3833 What the "F" Do We Need in Marriage?
When we think of marriage, not many people think of getting it right. It's more about what we do wrong. But what if we could pinpoint some of the key ones that would shift the relationship? What the "F" do we need in marriage? These key concepts aren't just nice ideas; they are foundational to building a resilient, loving partnership that aligns with what God desires for marriage. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com And I'm sure you're thinking: What F-bomb are you referring to? Well, more to come on that. But first things first. Marriage is a beautiful gift. Treat it well, and your heart will overflow. Let's explore these ten "F" words vital to your marital success, with practical examples and scriptural wisdom. The K.I.S.S. ~ The "F's" in marriage! 1. Faithfulness Being faithful means staying loyal and committed to your spouse, no matter what challenges arise. It's more than just physical faithfulness—it's about emotional and spiritual loyalty as well. Example: Prioritize honesty even when it's hard, and protect your marriage from distractions or temptations. Scripture: "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled." (Hebrews 13:4) 2. Forgiveness No one is perfect. Forgiveness is the key to healing wounds and rebuilding trust after mistakes. Holding grudges only builds walls. Example: When your spouse hurts you—intentionally or not—choose to forgive quickly instead of replaying the offense. Scripture: "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you." (Ephesians 4:32) 3. Friendship A strong marriage thrives on deep friendship—shared interests, respect, and genuine care beyond romance. Example: Spend time doing things you both enjoy and engage in meaningful conversations regularly. Scripture: "A friend loves at all times." (Proverbs 17:17) 4. Flexibility Life throws curveballs, and the ability to adapt with grace keeps a marriage stable. Rigidity leads to conflict. Example: Be willing to change plans, roles, or expectations when circumstances require it. Scripture: "Love is patient and kind; love does not insist on its own way." (1 Corinthians 13:4-5) 5. Focus Healthy marriages require attention and intention. Focus means choosing your spouse daily, even amidst distractions. Example: Put away phones and distractions and carve out dedicated time to connect. Scripture: "Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth." (Colossians 3:2) 6. Fun Joy and laughter aren't optional—they're essential. Fun keeps the spark alive and strengthens the bond. Example: Plan date nights, be silly together, and never underestimate the power of laughter. Scripture: "A joyful heart is good medicine." (Proverbs 17:22) 7. Fairness Marriage thrives on balance, respect, and equality—not keeping score or power struggles. Example: Share responsibilities and honor each other's needs and contributions. Scripture: "Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves." (Philippians 2:3) 8. Feeling Emotional openness and vulnerability create intimacy and understanding. Hide nothing that matters. Example: Express your hurts, hopes, and appreciation honestly and listen deeply when your spouse does the same. Scripture: "Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep." (Romans 12:15) 9. Facilitation Marriage is about helping each other grow toward the best versions of yourselves. Facilitation means enabling your spouse's success and happiness. Example: Encourage your spouse's dreams, support their growth, and navigate challenges side-by-side. Scripture: "Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another." (Proverbs 27:17) 10. Faith Finally, faith in God and in your marriage's purpose gives strength beyond what you can supply on your own. Example: Pray together, seek God's guidance, and hold your marriage as a sacred covenant. Scripture: "Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves." (Ecclesiastes 4:12) Marriage is no accident—it's a deliberate, daily choice to love, serve, and grow together, because you're better together. These "F" words provide a clear roadmap to build a bond that lasts a lifetime. When practiced faithfully, your marriage will not only survive—it will thrive, blessing both your hearts and reflecting God's divine design. You've got a beautiful gift. Treat it well, and watch your heart overflow. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3832 You Only Get One Chance with Your Children
