Bill is a certified This Naked Mind coach. He changed his relationship with alcohol and has been free from alcohol since December 27th 2021.
Bill is using his experience and expertise to now help the LBGTQIA+ Community, to also find freedom from alcohol.
At only 16 years old Bill learned that alcohol was a way to help him cope with trauma experienced from being bullied and living in a volatile home.
After 40 years of drinking and drug use, he’s discovered that there are other healthier ways of managing his mental and emotional wellbeing.

127. Addicted parents, trauma and healing with Denita Bremer

Denita is a shame and trauma coach for latter-day saint women.
Denita was born to teen parents who had struggles with drugs and alcohol. In response to the trauma in her upbringing Denita developed a coping mechanism which was to be a ‘good learner’.
