This episode’s guest is Greg Schiable from On Track Physiotherapy and Sportsrehabexpert.com Greg Schaible is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Owner of On Track Physiotherapy. and Owner of the online educational resource for sports and orthopedic clinician's Sports Rehab Expert.   Dr. Schaible attended The University of Findlay where he earned his Doctorate of Physical. While attending the University of Findlay, he competed as an athlete in both Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field, where he earned honors as a 5x Division II All-American and a 6x Division II Academic All-American. In addition to treating client's, Dr. Schaible also provides educational information and online courses to other sports and orthopedic clinician's through the website he owns called  Sports Rehab Expert.  As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and a former Collegiate Athlete, Dr. Schaible brings a unique perspective to his treatment approach. This gives him the ability to combine aspects of rehabilitation and training during evaluation, as well as when formulating a treatment plan. Episode 216: Dr. Tommy Wood - Optimizing health and longevity

This episodes guest is Dr. Tommy Wood from Nourish Balance Thrive and Physicians for Ancestral Health. Tommy Wood is a Senior Fellow in the Pediatrics Department at the University of Washington, and Chief Scientific Officer of Nourish Balance Thrive, an online-based company using advanced biochemical testing to optimize performance in athletes. Tommy was born in the US to Icelandic and British parents (which means he has three passports in two different names). He was predominantly raised in the UK, but also spent periods of time at school in Iceland, Germany, and France. Tommy received a bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences and Biochemistry from the University of Cambridge before studying medicine at the University of Oxford. He worked as a junior doctor in central London for two years after medical school, and then moved to Norway to complete a PhD in physiology and neuroscience at the University of Oslo. Tommy is currently President-elect of Physicians for Ancestral Health, he is a director of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine and the Icelandic Health Symposium, and is on the scientific advisory board of Hintsa Performance. Tommy has also coached and competed in multiple sports including rowing, CrossFit, powerlifting, and ultra-endurance racing. Alongside his career in medicine and research, Tommy has published and spoken on multiple topics surrounding functional and ancestral approaches to health, including examining the root causes of multiple sclerosis and insulin resistance. Episode 215: Chris Korfist, Cal Dietz, and JL Holdsworth - Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR)

Mladen is a physical preparation coach from Belgrade, Serbia, grew up in Pula, Croatia (which he considers his home town). He was involved in physical preparation of professional, amateur and recreational athletes of various ages in sports, such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, martial arts and tennis. This episode guest is Maggie Downie from Personal Euphoria Maggie Downie is a Pilates Instructor and the owner of Personal Euphoria. She has a B.A in history from Eastern Connecticut State University and has studied Pilates since 2002. She is certified in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced Mat Pilates through STOTT Pilates. Maggie has trained in Pilates for breast cancer rehabilitation and Pilates for pre and post-natal clients, Pilates Equipment as well as injuries and special populations. She has also taken classes and trained under Pilates Elders Mary Bowen, Ron Fletcher, Jay Grimes, and Lolita San Miguel. She thinks it is a privilege to work with different bodies- whether athletes or someone doing post rehab. She has been a guest on NPR and Better CT to share and discuss her knowledge of fitness.
