4005 Find Sweetness in Your Own Progress
Comparison is the thief of joy and the silent killer of dreams. It's no surprise that when you're caught in its grip, your potential and progress don't just stall—they melt away like chocolate under the blazing sun. However, you must find sweetness in your own progress. Otherwise, you watch others sprint ahead, assuming they're running a race you should be winning, and suddenly your own journey feels inadequate, unworthy, and painfully slow. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Welcome to the spotlight of the comparison trap! That's the reality of what is happening, whether we own it or not. But you see, your potential doesn't live in the shadows of what others are doing. It's found in the unique path you're carving and the person you're becoming. That means your progress isn't about competing with the hares of the world; sometimes it's about the steady consistency of the tortoise. Both can win the race, but only if you stop comparing your pacing against theirs. Who are you in this story? Are you chasing someone else, trying to be like them? Or are you focused on your direction and the next steps to get you closer to where you want to go? Comparison is a big deal. And it plays a role that most people don't talk about or really stop long enough to understand where it's showing up for them. And that's the key. You aren't necessarily trying to be someone else; it's more so that you are trying to get where someone already is for whatever reason. Proverbs 14:30 says, "A heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones." When you fall into comparison, what you're really feeding is envy, this toxic emotion disguised as motivation. It eats away at your peace, gnaws on your confidence, and breaks down your spirit bit by bit. That feeling of "I'm not good enough" isn't just in your head; it literally drains you. The "rotting bones" aren't just a poetic line—they're a powerful metaphor for how envy and comparison destroy your inner strength and zest for life. You are getting weaker. So instead of fueling your growth, comparison corrodes it. And that leaves you with dreams that wither, motivation that fades, and joy that disappears. Your only escape is to cultivate a heart at peace—one that celebrates progress on your own terms, not by measuring yourself against others. Peace rebuilds resilience, restores your passion, and protects what matters most: your potential and purpose. Comparison poisons your soul. Peace nourishes your bones. So how do you break free from this toxic cycle, the comparison trap, that tears down your dreams and hollows out your hope? The K.I.S.S. ~ Cultivate a heart of peace! Not something that focuses on looking sideways, but moving forward! "I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus." ~ Philippians 3:14 Paul is writing about his journey; about how he's let go of past achievements, failures, and anything that could distract him from what truly matters. Instead of getting stuck in comparison, regret, or distractions, he's laser-focused on a clear, personal goal: living fully into God's calling and the eternal reward that comes with it. Here are three powerful moves to reclaim your joy and reorient your focus: 1. Catch the Spiral Early Awareness is your first weapon. Notice when your mind slips into comparison mode. Is it when you scroll social media? Or when you hear about someone else's success? Pinpoint your triggers, because the faster you catch yourself, the less power comparison has to hijack your emotions. Practice saying: "This is their story, not mine." You get to write your story! 2. Anchor to Your Own Progress Forget what everyone else is doing and measure yourself only against who you were yesterday. Keep a record of your wins—no matter how small—and celebrate them fiercely. Progress, no matter how incremental, is progress. When you actively acknowledge your growth, you cultivate a mindset that's focused on forward movement, not sideways envy. 3. Create a Vision Based on Who You are Becoming Replace "Why am I not there yet?" with "Who am I becoming right now?" Your potential isn't a place on someone else's map; it's the unfolding of your character, skills, decisions, and resilience. Envision the version of yourself who's not shaken by the noise of comparison but driven by a clear purpose. Then, let that vision pull you forward, step by step. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness! ~ Kristianne Wargo Comparison will always lurk—it's an easy trap to fall into. But your dreams and your goals can only survive when you choose to focus inward, own your unique path, and commit to the consistent work of becoming who God is creating you to be. Your progress isn't a race against others. It's a victory over the temptation to believe you're less than because their journey looks different. When you stop chasing what others have and start building what you want, you'll find something much sweeter. Your race is yours alone. Press on to your prize without the poison of comparison dragging you down. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #WellspringWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4004 Prepare Your Mind
