3929 The Best Is Yet To Come
The first day of a new year holds something rare—a stillness amid the noise, a quiet space where hope and possibility stretch out like an open road. It's a day wrapped in excitement but tinged with uncertainty. The unknowns can flip the script, spin your stomach, and test your courage. But here's the beautiful, unshakable truth: The best is yet to come. You might hear this phrase a ton. But it's not just a feel-good phrase. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com It's a call to show up with presence, grace, and fierce faith. Presence grounds you in the here and now, turning every moment—whether filled with calm or chaos—into a stepping stone toward what's next. Grace reminds you that you don't have to have it all figured out. You don't have to be perfect. You just have to be willing. The New Year invites you to quiet reflection, pure clarity, and resilience. It demands determination rooted in a deep knowing that nothing is impossible when God's divine plan is at work. That plan moves through you—but only if you're willing to answer the call. "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." ~ Jeremiah 29:11 The K.I.S.S. ~ The best is yet to come! This means showing up daily. Putting in the time. Doing the work you were created for. The breakthroughs, the progress, the miracles—they're waiting on the other side of your commitment. But don't rush. Rest now. Rejuvenate. Let your soul catch its breath. Today, at this precise moment, marks the beginning of the trip of a lifetime—one that leads to all the things that matter most. So, take this day as a gift. Lean into the presence you carry. Let grace guide your steps forward. Your best isn't behind you. It's proudly standing just ahead, ready for you to claim it. "One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo From my family to yours - Have a healthy, blessed, and healthy new year!! "Be present. Be incredible. 3928 What If Forward Progress Requires Forgiveness?
Every New Year arrives heavy with promises! However, let's be honest, you've gotta fair share of frustration, too. For millions, those well-meaning resolutions quickly unravel, leaving behind guilt and the familiar cycle of "I failed again." But the harsh truth is that pushing yourself to "fix" every flaw with iron willpower only sets up a battle you can't win long-term. So what if forward progress requires forgiveness in your healthy living? Well-being doesn't emerge from beating yourself into a different person. Yet all too often, that's exactly the approach New Year's resolutions demand: a hard reset, a checklist of drastic changes. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com This approach misses a vital element—what if forward progress actually requires forgiveness? Forgiveness breaks the cycle of self-sabotage. It shifts the narrative from enemy territory—where you fight against yourself—to a place of internal kindness and trust. It's not about excuse-making; it's about opening the door to real possibility by becoming your own ally. "When you forgive the stumbles, you make space for momentum to grow rather than crumble under the weight of shame." ~ Kristianne Wargo Here's a better way forward rooted in compassion and consistency: The K.I.S.S. ~ Root yourself in compassion and consistency! Here's a better way forward rooted in compassion and consistency: Commit to small, sustainable habits. Forget drastic leaps. Pick tiny, daily actions you can maintain—a glass of water first thing, a 5-minute stretch, a mindful breath. These wins build quietly but powerfully. Build your tribe. Accountability isn't punishment; it's connection. Find a friend, coach, or community to walk beside you—someone who holds you accountable with encouragement, not judgment. Give yourself grace for setbacks. Slips aren't failure; they're proof you're trying. Forgiving yourself means facing the pause, learning what pushed you off track, and gently choosing to carry forward. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us: "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Your wellness journey is part of that plan, designed not for perfection but for thriving. Take Sammie's example. Years of broken resolutions crushed her optimism until she embraced small habits—daily walks and nightly healthy snacks—and invited a friend into her journey. When setbacks hit, she forgave herself instead of spiraling. The result? Energy returned, joy resurfaced, and progress stuck. "Wellness needs to be sticky for transformation to occur." ~ Kristianne Wargo Wellness isn't about becoming someone else overnight. It's about loving who you are becoming—mind, body, and spirit—through discipline tempered by forgiveness. So here's the question you can't dodge: What bold, forgiving step will you take today to honor your whole self? Make it real. Make it consistent. Make it yours. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3927 Get Back Up!
