58: Judging Higher Education Value - Is THAT College Worth It? - with Mark Salisbury, Co-Founder/CEO of TuitionFit
In this episode of The EdUp Experience, Mark Salisbury, Co-Founder/CEO of TuitionFit comes on to talk to Elizabeth about how the college search process should be enhanced. Price comparisons, transparency, and the "offer" - is that a GOOD price? How do students take information about tuition and negotiate the amount that they pay? 80% of institutions are negotiating with students to increase enrollment. It's the sharing of information that is the missing component that TuitionFit helps to solve. Mark is an unabashed champion of price transparency in higher education and a passionate advocate for equity, student agency, and expanded options for learning and working after high school.