Your actions begin with your thoughts. If you want to live life on purpose, you must prepare your mind. Otherwise, everyone and everything will jump in front of the goals you're setting out to accomplish and bulldoze right over them. Take St. Patrick, for example—the man behind the St. Patrick's Day legacy. His story isn't just about shamrocks and celebrations; it's an example of mental preparation that led to unwavering purpose. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Patrick wasn't always the confident figure we picture. As a young man, he was taken captive and enslaved in Ireland. Imagine the mental weight of that—stripped from your home, thrown into harsh circumstances, and left to wither away. But instead of surrendering to despair, Patrick trained his mind. He focused on a single purpose: freedom and a life bigger than his present suffering. Years later, after escaping captivity, Patrick made the bold choice to return—this time not as a prisoner, but as a missionary. That decision was more than bravery; it was a mind sharpened and ready for a purpose-driven mission. His mental clarity allowed him to navigate hostility, rejection, and countless obstacles. He wasn't just wandering the Irish lands; he was on a mission wired through his mental preparation. The K.I.S.S. ~ Prepare your mind! Before you make any move toward what you want, you've got to prepare your mind as Patrick did. You can't let distractions, doubts, or other people's noise take the wheel. Mental preparation lays the foundation for withstanding challenges and staying on course. So what does preparing your mind look like? It means: Deciding on your purpose with crystal-clear focus Anticipating obstacles without letting fear freeze you Refusing to entertain thoughts that derail you—no mental clutter allowed Rehearsing your success scenarios like a champion preparing for battle Patrick's mind was a fortress. Yours should be too. If you want to live life on purpose, stop reacting to whatever pops up. Set your mind like a battle plan and stick to it relentlessly. The world will throw everything in your path because it fears what you're building. That's a sign you're on the right track. Prepare your mind first. The actions follow. And when they do, they won't be random—they'll be unstoppable, ready for you to take your next step. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo "Be present. Be incredible. 4003 When Life Smacks You Down
When life smacks you down, it doesn't wait for you to catch your breath. One problem crashes in, then another, and suddenly you're drowning in chaos, scrambling for air. It's brutal. Many days it feels like you're on the ropes, getting hit by relentless punches from every direction—health issues, money struggles, broken relationships, or career setbacks. The weight bears down so heavily you can barely stand, let alone think clearly. It's more than just difficult—it's exhausting. Your mind races with all the things that are going wrong while trying to hold together the pieces of what used to be a stable life. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Sleep fractures. Motivation vanishes. You start to doubt every choice you've made and struggle to trust yourself in the mess. Isolation creeps in because it feels like no one else could possibly get what you're living through. Hope becomes a scarcity, and every new challenge feels like the final straw, threatening to break your spirit. This is precisely why most people give up. Because walking through devastation isn't about quick wins or easy fixes; it's a battle for your identity and your future in the middle of chaos. But you see, problems aren't just obstacles; they're opportunities hiding in plain sight. The challenge, and the chance, is learning how to see past the hits and discover what these moments can teach you or unlock. If you want to get back up after life smacks you down, you must hunt for opportunity in the good, bad, or ugly. The K.I.S.S. ~ Hunt for opportunity! If you're sick of feeling beaten down by life, here are three battle-tested ways to flip the script and hunt for opportunity in the good, the bad, and the downright ugly: Stop Running—Stand Still and Size It Up When everything's hitting you at once, your instincts scream "fix it now" or "escape." But that's usually the worst move. Pause. Breathe. Get brutally honest about what's really going on and distill the problem to its core. What does this situation force you to confront? What can you control? Remember: Clarity kills chaos. Ask, "If This Was a Gift, What Would It Be?" Because it is a gift—even if wrapped in pain or failure. Maybe it exposes a blind spot that's been holding you back. Maybe it pushes you to develop a skill or stop wasting time on dead ends. Force your brain to hunt for growth instead of meltdown. That shift alone rewires your fight response into a hunt for hidden value. Create a Next-Action Cycle—Small Wins Build Momentum Overwhelm is the enemy of seeing opportunity. Break down the problem into bite-sized actions that feel doable today, not someday. Every little victory chips away the mountain of stress and proves you're mastering the mess rather than being owned by it. Momentum breeds confidence—and confidence reveals doors you didn't see before. Look, life never promised easy. But it does promise one thing: If you're willing to stare your problems in the face and refuse to blink, there's opportunity lurking behind every grimy door. The question is—do you have the guts to open it? "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4002 Untouchable, But Is He?
