Imagine If You Could Have Everything You Want
— Fear is an uncomfortable feeling. Sometimes fear disguises itself as worry, stress, and even anger. Fear can make you feel as if you're working hard, but just not getting the results you want. It doesn't feel like you are reaching your destination, and yet you're not sure what needs to be done — the road forward is just not clear. Are you judging yourself against others, are you questioning whether you are "good enough," are you holding yourself back for fear of failing? You may describe it as a feeling of being "stuck." And, like being stuck in quicksand, sometimes the more we struggle, the more stuck we become. Fear can literally make you sick. Now, imagine if you could have everything you want and feel you are successful. Imagine having a handle on your fears so they do not get in the way. Picture knowing you are capable and worthy of having all you desire. You can have more joy, ease, purpose, and peace in your life. Valeria Teles interviews Leanne Giavedoni — the author of "Fear Unravelled: Transform your thinking and manifest the abundant life you deserve." She was personally experiencing stress, financial struggles, pain, body out of whack, hormone imbalances, burn out and depression. And she was seeing the same concerns in her patients. Her medical training wasn't providing the solutions she needed. This led her to explore many alternative approaches for over 15 years. In 2017, all of the research, personal healing and work with many clients culminated into the coaching programs she uses today. The Abundant Life Method unleashes the essentials needed to balance the body, mind & spirit so that you can truly enjoy a life of health, prosperity & peace. The Rising Consciousness
— "You are far more amazing than you can imagine," were words Marc Newkirk, world class scientist, prolific inventor and my father often said. Within each one of us are amazing innate abilities. The majority of these abilities are lying latent within us and are rarely accessed. Most of us have become so disconnected from these abilities that we feel separate and alone. All of this is about to change. We collectively have reached a time in humanity where all of this is in the process of shifting and the end result will be harmony, balance, support and coherence. The indicator that this is changing is that the world is in a state of chaos and confusion. There would be no chaos and there would be no confusion if what we collectively were doing was working and the systems in place were solidly built on strong ethical principles and firm foundations. Nature and young children are our best teachers. Within nature you find coherence, balance and the inner workings of a symbiotic relationship. Children have the opportunity to teach us about maintaining an open and exploratory mind which is crucial for discovery! The best way to begin, is to choose an environment that supports a higher vibration state of being. An environment that makes you "feel" good. Whether it be a park bench, out in a field, immersed in nature or sitting by a window finding a spot that brings you into a greater state of peace is where the magic has the greatest opportunity to begin to present itself. In that state we can begin to connect to our hearts and activate our feeling universe within. Marc Newkirk used to say that if you could stop all "human thought" the default would be total harmony. As more and more people begin to make steps in this direction and activate the powers within them it will become more and more accessible to the collective. Begin to follow your joy and sing your song, maintain a childlike mind and joy and that will lead you to discovering more of the amazing abilities that you have within you! Valeria Teles interviews Ross Newkirk – A Cutting-Edge Consciousness-Raising Technology Inventor, Founder And President Of Conscious Technologies, an Author, Certified Reiki Practitioner, Speaker And a Board Member The Lightfield Foundation. Ross Newkirk is an Inventor who has worked on Cutting-edge Consciousness-Raising Technology based on Information Fields for over 15 years. He worked for countless hours alongside his father Marc Newkirk, a world-class scientist and prolific inventor, who himself had over 100 US patents, and over 900 foreign patents to his name. Ross is currently the founder and President of Conscious Technologies LLC and has created, built, and brought to market a handful of major technologies that provide a coherent space for someone to reconnect with their higher self, as well as an entire line of EMF harmonizing technologies that literally reverse the spin field of a man-made EMF to be in harmony with a person's body which gives off a natural EMF signal itself but in the opposite direction of how man-made EMF signals spin. He is the author of the book: Unsubscribe (A Story of One Man's Profound Discovery) and spent a number of years as the former Personal Assistant to Dr. Spencer Johnson author of Who Moved My Cheese, The One Minute Manager, and Out of the Maze. He sits on the board of the Lightfield Foundation, a non-profit foundation that his father Marc started, where Ross spent countless hours with his dad building the Lighfield and Grace technologies. The Buddhist Healing Pair: Wisdom & Compassion