How much of your time is spent building your dream or business versus building your family? It's not a question most of us ask ourselves often enough. But this is exactly the question we need to start facing head on—because you only get one chance with your children. Your kids don't care about the size of the empire you're building. What they do care about is whether you're there—truly present—when they're running around outside, playing their favorite games, or sitting across the dinner table sharing a meal. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com They notice if you show up at their practice, if you listen when they talk, if you really see them. None of your business wins will fill the spaces where your presence should have been. I recently came across a powerful reminder from my friend, mentor, and coach, Aaron Walker. He was addressing men specifically, but this message rings true for women and all parents. Awareness of how we show up for our children is crucial—not just for their happiness today, but for their long-term success. Consider this: We can grind in our businesses all day long, but our children are only in our lives, under our roof, for roughly 6,935 days. This isn't a number to scare you, but to sharpen your focus. We owe it to ourselves—and more importantly to them—to set boundaries. Boundaries are not to restrict our kids, but to protect ourselves and the moments that can never be recaptured. The K.I.S.S. ~ Set sacred boundaries! What sacred boundaries can parents put in place right now to protect their family time? Here are three non-negotiables: Set a Hard Stop — Decide on a clear time when work ends each day. No exceptions, no excuses. This signals to your family that your attention is theirs to have. Protect the Dinner Table — Make mealtimes sacred zones free from screens, emails, and distractions. This is where connections happen and conversations build trust. Sabbath Rest — Reserve at least one day or evening for complete rest and family focus. A day off work isn't just good for you; it's essential for your family's rhythm and well-being. Ask yourself these tough questions regularly: Did my family get the best version of me today, or just the leftovers? Am I guarding moments that my business cannot touch? And if I asked my kids, would they feel like I truly care about them, or that I care more about what I do? Parenting demands daily effort and energy—a commitment to consistently show up and build up the hearts that matter most. Don't waste this once-in-a-lifetime chance. Your children aren't just part of your life; they are your life's most important work. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #ConfessionsOfAnUpsetMama #CreateYourNow #TodaysParent 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3831 Scale Your Hours to Honor Your Heart
Every day, distractions and demands pull you in every direction but the one that truly matters—your own calling. It's easy to fill your schedule with "important" tasks that aren't really yours to shoulder, surrendering your time and energy to other people's priorities. But here's the hard truth: if you don't own your hours, someone else will—and that leaves your heart neglected. So scale your hours to honor your heart. Because when do you stop kidding yourself and admit to what's really going on? When do you take control of your time and learn to scale your hours in a way that honors what's inside you? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Honestly, that's what counts. You're not a clone. You were designed with unique gifts, a specific rhythm, and a purpose that only you can fulfill. No one else can give the way you were created to give. Yet, too often, you stay trapped "holding down the fort" built on others' rules, their timelines, and their expectations. It's time to put your own stake in the ground. It's time to stand for what matters to you, not what "should" matter to someone else. The K.I.S.S. ~ Scale your hours to honor your heart! Scaling your hours isn't about squeezing more tasks into the day or hustling yourself into exhaustion. It's about saying no to distractions, commitments, and the distractions that don't align with your true mission. It's about carving out time to serve the work and the people that light your fire—and yes, that means honoring the calling God placed on your life. When you intentionally design your day, your week, your hours—with the goal of honoring your heart and your Creator—you step into a different kind of success. One measured not by busyness or burnout, but by peace, fulfillment, and impact. Don't wait for the crisis that forces you to stop. Don't let the noise drown your voice. "Take ownership of your time with courage and conviction. Scale your hours to honor your heart—and do so in a way that glorifies God's divine design for your life." ~ Kristianne Wargo That's the kind of life worth living; a living legacy. "Be present. 3830 Is Your Environment Controlling You?