Sometimes, it's easy to feel like God is distant; far above us, unreachable, untouchable, but is He? When life spirals into chaos and busyness, our minds trick us into thinking God has turned away or forgotten us. But what if that's not true? What if God's presence is not only closer than we imagine, but unwavering and constant, always and forever? In Matthew 28:20, it says, "Behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com God is not some far-off deity surveying humanity from a lofty throne. He is with us, every moment, every breath. And that means even when life gets busy, messy, or downright frightening, His presence does not vanish. Look at the story of Simon Peter and the fishermen caught in a storm (Matthew 14:22-33). The storm raged, the waves crashed, and fear gripped their hearts. Into the chaos, Jesus approached—walking on water, defying the very forces that threatened to consume them. Matthew 14:28-33 28 "Lord, if it's you," Peter replied, "tell me to come to you on the water." 29 "Come," he said. Then Peter got down out of the boat, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. 30 But when he saw the wind, he was afraid and, beginning to sink, cried out, "Lord, save me!" 31 Immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. "You of little faith," he said, "why did you doubt?" 32 And when they climbed into the boat, the wind died down. 33 Then those who were in the boat worshiped him, saying, "Truly you are the Son of God." Peter stepped out of the boat, walking toward Jesus, but when doubt crept in, he began to sink. Jesus reached out and caught him immediately. This is a beautiful and vivid picture of how God is with us in the storms of life. When fear threatens, when we feel like we're sinking under pressure, Jesus is there—not distant or untouchable—but right beside us, ready to catch us if we call out. The K.I.S.S. ~ God is with us! Now, you might think that this only happens in the Bible. That's not true. God's nearness isn't dependent on how much we know or even how strong our faith is. It's about who He is. We are His, and He has made Himself touchable in ways we often overlook. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says, "When Jesus rose from the grave, He didn't vanish into the heavens only to be seen from afar. Instead, He gave us the Holy Spirit, who resides within us. Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." That means God's presence is not just around us; it's in us. You are never alone, even when your circumstances shout otherwise. God sees you—His child, His creation—and that makes you His priority always. So call out to Him. Cry out to Him. Reach out with your heart and know that God is more touchable than you can imagine. He is with you in every storm, every trial, and every triumph. Untouchable? No. He is unshakeably near—ready to hold you, steady you, and empower you through life's journey. God's got you always! "Be present. Be incredible. 4001 Seen By Few, Felt By One
Marriage isn't just the union of two people; it's the careful blending of lives, families, histories, and expectations. When you say "I do," you're not just committing to your spouse; you're stepping into a complex web of relationships that come bundled with your partner. Your marriage is seen by few, but felt by one — and that one is you. This phrase captures a truth that is often overlooked: most people barely glimpse the realities of your marriage. They see the smile at the dinner table or the hand you hold during a holiday gathering. But they don't see the late-night talks, the silent frustrations, or the emotional weight you carry. And no matter how many eyes watch quietly, only you truly experience the full spectrum of your feelings. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Navigating Boundaries: Privacy vs. Seeking Direction It's no secret that relationships can become tangled, and when things get "a little wonky," deciding how much to reveal — and to whom — is tough. Family and friends often want to help, but good intentions don't mean they understand. They don't see the full story. They see the highlights reel, not the behind-the-scenes struggles. This is where boundaries become your strongest ally. Choose carefully where to draw the line between privacy and openness. Share enough to gain perspective or advice, but protect the intimate details that only muddy the water. Your marriage is your space. When you let too many voices in, the clarity you need to navigate emotional ups and downs disappears. The Solo Experience of Feeling At the end of the day, regardless of how many people observe your relationship, only you can fully know what you feel. Others can try to empathize, but their experience will never match yours. How do you bridge that gap? How do you understand complex emotions that no one else sees, and certainly can't feel? Emotional clarity comes from within. It requires honest reflection and tools to manage those feelings when they arise — especially in a marriage