Send us Fan MailThis week in the Ones Ready Team Room we sit down with the new Superintendent of the Special Warfare Training Group responsible for the Prep Course, A&S, and the remainder of the AFSPECWAR pipeline.  First, we go through Chief's operational career and how he graduated INDOC and after a while on the teams decided to go to the 724th which incurred an additional selection.  Then Chief addresses the pipeline changes and how COVID-19 has or has not impacted the pipeline.  Finally, he speaks about stress inoculation and gives some insight into his Mental Armor brief.  The message Chief would like to pass your way, "stop taking yourself so serious"...let that sink in.  Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback. Send us Fan MailThis week in the Ones Ready Team Room we sit down with one of the original friends of the Ones Ready podcast, the founder and CEO of Eberlestock, Glen Eberle.  Glen has a colorful career and has accomplished a lot in his time on this planet.  He went to the 1984 Olympics to compete in Biathlons.  After learning some hard lessons with heavy rifles while on skis, he began designing custom rifle stocks.  From there he continued with rifle stocks, but also entered into the US Air Force as an F-4 pilot.  After the F-4 was retired, Glen moved onto fly the A-10 in Boise, ID.  After retiring from the USAF he became an airline pilot before becoming the full time CEO of Eberlestock.  Please enjoy the episode and give us your feedback. Send us Fan MailThis week in the Ones Ready Team Room we sit down with a S.E.R.E. Specialist who is widely known across AFSW community, Instagram, and the podcast world, Tiffany Hart. Tiffany entered the USAF in 2007 after being recruited using a duty trifold pamphlet.  She then went on to lead Airmen through survival, escape, resistance, and evasion training at Fairchild AFB, WA before moving on to being a test parachute jumper.  Now Tiffany is in the USAF Reserves and continues to serve as a SERE Specialist.  Her primary job now though is running American Hart clothing company and is one of two personalities on the Drinkinbroettes which is a very successful podcast.