Healthy living isn't some effortless, automatic outcome—it's a daily battle that demands your attention and requires deliberate choices, facilitating an atmosphere that promotes your health. When you look at your lifestyle right now, is your environment controlling you? Are you stuck in cycles of frustration and failure? Or are you willing to push toward your health? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Most people settle into routines and surroundings that are "comfortable," only to realize that comfort feels more like a cage. That couch, that screen, that junk food drawer—they're perfectly designed to keep you trapped in old habits, draining your energy and sabotaging your progress. Now, imagine flipping the script. Imagine creating an environment that actually works for you. One that responds to what YOUR body needs and cuts through the noise of every fad, every flashy promise, and every distraction. What if you stopped chasing every trend and started focusing on just three things that truly matter for your health? It's time to reclaim your health! The K.I.S.S. ~ Reclaim your health! Imagine how you would feel making factual decisions for your body. You might end up feeling a little speechless with a huge smile on your face. That's the beauty of caring for your body in a manner that serves you well. Here are three no-nonsense moves that anyone can take today to reclaim control and set a new course: Own Your Space: Audit your environment ruthlessly. Strip out anything that derails you—a cabinet full of junk food, a social media feed that messes with your mindset, or even people who discourage your progress. Replace these with clear triggers for good habits: a water bottle on your desk, a fresh fruit bowl, an accountability buddy who pushes you forward. Simplify Your Focus: Stop overwhelming yourself with every diet, workout, or wellness craze. Choose one sustainable habit that aligns with what your body actually needs—more sleep, balanced meals, regular movement—and obsess over mastering it. Progress here is your new fuel; small wins beat burnout every time. Reset Your Story: Leave past failures where they belong—in the past. They aren't your identity. Own the power you have now to rewrite your narrative with actions that create momentum and build confidence. When you shift your self-talk from "I've failed before" to "I'm learning and growing," you break free from the weight of history. Healthy living is not for the faint of heart. It's for those willing to build an atmosphere around them that sparks energy, focus, and resilience—a life lit up in every way that matters. So ask yourself again: Is your environment controlling you, or are you building one that propels you to the quality of life you deserve? The choice is yours. Choose intentionally, act boldly, and watch how your everyday shifts. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3829 Decide and Do
Why do we so often stall when the next step is right in front of us? It's time to stop beating around the bush—and trim it. Decide and do what needs to happen today. No waiting for permission. And if you want it anyway? Here it is: Permission granted. Decide and do. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Look, you already know what to do. For the most part, the path is clear. But you get stuck, tangled in what you think you should be doing—what others expect or what feels "safe." Meanwhile, the real, urgent work gets ignored. We don't lack knowledge or opportunity; we lack the courage to give what's needed in that moment. The courage you need is to take A.I.M.! The K.I.S.S. ~ Decide and do! You have a dream. You have a goal. You have a choice hanging over you right now. Decide—and then act. Don't waste hours, days, or weeks deliberating on the perfect plan. Because once you decide, that clarity reveals your next move, whether it's learning something new, executing what you already know, or stepping into unknown territory. The point is: you're moving. That's more than what you're doing while you overthink. Here's a simple formula to cut through the noise: Take A.I.M.—Action Ignites Motivation. Your thoughts are fuel, but words and actions are the spark. Speak your intentions. Act on them. Momentum won't wait for you to feel ready; it builds when you do. Create your now! If you want results, the boldest move isn't planning forever or seeking endless advice. It's deciding and doing. Right now. Not tomorrow, not "when things settle." Today. Decide and do. "Be present. 3828 Tough times Never Last
