Palestinian terror state. They also need to eliminate Iran’s nuclear sites.  And beware of the terror-supporting Qatar regime, that funded Hamas to the tune of $1.8 billion, protected its leaders for years, and is funding radical, pro-terrorist, antisemitic groups in our own country and in our colleges and universities.  Learn more about your ad choices. Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 1/20/25

On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, President Donald Trump was officially sworn into office today. Trump gave a truly historic speech. It was a speech to the American people, not a State of the Union speech as the media want you to believe. Also, Joe Biden issued last-minute pardons right before Trump was sworn in. He pardoned Leonard Peltier who killed FBI agents. He also pardoned Anthony Fauci, Gen Mark Milley, the January 6 committee, and his family members. Peter Schweizer calls in and explains he wasn’t surprised that Biden pardoned his family. This acknowledges that they have legal liability. Later, the ADL is a disgrace. Led by a former Obama special assistant, they smear Elon Musk with this outrageous claim about him using a Nazi salute. The ADL gives cover to the most loathsome Democrats, including Biden, under whom antisemitism massively expanded in our country. Musk has made special trips to Auschwitz, Israel after Oct. 7, and made statements on behalf of Jews and Israel. Afterward, Julie Kelly calls in and explains that Trump just signed a full pardon for every J6’er. They already started releasing them from prison. Learn more about your ad choices. Danny Danon, former Ambassador to the UN from Israel, brings a wealth of experience to the discussion on the recent Israel/Hamas ceasefire. He clarifies that this is not a peace agreement, as Israel retains the right to respond to Hamas. Danon emphasizes the need to prioritize recovering hostages while remaining committed to national security. The conversation also touches on the political ramifications of this conflict and the broader geopolitical implications for the Middle East, including the ongoing threats from Iran.

Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 1/16/25

On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, several decades ago there was a special law passed to give Congressional staffers a special privilege. Congressional staffers could get career civil service jobs if their House or Senate member was defeated. Landmark Legal Foundation demanded this absurd privilege by denied – and it was. Can you imagine what would happen if that was still the law today? The leftists would secrete themselves into the bureaucracy.  Later, the media and the Democrats keep using phony Gaza death toll numbers. Mark breaks down the most extensive and accurate examination of the deaths in Gaza, which the media are censoring. There’s also a Saudi effort to push for a Palestinian state, or pressure on Israel to create such a state. This would wide redline for millions of others. This cannot happen. The idea that you’ll have a peaceful Palestinian state is ridiculous. Afterward, all of a sudden Democrats are worried about billionaire tech oligarchs. They had no problem with Elon Musk when he was a Democrat. As long as the ‘tech bros’ are pouring millions into the Democrat coffers, they were fine with that. Learn more about your ad choices. He asserts that states can play a crucial role in addressing America’s immigration crisis while criticizing President Biden as the worst in his lifetime. The conversation also touches on the controversial Israel/Hamas ceasefire deal, emphasizing the complexities and risks involved, particularly the release of terrorists, and the overall distrust surrounding geopolitical negotiations.

Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 1/14/25

On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, does the supposed hostage deal being pushed by the United States require Israel to release scores of terrorists? Reports say that there's enormous pressure on Benjamin Netanyahu to allegedly release multiple scores of Palestinian terrorists and convicted criminals in exchange for the hostages, even if it means the collapse of the Netanyahu conservative government. Hopefully, this is not true. Also, Pete Hegseth did extremely well during his confirmation hearing, but the Democrats dirtied themselves even though the Democrats, who have undermined our military repeatedly, posed as defenders of the military, they failed miserably.  In fact, they essentially continued promoting wokeism and politics at the Pentagon and the allegations that were already pushed in and by the media, respecting Hegseth's character, didn't go anywhere. Hegseth conducted himself very well during the Democrat inquisition and there is no reason any Republican should vote against his confirmation. Some are questioning, what qualifies Hegseth for Secretary of Defense. What qualified Pete Buttigieg to run transportation? Dick Cheney was Secretary of Defense and never served in the military. Sometimes you must rely on a person's life experience. Finally, Sen Eric Schmitt calls in to discuss his role at the Hegseth hearings today. He explains that Hegseth will root out DEI at the Department of Defense, which is poison, it has no place in our military. Hegseth is the change agent President-Elect Trump wanted.