You're probably all too familiar with the grinding season—the one where your to-do list feels like Mount Everest, your energy dips, and then the holidays roll in like a relentless tide. It's the time when surviving feels like a win. But what if you didn't just survive? What if you conquered this season with your heart still beating loud and your goals clearly in view? Get back up! Here's the truth: heart and hustle aren't enemies of your well-being; they're the secret weapons for a life that's full without breaking you. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Your heart keeps you connected to what matters, and your hustle pushes you forward when the world demands more. Zig Ziglar said it so well, "People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing—that's why we recommend it daily." "Motivation alone won't carry you. You need heart—purpose rooted deep—and the relentless hustle that refuses to quit, day after day." ~ Kristianne Wargo The K.I.S.S. ~ Get back up! But even the fiercest heart and the strongest hustle can wear thin without something greater holding you steady. That's where faith steps in. Max Lucado reminds us that God's presence isn't a distant idea but a living, breathing strength in our weakness. Isaiah 40:31 says it plainly: "Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint." This isn't just a blanket to make you feel calm, cozy, and comfortable. It's an unshakable promise. Let me wrap this up with a story. A woman I know was overwhelmed to the point of collapse during a busy holiday season—family needs, work pressures, personal goals slipping away. One evening, exhausted and ready to quit, she closed her eyes and whispered a prayer for strength. The next morning, she got back up, not because the stress vanished, but because she remembered her purpose and felt the quiet assurance of something bigger than herself. She didn't just get through the holidays; she showed up fully alive, every step fueled by heart and hustle, carried by faith. "Every step you take is fueled by heart and hustle, and carried by faith. One step at a time leads to miles of greatness!" ~ Kristianne Wargo This season, don't settle for survival. You are made for more. You're meant to conquer with spirit intact and eyes locked on your dreams. When you fall, get back up. And keep soaring. "Be present. Be incredible. 3926 How to Honor Your Past and Prepare for the Present
Every December, most of us find ourselves trapped in the chaos—exhausted, overwhelmed, and haunted by a list of unfinished goals. This is the time for closing the chapter: how to honor your past and prepare for the present. Our minds scramble through the mess of failures and successes alike, begging for answers that never seem to come. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com But here's the truth: fear does not have to freeze you in place. You were created to move forward, to step boldly into what's next. The power lies in embracing the new while intentionally saying goodbye to the old. What did this past year look like for you? Be honest. What were those wins and losses? A football team cannot get better from one game to the next, unless they reflect on the plays that worked, and the plays that failed. Reflect on the wins that showed your strength and the losses that taught you where to grow and where you need to be stretched. It's not about perfection—it's about clarity. The K.I.S.S. ~ Clarify to see straight! Here are three ways to prepare for the new year while honoring the year behind you: Review and Release: Take stock of what no longer serves you. Let go without guilt or judgment. Holding onto what's finished only weighs down your future. Anchor Your Lessons: Identify the key insights from your experiences—both good and bad—and figure out how to apply them now. Lessons are only valuable when they change your direction. Set Intentional Priorities: Choose a small number of meaningful, manageable goals that align with who you want to be. Focus your energy where it will count most. Don't get stuck fretting over what's behind you. Instead, apply the wisdom it offers to your present and future. You were created for more than repeating last year's story. Every new year can be better—but it depends on one thing: your mindset. Choose to close this chapter well. Choose to open the next one with hope and determination. The best is yet to come. 3925 Anchor Your Joy in What Lasts
As the final Sunday of the year fades into twilight, it carries with it a weight that feels heavy for many—a mix of reflection, regret, relief, and even anticipation. Life never promised a smooth journey. Each year comes with its own share of battles, setbacks, and moments when the road feels unbearably steep. But struggles don't have the final say on your joy or hope. Anchor your joy in what lasts. Far too often, we let our circumstances dictate how we feel—a volatile foundation for anything lasting. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Feelings come and go like passing seasons, but joy and hope that endure aren't hinged on the calendar flipping or circumstances changing. They are rooted much deeper and come from a source steadfast and unshakeable. The Apostle Paul reminds us in Philippians 4:4-7 to "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." That peace is not a fleeting emotion or a wishful thought. It's a promise sustained by a love that never wavers, a hope anchored outside of time and circumstance. The K.I.S.S. ~ Anchor your joy in what lasts! As you face this turning point, remember: the end of the year is not a full stop; it's a comma in your story. It's a chance to close one chapter while opening another. Jeremiah 29:11 offers a beacon when uncertainty looms: "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." No matter how hard this year may have been—no matter what losses or disappointments it carried—the horizon still holds adventures not yet imagined, victories waiting to be claimed, and joys ready to take root in your heart. Prepare your heart for this new season. Let go of what drags you down, and hold tight to the truth that your worth and hope aren't tethered to your circumstances but to the One who holds tomorrow. Stand firm in that hope. Step forward with courage. Because the best isn't behind you—it's just around the corner. The new year is a gift, wrapped not only in possibility but in the unchanging grace that lights your way. So as you worship and reflect on this last Sunday of the old year, embrace the promise that whatever is ahead, you are not alone—and you are poised to live it fully, joyfully, and with hope that will not quit. 3924 Reflect, Reconnect, and Reignite Your Marriage
The end of the year is more than just a calendar checkpoint. It's an invitation for you to pause and take stock of your journey together; how to reflect, reconnect, and reignite your marriage. After years of shared experiences, it's easy to let presence slip through the cracks, assuming love just happens. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The truth is, unconditional love doesn't appear by accident. It demands intentional reflection, connection, and the willingness to serve each other daily. Take this moment to look back—not to assign blame or dwell on what went wrong—but to honestly celebrate what worked and learn from the challenges. This is your opportunity to renew the foundation of your marriage with peaceful reflection and deliberate action. The K.I.S.S. ~ Renew the foundation of your marriage! Here are three practical ways to close the year strong: Create a "Marriage Highlights" Journal Together, write down moments that stood out—both struggles you overcame and celebrations you shared. Revisiting these memories makes presence tangible and reminds you how far you've come, what has changed, and what is possible. Share Appreciations Daily Make gratitude the fuel for your connection. Speak aloud what you value in your partner, even the small, everyday things that often go unnoticed. Plan a Cozy "Year-in-Review" Date Set aside uninterrupted time, a quiet evening, or a weekend morning to discuss your reflections and hopes for the coming year. Use this space to listen and recommit to showing up for each other with intentional love. Your marriage is a work in progress—a living story that grows richer through presence, perseverance, and sacrifice. Closing the year strong isn't about perfection; it's about choosing presence over complacency and pushing forward with a heart ready to serve and love. Intentional love takes work, but it's the strongest gift you can give each other as you step into a new year together. "Be present. Be incredible. 3923 Christmas is Over—Now What?