In a world where busyness floods our daily lives, moments of true stillness—where there's nothing demanding your attention—are rare. That constant pace, that nonstop noise, can drown out hope and leave you feeling overwhelmed before the day even begins. But here's a truth that refuses to be drowned out: Tough times never last. Tough people do. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com When fear and doubt creep into your day, it's easy to feel stuck, like nothing is moving or changing. That feeling isn't because you're powerless—it's because your focus is misplaced. "Your outlook shapes your reality. If your eyes are locked on the storm, you won't see the silver lining just beyond the clouds." ~ Kristianne Wargo You don't have to be frozen by fear. You've already pushed through hard days and nights before, and that's because you hold onto a power far greater than your struggles. God has overcome the world—and YES, your darkest moments and toughest challenges. So what does that mean for you today? It means you don't have to fret over what's beyond your control. Instead, surrender that to God and take command of what is within your reach. The K.I.S.S. ~ Surrender and take command of what's within your reach! And your reach—it's your own self-control, your own decisions, and your own attitude. Don't fret what you can't control. Let God control while you are self-controlled, giving Him room to show you through your days of trial. Hold steady and make room for God to light your way through the flames. Here are three things you can do right now to ensure fear and doubt aren't your focus, and hope remains right where it belongs—in your heart: Shift Your Perspective Daily Don't let your mind dwell on what's wrong or scary. Each morning, remind yourself that the tough street you're on is just a road to somewhere better. Your current situation does not write your entire story. Anchor Yourself in Faith and Action Prayer, meditation, or whatever your spiritual practice may be can ground you. But don't stop there—take small, steady steps forward. When you act with faith, you break the cycle of helplessness. Surround Yourself with Support You weren't meant to battle tough times alone. Seek out people who uplift and encourage you. Their strength can help reinforce your own, and together, resilience grows. Remember, your circumstances don't define your journey. They're just the streets you travel on your way to the next turn. And when the road feels too tough, hold this in your heart: You've got this because God's got you. Tough times might bend you, but they won't break you. Stand firm, lean in, and keep moving forward. The storm will pass—and what you're building through it will last. "Be present. Be incredible. 3827 Rest in God's Goodness
Every day, you move in dozens of directions—juggling work, relationships, responsibilities, and your own inner battles. By the time the day winds down, exhaustion isn't just a feeling; it's a weight sinking your soul. Instead of dabbling in the disruption and destruction, take a deep breath, one that only God can give, and rest in God's goodness. Psalm 116:7 says it plainly: "Let my soul be at rest again, for the Lord has been good to me." Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Don't think of this as some motivational quote or nice thought. It's a lifeline. When life's noise and chaos threaten to drown you, you can come back to this peaceful center. God is good. God is steady. God is in control. You Have Self-Control, So You Can Let God Be in Control Sometimes we fool ourselves into thinking we have to handle everything on our own. We try to grip every situation tightly, manage every outcome, and control what's outside our reach. But here's the real power, and it comes from the Fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23): you have self-control, not to wrestle for control, but so you can choose to let God guide the way, allowing Him to be in control. Letting God be in control doesn't mean you're weak or passive. It means you are strong enough to trust Him beyond what you can see or understand; it's the peace that passes all understanding. And that means you pause, breathe, and surrender your everything, including your worries, knowing God's plan is bigger and better. The K.I.S.S. ~ Rest in God's goodness! Don't Quit—Rest in God's Goodness Every season looks different. Maybe today feels dry or dark, like God's goodness is hard to spot. But don't quit on Him. Rest in the truth that His goodness doesn't depend on your circumstances. It is constant, unshaken, and always present. Look for the small signs—those God winks—that show He's still working. A kind word, a moment of peace, a door opening or closing just right. "Train your eyes to see what God wants you to see and your heart to feel His faithfulness." ~ Kristianne Wargo When you extend that goodness outward—with your words, your kindness, your actions—you become a mirror of God's heart. That ripple effect will bring light to your day and the days around you will be much brighter. This Is the Day the Lord Has Made In the middle of life's swirl, take this truth to heart: This is the day the Lord has made. Let your soul rest. Let God's goodness fill your spirit. No matter what you face, let this be the place you return to—again and again. You've been moving in every direction. Now stop. Breathe. Rest. God is good, and His goodness is enough. "Be present. 3826 Every Little Bit Counts
