3862 Winning the Battle Inside Your Mind
Winning the battle inside your mind is the daily challenge Paul points to in 2 Corinthians 10:5 — "We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." This is how we live with purpose and obedience each day. Let's be real—it's way too easy to blame others when life feels out of control. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The world shouts loud opinions, fears, and excuses that pull us away from what God wants us to live out. We hear those voices and sometimes just nod along, leaving our obedience and responsibility to God sitting on the sidelines. But Paul's message here is a sharp call. It's about owning your mind, your thoughts, and ultimately your actions every single day. Because imagine if you did not hold your tongue or change your thoughts? How crazy of a day would you have already? It is about winning the battle inside your mind. The K.I.S.S. ~ Win the battle inside your mind! So, it got me thinking about how this verse applies to our daily grind. 1. Recognize the battlefield is your mind. You are not helpless in the chaos around you. Every thought that tries to convince you that you can't, that you're a victim of circumstance, or that God's standards don't matter—those are exactly the kind of arguments Paul says to demolish. This isn't about pretending problems don't exist. It's about refusing to give those problems control over your inner life. 2. Think. Think. Think. You've got to take control. "Take captive every thought" means don't let your mind run wild with negativity, blame, or excuses. Choose which thoughts live. Train yourself to catch those toxic narratives early on—before they harden into habits or actions that pull you off course. This is discipline. It's intentional. It's daily. 3. Make those thoughts obedient to Christ. This is the ultimate goal. Your thoughts aren't neutral; they can honor God or betray Him. Don't settle for lukewarm or half-hearted obedience. Align your thinking with the truth of what Jesus taught. What would Christ want you to believe about this situation? About yourself? About others? Let those questions steer your mental and emotional direction. Paul wasn't sugarcoating reality or making excuses. He was calling the Corinthian believers to battle for their minds so they could live fully in God's purpose. Your mind shapes your reality. Your obedience in thought leads to obedience in action. CHALLENGE: Start small, but start now. When a negative thought creeps in—call it out. Challenge it. Replace it with truth grounded in God's promises. Over time, this will rewrite your story, your habits, and your daily walk. You don't have to wait for perfect circumstances. Start this mental battle today and watch how it changes not just your mindset but your life. You've got the power and the promise. Paul believed it. You can live it. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #SweetSpirit #CreateYourNow #SoulfulSunday 💍 The Christmas Ring by Karen Kingsbury: (https://karenkingsbury.com) 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3861 When Saying YES Leaves Your Spouse Waiting
It's a familiar story. The calendar fills up with commitments, invitations, and obligations. Someone asks, and the default response is "Sure, I can help," or "Count me in." Only later, the spouse looks up, realizing that those dozens of external "yes's" have quietly pushed the relationship down the list of priorities. It's not malicious or neglectful — far from it. It's often a simple lack of boundaries and margin that leads to a spouse being present for everyone else but not fully present for the person who matters most. When saying YES leaves your spouse waiting. This pattern quietly threatens your marriage, especially during busy seasons like the holidays, when demands and distractions multiply exponentially. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com When you say yes to too many people, your spouse can feel sidelined, forgotten, or less important—not because you don't love them, but because your time and energy have no room left for them. All you're giving them are the leftovers. And if you have a spouse who doesn't like leftovers, you are in for a rude awakening! So how do you avoid this trap? How do you keep your marriage strong and connected when your calendar is bursting and requests come nonstop? You've got to guard your margins so you can honor you and your spouse. The K.I.S.S. ~ Guard your margins! Here are three practical moves to help you guard your margins and honor your spouse during the busiest times of year: 1. Audit Your Commitments Before Saying Yes Before accepting every invitation or request for help, take a moment to check in with your calendar — and yourself. How much free time do you actually have? More importantly, how much "quality time margin" do you want to preserve with your spouse? Create a mental or physical checklist: Will this commitment add meaning or will it drain the limited time you and your spouse have? Ask yourself if you're saying yes out of obligation, guilt, or habit rather than genuine enthusiasm. When you hesitate, that's a red flag. Learning to say "no" or "not this time" is an act of respect to your marriage. 