— Tranquil Abiding helps us calm the waters of the mind, allowing us to experience truth more clearly. We can learn a lot through studying the nature of the mind and reality, but we can't stop there. Tranquil Abiding helps us to see for ourselves, through stilling the mind and experiencing insight. Through connecting with others, as a compassionate act, Tonglen helps us feel how we're not separate from the rest of the ocean. This balance is important. The Tibetan scriptures speak of many pairs. In Why Bother? The definition of enlightenment is cleansing our obscurations and fully maturing our buddha qualities. Tranquil Abiding helps with the former; Tonglen with the latter. Another pair is wisdom (Tranquil Abiding) and compassion (Tonglen). Vajrayana (Tibetan Buddhism) meets us where we are, and supports us in our journey from there. So it is with Tonglen. The word Tonglen means "sending and receiving" in Tibetan. Valeria Teles interviews Lama Tsomo — the author of "Wisdom & Compassion: Starting with Yourself — (Ancient Wisdom for Our Times Tibetan Buddhist Practice Series – Book 2)." Lama Tsomo is a spiritual teacher, author, and co-founder of Namchak Foundation, which preserves and shares Tibetan Buddhist practice in accessible, contemporary ways. She dedicates the majority of her time and resources to sharing the teachings and practices of the Namchak tradition, a branch of Tibetan Buddhism. Utilizing her psychology background, Lama Tsomo works to make it easier for Westerners to bridge contemplative practice and modern life. She is particularly passionate about reaching young people and supporting those working for positive social change. Fascinated by science from an early age, Lama Tsomo's teachings often reference the science behind meditation and the proven neurological impact. She holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology and is the author of Why Is the Dalai Lama Always Smiling? An Introduction and Guide to Tibetan Buddhist Practice and coauthor of The Lotus & the Rose: A Conversation Between Tibetan Buddhism & Mystical Christianity and the newly released Taking a Breath meditation journal. Possible Healing For Neuro-Degenerative Diseases
— In March 2016, Codi, the daughter-in-law of Dr. Harold Punnett, one of NervGen's co-founders, fell and became a complete T-11 paraplegic. She has no sensation or function below the level of her belly button and the devastating injury changed the lives of Codi, and the rest of the family. In response to this terrible injury, Dr. Punnett began a personal quest to learn about spinal cord injury. Through his research he discovered a revolutionary nerve regeneration technology of deep biological logic in Dr. Jerry Silver's work at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU). Dr. Silver and Dr. Punnett began a conversation that resulted in the formation of NervGen Pharma Corp. in 2018. Dr. Punnett's hope is that the work performed by NervGen will be able to help Codi and others suffering from paralysis; he is also very excited that the technology may also lead to novel new treatments for other serious neurological conditions such as neurodegenerative diseases. Valeria Teles interviews Paul Brennan— MSC In Physiology, BSC (Hons) In Life Sciences, President And Chief Executive Officer At NervGen Pharma, And Speaker Paul Brennan is the President and Chief Executive Officer at NervGen Pharma. How To Decrease Fear & Anxiety
— By studying the reasons why something has been triggered within us, we can then take the steps required to reverse engineer the experience, and to ultimately become free of it. Kieran Hedley discusses the main points highlighted in scientific literature in recent years that promote mental health struggles such as anxiety and depression. Due to his past suffering of anxiety and depression, and because these are the most common mental health issues, he focuses on these topics. After working on people's mental health and coaching them through their suffering for 4 years, and full-time for the last 2 years, many common denominators also present themselves. Alongside the research, Kieran ties in his own experience from working with people working through their struggles over extended periods. What's researched and what works for each individual can sometimes differ. Valeria Teles interviews Kieran Hedley — He is an Anxiety and Mental Permanence Coach, Meditation Teacher, And Speaker After finding freedom from his previously anxiety-stricken mind and being drowned in depression, Kieran Hedley had a natural longing of finding the best methods to help others to find the same level of freedom that he gained. Anyone who has suffered that much would know, the deep desire for peace, and the deep pain for not wanting others to suffer to that degree. There's nothing like it. The methods Kieran found freedom through were deep Buddhist-inspired meditations and the linking of these practices to his studies in medical neuroscience. When you hear he speak about well-being, Kieran will often tie it to a biological basis, as he coaches the way he felt he needed coaching when he started; from a logical basis of why, how, and a step-by-step method that has backing. Kieran Hedley now incentivizes his work through NFTs. He has an NFT (non-fungible token: basically a digital good that exists on the blockchain that has intrinsic value) in works that he will be giving his clients for free once they reach their goals. Kieran also has smaller free NFTs he has made that he gives people for completing his free courses. His aim is to use the NFT space to incentivize and promote greater change in this world through self-healing. Kieran is also offering a free mini course, for more details, please visit: minicourse.healingwithkez.com/decrease-fear-and-anxiety or https://www.healingwithkez.com/ — This podcast is a quest for well-being, a quest for a meaningful life through the exploration of fundamental truths, enlightening ideas, insights on physical, mental, and spiritual health. Heal And Transform With Reiki