where emotions are layered and dense. The K.I.S.S. ~ Learn to regulate and understand your emotions! And that's not the easiest thing to do. It's a ton of work, but so worth it. Three Ways to Regulate and Understand Your Emotions in Marriage Name Your Emotions Precisely When emotions swell, the first impulse is often confusion or denial. Instead, slow down and identify exactly what you're feeling. Are you hurt, frustrated, lonely, or fearful? Naming feelings removes their vague power and creates a starting point for action. Avoid generalizing with "I'm just upset." Get specific. The clearer you are, the better you understand what you truly need. Use Reflection Over Reaction Marriages are pressure cookers, and it's easy to react impulsively. Instead, give yourself space to reflect. Journaling, going for a walk, or simply sitting quietly can help you sift through immediate emotions and see the bigger picture. Ask yourself: What is triggering this feeling? What past experience is influencing my response? Reflection helps prevent tunnel vision and opens the door to calm, intentional dialogue. Communicate Mindfully, Not Immediately Once you understand your emotions, the next step is sharing them in a way that builds connection, not conflict. Instead of unloading everything in the heat of the moment, choose timing, tone, and words carefully. Express your feelings using "I" statements — "I feel overwhelmed when…" — rather than accusatory "you" statements. This invites your spouse to understand rather than defend, creating space for healing and growth. Your marriage may be seen by few, but the emotional reality of it lives deeply in you. This tension between external appearances and inner truth is where many marriages either falter or flourish. When you take control of how you understand and express your emotions — and fiercely guard your boundaries — you strengthen the foundation not just of your relationship, but of your own emotional wellbeing. Remember, it's not about making everyone else understand your experience — it's about you understanding it first, then deciding who deserves to walk that emotional journey with you. Your marriage lives in that sacred space. Guard it wisely. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 4000 Again
As parents, the word again often feels like the soundtrack of our daily lives. We say it, sometimes shout it, and frequently whisper it, all in the effort to guide our kids toward better choices, safer habits, or just basic cooperation. I'm sure you remember some of these. "Brush your teeth again." "Please clean up your toys again." "I asked you again to do your homework." Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The list is endless. At times, again feels exhausting. Like we're stuck on repeat, speaking into a void where our words bounce back unanswered or ignored. It's easy to feel frustrated, defeated, or even question if our efforts matter at all. But understand: again isn't a setback. It's a powerful tool. Let's take a walk down memory lane even more. The Massive List of "Again's" Every Parent Knows Asking kids to put on their shoes again because they ran off before finishing. Reminder to say "please" or "thank you," again. Saying "No, not that!" again when they reach toward danger. Explaining bedtime routines again because the first go-around didn't stick. Repeating the same story about why they can't have candy before dinner again. Saying "use your inside voice" again when noise levels spike. Reinforcing good manners again after social situations. Asking "Did you do your homework?" again because the backpack is mysteriously empty. Instruction to wash hands again after playing outside. Requests to come back inside from the park again as evening approaches. No parent escapes the again — it's written into the job description again and again. Why 'Again' Is Actually a Win for Parents and Kids Repetition Builds Learning: Kids aren't mini adults. They're constantly rewiring their brains, forming habits, and understanding the world step by step. Hearing things again isn't nagging — it's necessary reinforcement. It helps create new neural pathways and lasting habits. Consistency Strengthens Authority: When you repeat a message calmly and clearly, you're showing your kid that your expectations are firm, steady, and non-negotiable. That again cements boundaries and lets your child know you mean business—and care enough to keep enforcing what they need. Patience Models Emotional Control: Every again you deliver without yelling or losing your cool is a lesson in self-regulation your kids absorb, even if they don't immediately act on it. You're teaching them how to handle frustration, delays, and the real world. So don't fear again; instead, flip your mental switch on again. The K.I.S.S. ~ Flip your mental switch on 'again'! Because you are going to be saying things again, whether you like it or not. So you might as well be okay with again. 