2. Schedule "Protected Time" on Your Calendar Don't let spouse time just happen if your life feels like a runaway train. Block it out deliberately. Whether it's a night away, a dinner after the kids are asleep, or simply an hour uninterrupted on the couch — mark it as non-negotiable. Treat it with the same seriousness you give business meetings or social engagements. If your spouse sees that their time is sacred, it reduces feelings of neglect and strengthens your connection. This kind of intentional scheduling also sets clear boundaries for others about when you are unavailable. 3. Communicate Your Priorities Openly and Early Telling your spouse you're swamped only after they feel ignored is too late. Instead, have honest conversations before the busy season starts. That's why we're talking about it NOW! Share your commitments openly and ask for their input on what times need to be reserved for your relationship. Make adjustments proactively rather than reacting when resentment sneaks in. When your spouse feels heard and you show you're fighting for their time, it builds trust and partnership even when life's demands are high. When you guard your margins and prioritize your relationship amid the chaos, you protect something priceless. Marriage is one of life's deepest gifts—both partners flourish when you carve out time not just to be "in the same space" but to truly be together. You're better together. The holidays and busy seasons will come and go, but consistent, intentional choices about where you invest your energy set the tone for a marriage that thrives rather than just survives. Take a breath before you say "yes" next time. Ask yourself if this commitment is pushing your spouse further away or drawing you closer. Being better together means making space for each other in the middle of life's noise. That's a commitment worth guarding. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #RelationshipBuilders #CreateYourNow #LoveAndMarriage 💍 The Christmas Ring by Karen Kingsbury: (https://karenkingsbury.com) 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3860 Rooted in Truth
Parenting is a high-stakes balancing act. Every parent wants their children to grow up rooted in truth—clear about right and wrong—while also feeling deeply loved and supported through the inevitable stumbles along the way. Striking this balance is challenging but essential to raising confident, grounded kids who can navigate life with integrity and heart. Tom Ziglar, who is Zig Ziglar's son, captures this idea perfectly: "Truth without grace wounds; grace without truth weakens." Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com This idea is a blueprint every parent should take seriously. Because if we don't take this seriously, we can be adding to the problem of what's happening with bullying, teasing, shaming, etc. All the bad stuff that no kid should have to endure. "To be a wise parent, you have to grow up yourself." ~ Kristianne Wargo Kids won't truly respect honesty if it's served cold without compassion. You must draw them in to change the heart. Yet if we soften every correction with empty kindness, we risk raising children who lack the backbone to face real-world challenges. This is the fundamental paradox. How do you parent currently? Think about how you react or respond to a good situation versus a bad or challenging situation. Parenting demands both honesty and empathy, and it's our job to model both—even though we're far from perfect ourselves. The K.I.S.S. ~ Model truth and grace! And when you're an imperfect mama, what does this look like? How do you go from not knowing to knowing, yet leading with truth and grace? So what does living by this truth-and-grace balance look like day to day? Here are three clear ways parents can embody this principle: Speak the Truth with Compassion — Not Criticism Instead of "You forgot your homework again—why can't you get it right?" try "I noticed your homework wasn't in your bag today. What's making it tough to remember?" Look at the difference: One wounds your child's confidence; the other opens a conversation that shows you care about the problem AND your child. Truth isn't diluted here, but it's wrapped in grace that encourages growth—not shame. Hold Expectations Firmly, But Offer Safe Spaces to Fail Kids need boundaries. They need to hear "No," and "You must finish what you start." But they also need to know that messing up won't make you love them any less. When your child makes a mistake, say something like, "You didn't do your best on this test, and that's okay. Let's figure out how to improve for next time." Truth is maintained—they need to face consequences or challenges—but grace offers encouragement to try again without fear. Model Vulnerability and Humility No parent has all the answers. Admit it. Saying "I made a mistake too" or "I'm still figuring this out, just like you" models honesty and shows your child that imperfection isn't failure. It teaches critical thinking and problem-solving because it normalizes asking questions and learning over time, rather than pretending to have it all together. The tough part? None of this happens by accident. It requires daily commitment and self-awareness. But when you get it right, you build kids who understand truth as a foundation—not a weapon—and grace as strength—not weakness. They'll grow into adults who solve problems with clear eyes and warm hearts. And that's parenting that lasts. Let's leave behind empty platitudes and start building your family on the solid ground of truth and grace. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #ConfessionsOfAnUpsetMama #CreateYourNow #TodaysParent 💍 The Christmas Ring by Karen Kingsbury: (https://karenkingsbury.com) 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3859 Don't Worry About Tomorrow
