Princess Transforms Toad Into A Prince

— Dawn Ziegerer became calmer. She became powerful in her own life. She transformed. And along the way her partner did some of his own transformation. He willingly came along for the ride. Dawn helps you become the princess whose kiss transforms the person in your life. And if that toad doesn't transform with you, she will help you move on without guilt. Valeria Teles interviews Dawn Ziegerer — a Certified Life Coach, Mother, Former On-Air Personality, And Speaker Dawn Ziegerer helps women leave a toad to find their prince. Her coaching program, Make Baggage Your Bitch, takes women in crappy relationships to the happily ever after they want. With a toad? Just broke up with a toad? A toad left you? With a prince, but not feeling the love? Dawn shows women how to permanently get away from toads or how to turn a toad into a prince. Dawn helps women get away from their own damsel in distress and evil witch modes to become the powerful princess who gets what she wants. She does this by helping women uncover the emotional baggage that keeps them in toad land. She's a princess who found her prince, after decades in toad land! She's a certified life coach, mother-of-five (my own and extra kids), and former on-air personality. She got her M.A. at Penn State. A Remarkable Journey Of Faith

— On a cold April day, Ben Hylden tried on his suit coat for the upcoming school prom, then sped toward nearby Park River, ND, for an appointment. Running late and driving too fast, he lost control of his car on ice, flipped the car and was thrown out the passenger's door-plunging face first into an icy field. Ben's face and body were crushed, along with his dreams of being a basketball star. As his battered body lay in the field, Ben's life seemed to be coming to an end. However, it turned out to only be the beginning of a remarkable journey of faith that showed him glimpses of life beyond this world, and gave him a new perspective on what matters most. Valeria Teles interviews Ben Hylden — the author of "Finding Faith in the Field." Ben Hylden grew up a dairy farm near Park River, ND where he went high school and played basketball, football, and track. However, on April 6, 2007 at the age of 16, everything changed. Transforming Vulnerability Into Wholeness

— When people have done a lot of healing work through different modalities there's often the impression that we need to be able to "fix" all our problems now, and won't need to reach out to a professional. But since the nature of our being is to constantly evolve we are bound to reach another threshold that we won't know how to cross. At that point what really blocks these women is often the shame embodied in such voices of "I should….", such as I should know better, I should know how to handle this by myself, I should be over it by now. Not only does this not hold truth, it keeps us from the kind of growth that leads us into freedom. Valeria Teles interviews Shelly Sharon — the author of "Healing The Mother Wound: Transforming A Painful Relationship With Your Mother And Stepping Into Your Wholeness." Shelly Sharon is a Life Alignment coach, a seasoned meditation teacher and a writer. Her life has meandered through many different vocations; she has been a professional dancer, a coffeeshop owner, a sought-after consultant for effective social change, amongst other adventures. Growing up with a mentally-ill mother has taught her that pain is an unfinished story and being strong has nothing to do with doing it all by yourself. In 2011 Shelly experienced a spiritual break-open and changed her life to let spirituality and inner wisdom be at the forefront of her life rather than locked in a closet. Shelly's helping women who live a connected and engaged life face challenging feelings and old wounds so they can deepen their self-trust and healing and grow a fierce presence. So far she has worked with hundreds of people through individual and retreat settings to lean into their inner light and discover the meaning and guidance in their life story. Originally from Israel, She's lived as a nomad for more than three years, two of which in the East, nearly two years in a remote village in the mountains of Italy and since 2016 has made Zürich, Switzerland, her home together with her soul partner and their two white cats. Currently she's working on her book titled Healing the Mother Wound. Our Inner Voice Has The Desire To Help Us

— The field of neurobiology and the science of mindfulness reveal that the human brain is capable of being engaged in the experience of upset (fear, anxiety, depression) while simultaneously observing and holding ourselves with kindness, as a loving parent or partner would. This ability to be both experiencing and holding the experience is the key to maintaining inner calm in the face of life's challenges. If we learn to honor that each and every inner voice, no matter how distressing, has the desire to help us, we open to the possibility that each part of us has value. This help creates a gentle, accepting and warm resonance with ourselves that can remain stable and present, even when parts of us feel upset. Valeria Teles interviews Sarah Peyton — the author of "Your Resonant Self Workbook: From Self-sabotage to Self-care." Sarah Peyton, Certified Trainer of Nonviolent Communication and neuroscience educator, integrates brain science and the use of resonant language to heal personal and collective trauma with exquisite gentleness. Sarah is a sought-after expert who brings neuroscience expertise together with depth work, self-compassion, and the transformative potential of language. She works with audiences internationally to create a compassionate understanding of the effects of relational trauma on the brain, and teaches people how words change and heal us. Sarah teaches and lectures internationally and is the author of three books: Your Resonant Self: Guided Meditations and Exercises to Engage Your Brain's Capacity for Healing, the companion Your Resonant Self Workbook: From Self-sabotage to Self-care, and Affirmations for Turbulent Times: Resonant Words to Soothe Body and Mind (scheduled for release in Winter, 2021). Choosing Love Over Fear

— Love one another – love is a gift from the heart. It is generous, soul enriching, divine. When we step beyond fear and into love, we are guiding ourselves and everyone we touch to a higher state of consciousness. Remember when we love, we are spreading the joy and word of our creator – choose love over fear. It is so easy to fear – fear closes you down, breaks you apart from your divine knowing and connection. Fear keeps you playing and living small. When you breathe into your fears, what you will find is a lot of distortions of how you see things. Fear has no power – unless we give it power! Practice to live from love. Breathe and connect to your heart. Your heart is generous and is committed to the divine. When you move beyond your fears and into your heart, your heart and divine has all the power you need. A million times more powerful than fear. Breathe in – Love Breathe in – the divine light.