3 Ways to Flip Your Mental Switch on 'Again' 1. Frame 'Again' as Growth, Not Failure Instead of hearing your nagging, hear progress happening beneath the surface. Every "again" nudges change, even if it feels invisible now. Kids need time and multiple impressions to move from confusion to comprehension. They actually are beginning to get it! 2. Own Your 'Again' with Confidence & Calm It's not a weakness to repeat yourself—it's a strength. Confidence says, "I'm here, I'm steady, and I'm going to keep showing up for you." Practice delivering again with a steady tone that conveys patience rather than frustration. 3. Celebrate the Moments Before 'Again' Is Needed Acknowledge when your child remembers something the first time. Catch those wins and highlight them. It trains your brain to spot progress, which makes the again moments easier to bear and your overall parenting approach more positive. Again might feel like a broken record, but it's actually the rhythm your child needs to learn, grow, and feel secure in the boundaries you provide. So next time you catch yourself saying "for the 10th time, again," remember this: your persistence isn't just endurance. It's impact. It's loving leadership. It's exactly what your kids need. You're not repeating yourself for no reason. You're building the foundation that helps your family thrive—even if it feels like it's one again too many. "Be present. Be incredible. 3999 Find Breath in the Noise
How do you carve out rest when life feels overwhelming? The mountains of deadlines and responsibilities pile up. Life itself feels like an endless to-do with no rest in sight. It's easy to feel like you're drowning under the weight of the world. Maybe your days blur into each other, each moment swallowed by another moment that screams for your attention. When everything feels urgent, resting doesn't just sound impossible; it feels guilty. But you can find breath in the noise. If you never rest, you break. Your mind, your body, your spirit—they all demand pause. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Yet, the chaos convinces you that rest is a luxury, a selfish act in the face of mounting pressure. That's a lie! No matter how full your plate is, there is always room to rest. It might not be grand or glamorous, like a lazy Sunday or a week off. But small, strategic pauses can reboot your system and sharpen your edge. You don't have to dig a hole in your schedule; you only have to carve out breathing room. The K.I.S.S. ~ Find breath in the noise! Ask yourself: What's one tiny boundary or shift you can create today to claim space: Five minutes to close your eyes Ten minutes to walk without your phone A single deep breath before answering that next email Those pockets of rest aren't wasted time. They are your secret weapon to intact focus, resilience, and sanity. Rest is resistance against overwhelm. It's a rebellion against the culture of relentless "doing." Even when everything in life screams "rush," the bold choose to slow down just enough to feel alive again. So, if you're buried under a pile of demands, remember: your value isn't measured by your endless hustle. The strength to push forward comes from the courage to pause. Find that space. Guard it fiercely. Because rest isn't optional. It's survival. You don't need more hours in the day. You need to reclaim the ones you have—for rest, for clarity, for creativity, for yourself. You've got a life packed full, but there's always room to breathe. Start small and create your now! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3998 Every YES Costs You Something
Clearing the clutter, letting go of old habits, and stepping into a fresh season gives you that rush of new energy and possibilities where the change can feel electric. But just because you're brimming with excitement, you must remember that every YES costs you something. Think about that. How often do you say YES so fast your brain doesn't even catch up? You commit, you promise, you agree before you pause to wonder what you're actually signing up for. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com That quick "yes" feels good in the moment because it keeps us feeling capable, connected, or needed. But it chips away at your focus, your energy, and ultimately your results. This is why the biggest productivity and clarity killers don't come from the tasks you do; they come from the things you say YES to without intention. What about all those times where you said YES to volunteering at school or at church, only to find yourself committing to more time than originally agreed to? What about all the things that kept you driving for hours a week to get your YES things done? If you want to get ahead in this new season, you must learn to say YES to the right things. The K.I.S.S. ~ Learn to say YES to the right things! So how do you make sure your yes isn't just noise in your calendar or an energy-suck into other people's priorities? How do you protect your time and goals with a guardrail that keeps your YES valuable? Here are three ways to say YES to the