Life isn't a smooth walk in the park. It drags us through storms, chaos, and setbacks—sometimes leaving us breathless and battered. We push through, hoping that if we just keep moving, the mess will clear, and the weight will lift. But often, it doesn't. That's why the best advice you can give yourself is simple: don't worry about tomorrow. Because when you do, the future feels like a looming threat. The fear of what tomorrow might bring can grind us down into exhaustion. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Here's the hard truth: worrying about tomorrow doesn't fix anything. It only steals the energy you need right now. The mistakes you made yesterday? Let them stay buried there. You're not the redeemer of the past. Your power lies in this moment—the choices you make, the steps you take today. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness." ~ Kristianne Wargo The Bible cuts through the noise like a knife when it says in Matthew 6:34, "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own." That's more than advice; it's a lifeline. Trying to carry the weight of every problem you might face tomorrow is a recipe for disaster and burnout. The K.I.S.S. ~ Don't worry about tomorrow! When you feel like you're burning the candle at both ends, exhausted and running on empty, remember this: hope isn't a far-off fantasy. It's available today, here and now. Sometimes, you have to reach deep inside—past the fatigue and doubt—and pull yourself up by the bootstraps. You can. You must. You are made for more. Focus on what you can control: this moment, be present. Prioritize your breath, your mindset, your actions. The chaos isn't going away overnight, but carrying tomorrow's burdens today is unnecessary and unfair. Faith isn't about ignoring problems; it's about refusing to be paralyzed by fear of what might come. There is always a way forward because every new day carries fresh opportunities. You've survived every hard day up to this one. You've broken through storms before. That strength hasn't vanished; it's still inside you, waiting for you to tap in. Don't let anxiety steal your peace. Don't pour energy into battles not yet in front of you. Ground yourself in today. Own it. Fight for it. And when tomorrow comes—remember it's today! "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 🌺 Please support Create Your Now, a 501(c)3 non-profit, to further its mission. 💍 The Christmas Ring by Karen Kingsbury: (https://karenkingsbury.com) 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3858 Wish I'd Started Sooner
Juggling everything—work, family, goals—while keeping your health intact isn't just tough, it's brutal. Most of us push our bodies and minds to the edge, then act surprised when the burnout hits or the energy fades. I wish I'd started sooner. Prioritizing health sooner is vital because, without it, all those big dreams and responsibilities start to crumble. You can't run at full throttle if your tank is empty. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The harder part? Getting out of the mindset that health is "optional" or "something for later." The stories we tell ourselves— "I don't have time," "I'll start next week," "I work better under pressure"—are traps. They keep us stuck, really stuck!! But changing that narrative isn't about perfect habits overnight; it's about shifting your focus from the outside in. You have to transform yourself before you can truly show up for others. So make your wish come true and start NOW! The K.I.S.S. ~ Start NOW! You know where you need to start. You know what you need to change. What you need is a way to break the old habits and create new ones. And you know that too. So start NOW! So what are the 3 things you can do to break free from this cycle and start living healthy on your terms? Own Your Why with Brutal Honesty Stop lying to yourself about why you're neglecting your health. Is it fear? Laziness? Overwhelm? Name it. Once you're clear on the real barriers, you can begin dismantling them. Your why must come from a place deeper than just wanting to "lose weight" or "eat better." It has to be about the impact you want to have—a longer life with your kids, more energy to build your dream, or just not feeling like a walking zombie. When your why is powerful, excuses lose their grip. Build Tiny, Non-Negotiable Habits You're not going to overhaul your life in a weekend. But you can commit to something so small it feels impossible to skip—a 5-minute morning stretch, drinking a glass of water first thing, a 10-minute walk after lunch. These micro wins stack up and feed your confidence. They rewrite the stories you tell yourself about discipline and what's possible. "Consistency beats intensity every time." ~ Kristianne Wargo