Christmas has come and gone. The lights are turned off, the wrapping paper has been tossed, and the house finally breathes again. Christmas is over—now what? They are the seeds for your family's faith in the year ahead. The K.I.S.S. ~ Carry Christmas with you every day! Now, take that reflection and ask yourself: What are one or two small, faith-centered goals you can set for your family? Maybe it's a simple weekly prayer time, A nightly bedtime story about God's promises, Or carving out space to talk honestly about faith and feelings. Remember, this isn't about pressure—it's about progress. Faith grows in everyday steps, not giant leaps. Choose what feels doable, and watch as those little habits shape a year filled with more meaning and connection. You're not just moving past Christmas, boxing it all up only to wait another year. 3922 God's Presence Among Us
Every so often, a story comes along that changes everything—then turns right around and changes your life. The birth of Jesus is one of those stories. But far from being a quaint holiday tradition or a distant fairy tale, this is the moment God interrupted history to say, "I'm with you." For centuries, prophets declared this truth. Now, it's no longer about pages of ancient text—it's about the real, raw presence of God in your life today; God's presence among us. This isn't a story you watch from the sidelines. It's an invitation to step into the heart of a divine plan that includes you. The story of Jesus' birth isn't just a cozy holiday scene or a fairy tale—it is history written in prophecy centuries before it came to pass. Isaiah spoke over 7 centuries before Jesus was born: "The people walking in darkness have seen a great light" (Isaiah 9:2). God was announcing a hope deep in the world's shadow, a light no darkness can overcome. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Isaiah didn't stop there. He foretold the miraculous sign: "The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel" — which means "God with us" (Isaiah 7:14). Micah pinpointed the place: a humble town called Bethlehem, "whose origins are from of old, from ancient times" (Micah 5:2). The birthplace of the King who rewrites history. This story carries immense significance—and it now includes you. For you to be you, you're a miracle. A 1 in 400,000,000,000,000 miracle. This is the odds that you even exist. But you do because God is writing the story. God isn't an untouchable deity watching as a spectator. He is the Creator who chose to enter our messy world as a vulnerable infant, born among shepherds and outsiders in a barn. This wasn't just an event at a moment in history. It is God stepping directly into human chaos, pain, and hope. The K.I.S.S. ~ God's presence among us! Too often, we treat this as a story to admire from afar—too miraculous, too good to be real. But what if it's not? What if this tiny babe actually is the Savior come to stand with you? To be Immanuel—God with us—not just then, but now. LUKE 2:1-20 2 In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world. 2 (This was the first census that took place while Quirinius was governor of Syria.) 3 And everyone went to their own town to register. 4 So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David. 5 He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child. 6 While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, 7 and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them. 8 And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. 9 An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. 10 But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. 11 Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. 12 This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger." 13 Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, 14 "Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests." 15 When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, "Let's go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about." 16 So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. 17 When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, 18 and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. 19 But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart. 20 The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told. Every day, life throws fear, loneliness, and doubts our way. Yet Advent invites us to live knowing God's presence is not distant but immediate. This truth demands everything from us: surrender fear for trust, despair for hope, apathy for bold action. This Christmas, don't just admire the nativity scene. Step into the story God is still writing. Let that presence close the gap between your doubts and faith. Walk forward with the undeniable truth: you are not alone—God is with you. That's not nostalgia. That's a declaration. God is writing this story—and you are in it. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #MerryChristmas 💍 The Christmas Ring by Karen Kingsbury: (https://karenkingsbury.com) 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3921 A Sacred Stillness