right things: Calculate the Cost Before You Commit Every YES has a price — it's not just the time spent on that task or meeting. It's also what you give up doing instead. Ask yourself: What is the opportunity cost? If you say YES to this, what will you say NO to later? What progress will pause? Being clear on what you must decline to accommodate your YES is the only way to keep control of your schedule and priorities. Align Your YES to a Bigger Goal If your YES doesn't push you toward a concrete goal or core value, it's a cheap YES. Your YES needs to earn its place. Before committing, get crystal clear on what you're building in the bigger picture. Will this YES move the needle on what matters? Will it open doors, build relationships that matter, or bring tangible results? If you can't see how it fits into a larger plan, it's probably a distraction dressed up in a costume. Maybe NO is the better response. Build the Pause Muscle The easiest NO is the one that comes after a pause. When someone asks for your time or energy, slow down. Don't respond immediately. Say something like, "Let me check my calendar and get back to you." Use the breathing space to evaluate your first two questions. This isn't about being rude; it's about protecting your output, commitments, and sanity. Most importantly, it trains you to respect your own bandwidth and prevents regret. The last thing you want is to whisper in your head, "I shouldn't have done this." As you are aware, every YES you give is a trade. You're trading time, energy, and focus for that opportunity. Be strategic about which trades you accept. Saying YES feels good until the costs pile up and you find yourself overwhelmed, off track, and burnt out. Practice saying NO until it feels normal—it's the superpower that helps you say the right YES. "You want your YES to count like currency, not clutter." ~ Kristianne Wargo That's how you build momentum and guard your results in any new season. As you step change, choose your YESes like they're investments, not favors. QUESTION: What will your next YES be, and what will you say NO to so the cost is worth your investment? "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #WellspringWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3997 Created to Dream
Life pulls us in every direction, filling our days with demands that leave little room to breathe, let alone dream. Still, deep within you, there's this unshakable truth—you were created to dream. Dreaming isn't a luxury or just because; it's woven into the very fiber of who you are and who you are becoming, a spark meant to light your way no matter your season of life. When was the last time you really dreamed? And was it an old dream you were reminiscing about, or a newer one? Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Sometimes, when life shifts beneath our feet, it can feel like our dreams are out of reach—or even irrelevant. But history is full of stories reminding us that our circumstances don't have to define the limits of what we imagine. Take Esther, for example—a woman who faced unexpected changes that could have crushed her spirit but instead opened a door to a greater purpose. Esther was a woman whose life was filled with unexpected shifts and daunting challenges. She started as a young orphan raised by her cousin, suddenly found herself chosen as queen in a foreign land, and faced a moment when her courage to dream bigger meant risking everything to save her people. Esther didn't quit dreaming when life changed her plans. Instead, she leaned into her calling and chose to step boldly into her dream's purpose, even when the path was uncertain. Your story might look different, but the lesson remains—life can change and twist your path, but it cannot take away your God-given capacity to dream. Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." That hope lives in the heart of every dream God plants inside you. The K.I.S.S. ~ Created to dream! Dreaming is not about having it all figured out or living in a fantasy. It's about holding on to the vision of who you're meant to be and trusting that your journey, even the detours, are part of something bigger. It's the light that pushes you forward on tough days when giving up feels easier. It's the seed of possibility that grows into something meaningful because you refused to let life's circumstances silence your imagination. So if you find yourself in a season that feels heavy, if your original dreams feel out of reach or even faded, remember that you are created to dream. Your dreams may evolve—sometimes dramatically—but they are still alive. Nourish them, protect them, and let them guide you to the next step. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo Quitting on your dreams is not an option. Your next chapter in life is waiting just beyond the horizon of your courage to keep dreaming. Remember, your story is still being written. Created to Dream by Kristianne Wargo You were made with stars inside your chest, A quiet pulse that won't let rest — The whisper soft, the flame unseen, A sacred gift: you're created to dream. In the rush of hours, the clatter, the chase, Don't lose the rhythm of your own slow pace. Pause in the stillness, breathe in the now, Make time for the heart — it will show you how. Dreams don't live only in distant skies, They grow where your open moments rise. Present and patient, tender and true, Your dream stands quietly, waiting for you. So when the world pulls hard at your seams, Remember, you are created to dream. And in every heartbeat, in every small part, Make time and be present — that's where you start. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3996 The Heart Paves A Path
