Patrick gave a detailed explanation to Britney, who is a churchless evangelical protestant who is considering becoming Catholic. He explains two major areas of Mormon doctrinal error that she needs to avoid.  Patrick answers a question about Mary’s perpetual virginity and why she chooses to get married   Victoria – My children feel rejected by their Catholic school. What can I do?  Charlie - I take communion to the sick. I used to get a blessing before taking it to the people but now the priest is telling me to wait till after mass to take it to the sick. What is the proper way to do it?  Rodney - What do I do with the ashes of my dad who was not religious?  Britney - What do Mormon’s believe?  Patrick responds to an email trying to call out the Pope for granting President Biden a pass for his stance on abortion  Gil - Why does it say 'Until' she gave birth to her son in the bible. Wouldn't that make her not a virgin? 

Patrick gives advice to a dad whose son just found out his new job is working exclusively with aborted fetal stem cells.   David - My son just got a job at a lab where they are working on cell lines from aborted fetuses. Should he leave his Job?  Mike - A week ago we debated about vaccines. Right now you are telling someone to quit his job because of fetal cells. What is the difference?  Andrea - Does free will mean that God gave us the right to choose sin?  Mark – How can you tell someone to take the vaccine on one hand and tell them to quit a job that works with fetal cells on the other?  Nancy - What is your opinion on women lectors in the Mass?  Jennifer - What is the Church teaching on mediums who practice?  Suzanne - Can I go to a wedding that won't be held in a Church?  Denny - How does the church classify abortions from miscarriages?  Robert - When did the Presentation of Our Lord happen? 

Patrick gives advice to a woman who is witnessing demonic activity at her work. He also explains the difference between venal and mortal sins and what’s the primary job of the Holy Spirit.  Mary – All the lay ministers at our Church handle communion differently. What should we do?  John - Did the parents of Mary realize that she was to be the mother of God before it happened?  John - Are children more likely to see spirits?  Bob - Can a dream ever be sinful?  Mark - What is the difference on venal sins and mortal sins?  Steffen - What is the main job of the Holy Spirit?  Mandi - I have been Catholic for a year now. My in-laws are dispensationalists. Does the church say they can be saved?  Veronica - You guys are so awesome! I work in a prison; I don't believe in Spirits or Ghosts but we heard some banging but I know that no one was there. What do you make of it?  Mary - My friends became born again Christians and got baptized. How does that effect their baptism as babies in the Catholic Church?  Skip - Is excommunication just a more formal church acknowledgement of mortal sin?

Patrick gives an update on Russia’s war with Ukraine and answers listener questions such as does God forget our sins after he forgives us and why does the Vatican use art that doesn’t reflect the true and beautiful nature of the faith?  Tom – Why doesn’t the USCCB speak out more against same sex marriage?  Sam - What does Philippians 4:13 mean?  Beth – Does God forget our sins after he forgives us?  Joseph - Who wrote Maccabees? How do I talk with a friend who fell away from the Church about this book?  Richard - Regarding your response to not speaking out about an issue like gay marriage and abortion. I think silence is approval, so we should speak out.  Kirsten - My brother fell away from the church. He said that the Vatican was in the shape of a serpent. Why is that?  Patrick addresses some of the terrible art choices at the Vatican  Why does God allow evil in the world and good people to suffer? 

Patrick answers Pam’s question “What does ‘Offering up my suffering up to the Lord’ mean”?  Ken - Regarding the Pope Paul sixth audience center: I think it is deceptive. They are using a fish eye lens, so I don’t think a snake.  Raphy 11-year-old - Why doesn't God just show himself to people who are losing their faith in Him?  Jennifer - Will your sins be known in purgatory as they will be in Heaven? Are there any sins that are so grave that you would automatically go to purgatory?  Jose - My daughter's boyfriend isn't Catholic and sent me a video 'Why I can't be a Roman Catholic' by Mike Winger. How can I respond to people who say this?   Paul - Should I tell people that In Vitro Fertilization is against Church teaching? 

Patrick answers listener questions about exorcisms, IVF, the need for baptism, why we need confession, and can Angels lie?  James – I’ve heard that exorcisms are taking longer to work? How do our actions affect the body of the Church as a whole?  Ray - 1 Cor 6: 19-20. Why is the body the Temple of the Holy Spirit?  Brenda - Can a priest’s dog be in church during mass? Also, is it okay for a lay person to take care of the alter while the priest is sitting during mass?  Haley - At the institution of the Eucharist, how do we understand Jesus holding his own body?   What do people who have used IVF do they do when they realize it’s a sin?  Norman – Jesus died on the Cross to pay for all our sins. So why do we need to be baptized?  E Frank - If a pastor of your Church has a different opinion of the sacramental life than what you were raised with which opinion should we follow?  Bonacci - I am a neurophysiologist and some people with epilepsy are prescribed a dog to tell them if they are going to have a seizure. Would it be wrong for a priest to have a dog for this reason?  Jennifer – Can I be the Godmother of a child born from IVF?  Joe - Regarding the snake hall: What do people who don't like it think about when God told Moses to make a serpent for people to look at?  Michael – Can Angels come to Earth and appear as people?  Eddie - Why do we need to confess if Jesus is with us? 

Caller Veronica in CA asks what she can say to defend the Blessed Virgin Mary when her Protestant brother-in-law defames her as “no one special” and attacks her Catholic beliefs about Mary. Patrick gives a Biblical apologetics lesson on how to counter such arguments effectively.