Change Your Environment and Peers If you're surrounded by chaos, junk food, and energy vampires, you're fighting an uphill battle. Remove temptations and add support wherever you can—whether it's joining a workout group, meal prepping with a friend, or scheduling breaks on your calendar like appointments. Your environment fuels the stories in your head. Change the setting, and you change the narrative. Healthy living requires showing up in a way that first forces change in ourselves. Only then can we fuel the energy, mindset, and grit needed to touch the lives around us and serve the people we love at our best. You were created to do big things—but none of it matters if you burn out before you start. Don't wait until you're forced to stop. Start now, even if it's imperfect. Your future self—and everyone counting on you—will thank you. "Be present. Be incredible. 3857 Keep Your Promises to Yourself
Most of us will move mountains for others. We'll stay late, bend over backward, and drop everything when someone needs us. But ask yourself this: how often do you show that same loyalty to yourself? Be honest. When the day is done, are you the first person you let down? Too often, the answer is yes. And that's a problem. So be intentional and keep your promises to yourself. Don't be quick to leave yourself out of your everyday equation. You're not some side note in your own story—you're the main character. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com If you keep brushing aside your needs and goals, what message are you sending? That your purpose is optional? That your time isn't worth protecting? That's not just unfair; it's ridiculous. I know it's hard. It's easier to say "yes" to everyone else and "later" to yourself. You're wired to be the helper, the fixer, the dependable one. But what good are you to anyone if you can't keep the promises you make to yourself? If you're running on empty, if you never honor your own commitments, your purpose slips further away. Your now becomes a fog of distractions, exhaustion, and regret. The K.I.S.S. ~ Keep your promises to yourself! So how do you break this cycle? First, play on your own team. Your biggest ally in building the life you want is you. That means when you say you're going to do something—for your health, your growth, your sanity—you do it. No excuses, no postponed "maybes." If you promise to write for 30 minutes, block the time and protect it like it's a client call. If you commit to resting on Sunday, actually rest. Second, get ruthless about your daily rhythm. What small, non-negotiable actions feed your purpose? Maybe it's a morning routine, a workout, journaling, or simply shutting your phone off before bed. Identify those anchors and build your day around them. When you keep those promises daily, you're creating momentum that compounds into real change. Finally, understand this: keeping your promises to yourself isn't selfish. It's foundational. When you prioritize your own commitments, you recharge your capacity to show up fully for others. You raise your personal standard, and that changes everything in how you move through your work and life. So stop letting yourself slip to the bottom of your to-do list. Make a pact to be the person who follows through on your own word—the person who shows up for your dreams with the same loyalty you have for everyone else's. Because if you don't, who will? You owe it to yourself to keep your promises—and that's how you build a life and purpose that won't just survive, but thrive. "Be present. Be incredible. 3856 Imagine What Could Be
When was the last time you really set your sights on your dreams? Not a casual thought, not a "someday" wish, but a full-on, no-holds-barred vision of what your life could look like if you stopped settling—and started living. Life can feel like a relentless tumble, a circus of acrobatics where we flip and spin just to keep up, just to feel alive. We hustle the grind, bury our true desires, and let joy become a distant memory. But what if you gave yourself permission to imagine what could be? Imagine using your unique gifts and talents—the ones God planted deep inside you—to craft a life that's undeniably yours. A life where you live out the purpose written just for you, unfiltered by what the world demands or expects. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com So often, we accept what the world offers as if it's the only path. We settle for the rat race, the sameness, the ashes of dreams burned out instead of the beauty that could rise from those ashes. What if you dared to imagine what could be? Picture this: Your mind isn't a battlefield but a launching pad. It no longer drags you into pits of bitterness, "not good enough" lies, or "that can't happen to me" doubts. Instead, it shapes your heart to believe, to build, to break free. Right now, there's a stirring inside you—a quiet, undeniable knowing that you're meant for more. Not maybe. Not someday. Today. The K.I.S.S. ~ R.I.S.E. up! So rise up. R.I.S.E. is your call to action, your blueprint out of the ordinary and into the life you were made to live: Recognize your divine worth. You are crafted with purpose and a plan. Own it. Believe it. Invest in your gifts. What you've been given isn't for keeping—it's for sharing. Sharpen your talents, learn, grow, and make your mark. Speak your truth boldly. The world needs your voice, your story, your authenticity. Silence fuels doubt; your words fuel impact. Engage with courage. Take the steps, big or small. Leap past fear, procrastination, and judgment. Move forward—because that's the only way out. Don't settle for less when you are made for more. Your light is not just for you—it's there because you get to share it, to ignite others, to change the corner of the world you touch. Now is the time to imagine. Now is the time to rise up. 3855 Knowing Your Father's Heart