— Reiki is a method of bringing to light your inner joy, a way to calm and relax you and a way to alleviate physical pain. The way I do this is with love, compassion and acceptance in a sacred space in my home where no judgement is ever passed. Reiki treatments are used for those suffering both physically and or emotionally. Valeria Teles interviews Amy Kaufman — A Reiki Master, Guided Meditation Leader and the author of "Seasons of the Soul: A Collection of Original Reiki Quotes." To Amy Kaufman being a Reiki Master is not a profession as much as a path she followed. During a Tarot reading in 2009 she was invited to consider becoming a Reiki Practitioner and it rang true for her. As a wife and mother, Amy is a natural giver. A giver of love, support and a giver of herself. Following her path in becoming a Reiki Master has allowed her to continue to give love and support to many in need of healing. Reiki is a method of bringing light to your inner joy, a way to calm and relax you and a way to alleviate physical pain. The way Amy does this is with love, compassion and acceptance in a sacred space in her home where no judgement is ever passed. Reiki treatments are used for those suffering both physically and or emotionally. With her hands gently placed on a client, she is literally able to feel emotional issues that are causing upset in their lives. For example, pain in the heart center may be due to loss or relationship issues or perhaps a blockage in the area around the solar plexus due to a lack of self-esteem. Through conversation, humor, love and compassion, Amy is able to remove these blockages. Reiki sessions are equally effective whether a session takes place in-person or remotely. Although she lives in Westchester County in New York, Amy has had remote Reiki sessions with clients in Illinois, North Dakota, California and England. Most often, one session is not enough but is a great start! Amy also teaches Reiki in-person and via zoom! Life & Career Satisfaction
— The factors governing success in personal relationships are complex. It's not simply a matter of whether the other parties in the relationship are "right" for you. It's recognizing the multitude of factors - ranging from the personality types of those with whom you're in relationship to their embedded notions of what's most important in those relationships: affection? — emotional support? shared vales? security? etc.). Becoming aware of these factors, and making adjustments that better align you with your relationship partners (whether in work or in personal life), Is key to more success in navigating them and having them serve as motivators rather than as demotivators. Valeria Teles interviews Jim Weinstein— A Life And Career Counselor, Marriage And Family Therapist, And Speaker Brought up in the New York suburbs (Eastchester), Jim Weinstein attended Wesleyan University in Middletown Connecticut where he majored in Political Science. Graduating magna cum laude Phi Beta Kappa Jim was accepted to Harvard Business School where he concentrated in marketing. He graduated with distinction and thereafter began working in New York for one of America's largest ad agencies, Benton and Bowles, as an account executive. Jim rose quickly in the organization, being named Vice President four years later. In the subsequent 15 years he worked at several other major agencies, including Wells Rich Greene as Executive Vice-President and Chiat/Day as Director of Account Management. Among the clients he serviced were Procter and Gamble, Sony, Coca-Cola, Bayer, Mitsubishi, Fisher-Price, and Energizer (the bunny was developed under my tenure as the lead account manager). In his 40s, Jim embarked on a process of inner work and exploration that led him to move from New York to Los Angeles and to ultimately discover the path of his current career. It started with Jim running a community-based clinical trials organization, Search Alliance, and then co-founding the internet's first psychotherapist search site, 4Therapy.com. He enrolled in Antioch University's clinical psychology program, earning a Master's degree and accumulating 3000 hours of internship training, after which he opened a successful private practice in Beverly Hills. Missing the seasons and the intellectual environment of the East, Jim moved to DC in 2005 making a professional pivot to emphasize career guidance. In the time he had been there he has been fortunate enough to build a thriving practice working with a very diverse, motivated, and intelligent group of clients. Jim is proud to have helped many hundreds of clients to dramatically improve their career and life satisfaction.