It's far too easy in marriage to zero in on what's going wrong. The missed chore, the forgotten plan, the tone that didn't land right—these moments quickly stack up and drown out the good. But here's the reality that often slips under the radar: every little bit of positive effort your spouse makes matters. When's the last time you gave them credit for what's going right? Because when it comes to lasting love, every little bit counts. Think about it: if a football game was scored like a negative ledger, where the goal was to stay at zero mistakes, nobody would play with passion or purpose. The game would be dull. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com There's a reason scores celebrate victories, touchdowns, and progress—not the absence of errors. Marriage needs that same mindset. Instead of keeping a tally of mistakes, start counting the wins—however small—they bring to the team. Strengthening your foundation means consciously switching your focus. That effort to catch your spouse doing something right? That's the pivot point between a stuck, weary relationship and one that grows stronger by the day. The K.I.S.S. ~ Catch your spouse doing it right! Here are three everyday ways a spouse can actively extend love, gratitude, and recognition — and what that looks like in real life: Speak It Out Loud Don't wait for grand gestures to hand out thanks. If your spouse took out the trash without being asked or handled the kids' bedtime with patience, say so. "I noticed you handled bedtime so calmly tonight—thank you. It really made a difference." These simple words don't just make your partner feel seen; they lay bricks of appreciation that build trust. Celebrate Small Wins Together Maybe your spouse cooked dinner after a long day or remembered to schedule the car maintenance. Recognize these small victories with genuine enthusiasm. Try sharing a moment: "That homemade lasagna was amazing. You nailed it tonight!" Real-life example: making a low-key habit of marking these moments with a high-five, a smile, or even a quick text to say, "You crushed that task today." This keeps momentum going when life gets busy. Offer Help Instead of Criticism When something isn't perfect, resist the urge to point fingers. Instead, say, "I see you're working hard on X, how can I support you?" This shifts your mindset from fault-finder to teammate. It encourages partnership and shows your faith in their effort, fueling more of the good instead of focusing on what's missing. Marriage is a daily team sport. To win, you don't just watch for the fumbles—you root for every successful play, every little advance your partner makes toward the shared goal. Be the one who's quick with a thank you, who notices the effort before it becomes obvious. "When your words and actions consistently shine light on what's working, you create a foundation so solid no storm can shake it." ~ Kristianne Wargo Because every little bit counts. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3825 Unspoken Truths Parents Miss
No parent is perfect. You can pour your heart into your kid's well-being, yet blindspots still lurk—those moments or patterns you don't see but quietly chip away at your relationship or their growth. Oh—the unspoken truths parents miss. Of course, the blindspots are certainly the unspoken truths we miss, the habits we defend, or the patterns we dismiss as "well, this is just how it is." Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Have you even given much thought as to your blindspots? The question is not whether you have blindspots but how you choose to find and fix them. The K.I.S.S. ~ S.P.O.T. the blindspots! Here are three no-nonsense moves every parent can pull to spot those blindspots and actually step up. 1. S — SEEK Real Feedback without Defense Stop guessing what you're doing right or wrong. Go straight to trusted people who see you in action—your partner, friends, or even a coach. And here's the key: listen without defending. Feedback is your map out of blindspots, but only if you let it in. Here's the uncomfortable truth: You're not the best judge of your parenting in isolation. Blindspots often thrive because we reject or dodge honest feedback. The fix? Seek out people who see your parenting from the outside, and listen hard. This could be your partner, close friends with kids, or even a parenting group or coach who won't sugarcoat. But—and this is critical—don't just seek feedback to nod along. When you hear criticism, swallow the urge to defend or explain. Ask yourself: Is there truth here? Even if it stings, blindspots hate the light, and honest input is the flashlight. That humility opens the door to change. 