Life pulls us in every direction—good things, bad things, urgent things, distracting things. Even blessings can become blinders that keep us from the most essential relationship we have: the one with God. How often during your day do you pause and come to Him? How often do you look up from your to-do list, your worries, your wins, to simply be with the Father, knowing your Father's heart? Scripture calls us to this daily, intentional closeness. Psalm 46:10 commands, "Be still, and know that I am God." Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com This stillness isn't passive; it's a choosing, a turning your eyes off the noise and onto the One who holds your heart. How different would your day be if you leaned in fully to that moment instead of chasing the next distraction? Consider Jesus' words in John 10:14-15: "I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me—just as the Father knows me and I know the Father—and I lay down my life for the sheep." The depth of intimacy here is staggering. Jesus doesn't just know us by name; He knows us completely, and we're invited to know Him fully—and through Him, to know the Father's heart. Look back at the story of Mary and Martha in Luke 10:38-42. Both women welcomed Jesus into their home. Martha busied herself with preparations, distractions of "good things" that pulled her away from the heart of the matter. Mary chose the better part—sitting at Jesus' feet, listening, learning, being present. Jesus affirmed Mary's choice, saying that it would not be taken away from her. This story isn't just about hospitality but about what really fills and sustains the soul: knowing God. The K.I.S.S. ~ Know your Father's heart! What would it look like in your daily life to "sit at your Father's feet?" What if you started every morning in quiet conversation with Him? What if, instead of rushing straight into your agenda, you paused to ask, "Father, what do You want me to see today? What part of You do I need to trust more?" Imagine releasing anxiety, frustration, even insecurity—all because you've acknowledged, "My Father knows me first. He holds my best interest in His heart. I am not alone." When you know your Father's heart, you carry peace into the middle of chaos. You let go of the compulsion to control and the fear that you have to figure it all out yourself. God knew you before you took your first breath (Psalm 139:13-16). He knows the winding paths of your life, your deepest fears, your secret joys. He is not the distracted parent who only occasionally checks in; He is the constant, loving Shepherd who laid down His life for you because you mattered to Him first. So today, ask yourself: How much of my life am I really living with my Father? How often do I come to Him and just know His heart? This is not a one-time decision—it's a daily posture. It's choosing Mary's better part over Martha's busyness. It's keeping your eyes on God, not just in crisis, but in every breath. When you practice knowing your Father's heart, your life changes from frantic striving to peaceful abiding. It's the place where strength is restored, burdens are lifted, and your soul is truly satisfied. So pause. Look up. Come home to the One who loves you more deeply than you could ever imagine. "Draw near to God and He will draw near to you." (James 4:8) Keeping your eyes on God isn't optional—it's everything. 3854 Embrace the Uncharted
Marriage is the union of two imperfect people coming together to build a life that's uniquely theirs. It isn't a smooth, predictable journey—it's a voyage filled with unexpected twists, turns, and new territories neither partner has navigated before. When you say "I do," you make a commitment not just to love but to embrace the uncharted together. Here's the truth: in marriage, differences in opinion, dreams, and desires will surface. That's inevitable. If you want a marriage that lasts and thrives, you need more than shared goals—you need the willingness to embrace the unknown, to welcome changes and challenges as part of your shared journey. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But there's a catch—it can't be about serving yourself or forcing your agenda. Marriage demands a shared vision and teamwork. It requires trust in each other's intentions, respect for each partner's hopes, and a heart that chooses unconditional love every single day. Imagine marriage as a ship sailing across vast oceans. On calm days, the voyage is pleasant, but far off, storms may brew without warning. You don't get to pick the weather, but you do get to choose how you respond. Together, you navigate—whether that means steering through the storm, finding new routes around it, or simply holding tight together until it passes. The key to weathering these unknown seasons is commitment. Not just to a person, but to the partnership—the promise that neither of you will face the turbulent waters alone. You get married to do life together, to share the sails and the struggles, the victories and the hard lessons. The K.I.S.S. ~ Embrace the uncharted! So how can couples build that unshakable bond, especially when facing the unknown? Here are three essentials to hold onto: 1. Communicate Without Walls When the path isn't clear, honesty is your compass. Share your fears, hopes, and uncertainties openly. Don't let disagreements turn into silent battles. Speak your truths with respect, and listen not just to respond, but to understand. 2. Anchor in Trust Trust isn't given—it's earned and reinforced every day. Believe in each other's intentions, even when the road gets tough. Trust that you're both committed to steering the marriage forward, even if you don't always see eye to eye on the direction. 3. Choose Love in Action Love is more than a feeling; it's a daily choice to prioritize each other's well-being. Even when the journey gets rough, showing up with kindness, patience, and grace keeps the relationship afloat. It's in those actions that love anchors the ship. Marriage demands energy and effort—like adjusting the sails against changing winds. But the reward is a shared life that's resilient, vibrant, and worth every challenge. So when you face seasons you haven't encountered before, don't shy away. Lean in. Embrace the uncharted, because that's exactly where true growth and deep love reside. You didn't get married to do life alone. You got married to face whatever comes—together. 3853 Get Louder With The Truth
Brace yourself—parenting is not all sunshine and rainbows. If you're expecting an easy road, think again. Most parents start with hope in their hearts and dreams of perfect moments. But the reality? It's a wild mix of heartbreaks and breakthroughs, chaos and calm, frustration and joy. All the more reason to get louder with the truth. Life as a parent is like a complex recipe: a dash of sweetness tangled with a pinch of saltiness, some sour moments, and unexpected bursts of sugar. It's messy. It's unpredictable. And it's real. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com So how do you make it through the tough parts when everything feels overwhelming? How do you survive the chaos long enough to soak in the blessings that come with parenting? Maybe it comes to survive is to soak. The K.I.S.S. ~ To survive is to soak! How many times have you actually thought about getting through your day as a parent and the blessings you've seen for just a moment with your children? Not many of us do that. We are too busy, too frazzled, too tired. Enough is enough, because in our reality, we are not enough. But my friend, that's not the truth. So it's time to get louder with the truth. Here are three hard truths every parent needs to own to understand the crucial role you play in your child's life: Your Best Is More Than Enough You will have days when you feel you're failing. When the exhaustion wants to win, and shortcuts seem tempting. But showing up in love, even imperfectly, shapes your child's world in ways you can't see yet. Your effort is not invisible. Remember, consistency beats perfection every time. Your Voice Shapes Their Identity Every word you speak echoes inside your child's mind. Encouragement builds confidence; criticism chips away at it. When life throws curveballs, get louder with the truth that uplifts—remind them they are worthy, capable, and deeply loved, no matter what. Faith and Strength Aren't Optional Parenting demands courage—courage to face tough conversations, to set boundaries, and to keep going even when hope feels scarce. Prayer (or your chosen form of grounding) can anchor you. Complaining won't move you forward, but a relentless belief in your purpose will carry you through the darkest storms. So, Mom and Dad, when you feel drained, don't quit. Don't settle for the easy way out. Keep pushing with the love that only you can give. Be fierce. Be brave. Lean on your faith when the weight feels too heavy. The truth is loud, bold, and unshakable. Make it your anthem. Because your child needs to hear it—over the noise, beyond the doubts, straight from your heart. God's got you. Now go get louder with your truth. Get Louder with the Truth by Kristianne Wargo When midnight whispers doubt and fear, And silence seems the safest cheer, Remember this: your voice must rise— A beacon burning through the skies. The days are long, the path unclear, Yet love is louder than the tear. No tired heart goes unheard or lost, Each sacrifice outweighs the cost. Speak truth in storms, in moments bleak, A stronger voice your child will seek. Your courage is their anchor deep, The promise held when nights won't sleep. So stand again, though worn and torn, Your love's a light that will not mourn. Pray loud, stand firm, when hope feels thin— You're fighting battles born within. In every word, in every deed, You plant the seeds your children need. Get louder with that truth today— And lead their hearts along the way. "Be present. Be incredible.