Life does not wait for anyone. It thrusts us into a whirlwind of tasks, deadlines, decisions, and distractions. Most days, we're running in all directions at once, following habits and routines that keep us going but often keep us stuck. When things aren't working, the answer isn't just pushing harder with the same strategies. Change demands something different. It requires overriding what's automatic and tuning into something deeper. That's where the heart comes in. The heart paves a path. That path isn't always clear or logical. It isn't a step-by-step plan you can find in a book or a checklist. You might not know exactly what's next. In fact, it's often what you don't know that starts moving you in the right direction. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Change doesn't come solely from the intellect or facts and figures. It comes from your heart—the place where your true desires, courage, and instinct live. We're taught to rely on our heads: gather data, analyze, plan, execute. But if you've ever felt stuck despite knowing everything you "should" do, you know knowledge alone isn't enough. The heart connects where you are now with where you ultimately want to go. It knows the way because it feels the way. You just have to listen. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." This is a direct call to surrender the mind's insistence on "figuring it out" alone and to lean into a deeper wisdom rooted in faith that your heart can tap into. If only head knowledge could do the heavy lifting. But there's a difference between what your mind knows and what your heart knows. The mind plans. The heart moves. The K.I.S.S. ~ The mind plans, the heart moves! Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Even when the path isn't clear, your heart is holding onto that hope and future God has placed there, guiding you beyond the limits of logic. So how do you start listening to your heart and your head? 1. Slow down and create space When life speeds up, your mind gets noisy. It repeats worries and "what-ifs." The heart speaks in quiet moments. Practice daily pauses—whether it's a few deep breaths, a short walk alone, or a meditative moment before sleep. This space isn't about avoiding the world; it's about tuning out the noise so you can tune in to what matters deeply. 2. Notice how your body reacts to choices The heart isn't just metaphorical. Your body gives you signals—excitement, tension, lightness, or unease. When you face decisions, check in: Does this choice bring a sense of peace or resistance? Your body's reactions are a direct line to your heart's truth, often more reliable than mental arguments. 3. Ask questions only your heart can answer Instead of asking, "What's the most logical route?" ask, "What do I want to feel?" or "What sparks even a flicker of joy or hope?" Heart-led questions aren't about perfect answers; they're about uncovering what drives you beneath the surface of logic and fear. Psalm 37:4 tells us, "Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." When your heart is tuned to what truly matters—rooted in faith and sincerity—your path and desires align in ways the mind alone can't predict. Listening to your heart while using your head as a guide creates harmony. Your heart paves bold, new paths. Your head keeps you grounded and strategic. Together, they make a powerful team. It's no accident that Matthew 6:21 says, "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." The heart shows you what truly matters. That's what guides your next best move more than any spreadsheet or to-do list. How will this change your life? When you lead with your heart, you stop wandering aimlessly or settling for what's easy. You start moving toward what actually fulfills you. You'll face challenges with more courage because you're connected to why you're pushing forward. And even if the path isn't perfectly clear, you trust that stepping into it matters more than "knowing" every detail. The heart never lies. It does the heavy lifting that the head alone can't. The heart paves your path—not just with feelings, but with a deeper wisdom rooted in faith. Now it's your move. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #MindsetMonday #CreateYourNow #PersonalDevelopment 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