2. P — PAUSE and Reflect on Patterns and Triggers Notice your triggers and automatic reactions. When tensions rise, hit pause. Track your feelings, your responses, and the repeated frictions that keep showing up. Reflection shines a light on what's hidden and gives you space to change. Blindspots often wear two disguises: emotional triggers and repeated patterns that keep causing friction. When your kid acts out or a routine goes south, what's your automatic reaction? Anger? Over-correcting? Pull back, and track your own feelings and responses over a week or two. Write them down if you need to. Then, ask yourself tough questions: What about this sets me off every time? How might my reaction actually escalate the problem? Are these reactions helping my child learn or just making things tense? Facing these uncomfortable patterns head-on and understanding their roots isn't a "nice to have" — it's essential. Awareness is the start of breaking the cycle. 3. O — OWN Your Impact Through Your Child's Eyes Shift from "I'm doing this for them" to "What's this like from their view?" Imagine your child's experience of your words and actions. This perspective check reveals blindspots faster than any theory ever will. Want a shortcut to finding blindspots? See your actions through your kid's eyes. Kids are masters of showing us what we miss — through their behavior, mood, and even the silent withdrawal. But often, we're too busy or caught up in our intent to notice. The next time you feel stuck or disconnected, stop and ask: How does my child experience this? What might they be needing that I'm overlooking? If I were in their shoes and older, what advice would I give myself? This shift from "I'm doing this for them" to "How is this for them?" flips the script. It forces you to connect the dots between your intentions and the actual impact. 4. T — TAKE Action with Humility Blindspots won't clear themselves. Use what you learn to make small but consistent changes. Admit when you're wrong, ask for help when needed, and keep pushing forward. Giving and asking for forgiveness goes a long way. Growth demands humility and persistence—not perfection. HIGHLIGHT: Parenting blindspots won't disappear if you pretend they don't exist. Worse, they grow when you defend instead of discover. Getting better isn't about being perfect—it's about carrying a ruthless curiosity about yourself as a parent, ready to pivot when needed. Make seeking real feedback, owning your triggers, and tuning into your child's world non-negotiable. That's how good parents become great ones. A Parent's Blindspot by Kristianne Wargo You hold their world—so small, so bright, A steady hand through day and night. But shadows stretch as sharp truths hide, Blindspots whisper just inside. You mean the best, you set the course, Yet unseen rains alter the source. Feedback calls—a voice outside, Listen close, swallow pride. Triggers flare in quiet ways, Patterns weave through endless days. Pause the storm, name the fight, Break the cycle, choose the light. Step into the child's shoes, Feel the highs, the pain, the blues. Not just what you mean to do, But how it lands in colors true. No perfect path, no flawless flight, Just eyes wide open to the night. Seek the blindspots, lean, and grow— That's how roots run deep and flow. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #ConfessionsOfAnUpsetMama #CreateYourNow #TodaysParent 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3824 Go Off Script!
Why do we cling so tightly to our routines, sticking to the scripts we've written for ourselves even when life is whispering for us to improvise? Maybe because it's comfortable. Predictable. Safe. But here's the hard truth—when you stay stuck in familiar habits, you leave unopened doors and opportunities that could impact not only you, but the world you touch. Go off script! What have you been doing this week? Are you stuck in the same ole thing, hoping that something will change? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Think about it this way: Imagine the impact if you dared to go off script today. What if that bold step, that one move away from the expected, unlocked the potential you didn't even know you had? The world around you is waiting for the unique imprint only you can make. Your gifts and talents aren't meant to gather dust — they're meant to be shared, stretched, and used to spark change. You are created for more to create your now. The K.I.S.S. ~ Go off script! You don't need to have every detail figured out. No one does. The blueprint for your greatest impact isn't always handed to you in neat, organized chapters. Often, the path is paved step by step, with courage leading the way. Jumping into the unknown? That's scary, sure. But it's also where growth and influence live. Where could you jump today? Be courageous enough to say YES to what scares you. Be compassionate to yourself and others as you learn and grow. Be fully present in the moments that matter, because that presence is where genuine connection and influence begin. Your light isn't meant to blend in with the crowd—it's meant to outshine it with the brightness only you can bring. So, today, tear up the script you thought you had to follow. Take the chance that calls you forward. Show up in ways that are unapologetically you. The world you touch is waiting for your boldness. Let your light shine fierce and true. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