Christmas Eve. For many, it's the crescendo of the holiday whirlwind—the last-minute preparations, wrapping, cooking, and hosting. But it doesn't have to be that way, not when you have a sacred stillness. Amid the busyness, Christmas Eve offers a sacred invitation: to pause, to be still, to receive rest and renewal. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com Psalm 46:10 reminds us, "Be still, and know that I am God." At what point are you going to release your anxious grip on the season's frenzy and rest in something bigger? Think about the Christmas story itself. Jesus was born quietly, resting in a manger, embraced by peace at just the right time. That's a sacred stillness that can stir your heart for life. The K.I.S.S. ~ A sacred stillness! What if this Christmas Eve, instead of adding to your checklists, you created a new ritual grounded in stillness and gratitude? Light a candle. Share stories with loved ones. Pray or meditate in silence. "This Christmas, let presence replace pressure." ~ Kristianne Wargo Give yourself the gift of rest and renewal. Let Christmas Eve be your sanctuary from the storm—a moment to breathe, appreciate, and embrace the true spirit of the season. A Gift for You on Christmas Eve by Kristianne Wargo You, who carry all the lists, The plates, the plans, the endless gifts— Who paints the smiles on every face, While your own heart quickens its pace. Tonight, the world will spin and race, But here's a quiet, sacred place: A candle's glow, a whispered prayer, A moment caught between the care. Be still. Release the toils, the hurry, The fevered wrap, the tired scurry. This night was made for peaceful rest, For weary souls to be refreshed. Remember how the story goes— No trumpet blares, no rush or shows— A newborn wrapped in humble grace, Resting in a quiet space. So lay your burdens gently down, Let silence be your Christmas crown. In stillness find your heart's delight, And hold this calm through Christmas night. Give yourself the gift you crave: Presence, peace, your soul to save. Tonight, you're more than all you do — This Christmas Eve is just for you. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #WellnessWednesday #CreateYourNow #HealthAndWellness 💍 The Christmas Ring by Karen Kingsbury: (https://karenkingsbury.com) 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? 3920 Find Joy When Life Feels Messy
Christmas Eve is nearly here, and for many of us, the holiday season carries a mixed bag of emotions. The bright lights and festive songs promise joy, but behind the scenes, life might feel messy, exhausting, and overwhelming. When weariness weighs down your mind, body, and spirit, it's natural to default to the easiest option—often kind of numb survival that distances you from what really matters. Yet, you can still find joy when life feels messy. You get out of life what you put into it. When you choose to lean into the beauty amid the chaos, you reclaim the heart of Christmas—the reason for the season itself. Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women? Join us at the Kairos FREE Online Community. https://createyournow.com The Bible reminds us in Galatians 6:9, "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." That "harvest" is the joy and peace that come from holding steady through life's storms. But what if you're too tired to keep going? What if the mess is drowning out the music and dimming the lights? It's okay to acknowledge that struggle. Faith isn't about perfection or having it all together. It's about choosing to see the blessings even when life's mess tries to convince you otherwise. Psalm 34:18 offers this comfort: "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." You don't have to buy into the chaos. The mess is real, but it's not the whole story. The heart of Christmas is about hope, love, and a promise made thousands of years ago—a promise that life can be renewed, that light can break through darkness. The K.I.S.S. ~ Find joy when life feels messy! Remember the story of Jesus's birth. It unfolded not in a palace but in a humble stable, surrounded by the noise and disorder of everyday life. Even there, in the middle of the mess, God's greatest gift was given. That's not a coincidence. It shows us that joy is possible no matter the circumstances. If you're struggling this season, consider this your invitation to be a living legacy, to breathe hope into your days. Romans 15:13 says, "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." It may feel hard to believe right now, but joy is not reserved for perfect moments. It's for the tired, the worn-out, the overwhelmed. It is there waiting to be claimed. So this Christmas Eve, as the world rushes and your energy wanes, choose to fix your eyes on the blessings rather than the mess. Celebrate the small victories: a kind word, a shared smile, a moment of peace. The season isn't just about decorations or presents—it's a chance to step into the enduring joy that outshines any difficulty. Your effort to embrace this season's true meaning is the seed you plant now for a harvest of lasting hope. You've got what it takes to carry that light this year and into the new year. The mess might be loud, but your joy can be louder. Keep going. The best is yet to come. "Be present. Be incredible. Be YOU!!!" #Inspiration #CreateYourNow #DailyMotivation 💍 The Christmas Ring by Karen Kingsbury: (https://karenkingsbury.com) 🔔 Desire to be supported and encouraged by other like-minded women?
