E #104: busting the beliefs you have about your health & fitness - online personal training with Kehla

Today Kehla shares about the major influence mindset has in regards to health/fitness & achieving goals in this area of life. In this episode Kehla discusses how achieving the health & fitness you want has nothing to do with the 'perfect meal plan' or 'perfect workout' - it actually has everything to do with your beliefs around: what you think you're capable of doing or not doing, what meaning you give to food (this is good/bad/junk/healthy), how you perceive exercise (i.e.: as a punishment or to feel good, etc.) & also how you may see exercise/health as a 'black & white' - 'all or nothing' endeavour when in fact it will always be a topless mountain to climb..(So how do you handle this?! Listen to find out!) In this conversation today Kehla gives examples of how & why her personal training clients were & are successful. She also shares how she brings a powerful combination of mindset & success to health & fitness so that it can be a sustainable, achievable, fun, challenging & an exciting experience for her client - this gets to be a lifestyle that you get to live instead of a 'should do' on a daily basis. E #103: money hypnosis

This episode is part of the hypnosis series that Kehla has introduced onto her podcast So what is hypnosis? Hypnosis brings the body & mind into a deep state of relaxation. This deep state of relaxation leaves the subconscious mind more open to suggestibility -- this is a place of opportunity where we can re-wire our thought patterns to align with our highest intentions & desires in life. In this recording I will essentially be guiding you into a deep state of relaxation through visualization. I will then speak to your subconscious mind to shift its focus on financial abundance so that it becomes easy to believe in creating more money in your life, feeling safe with money & empowered to let go of old limiting beliefs that have been hardwired into your mind unconsciously. Meditation & hypnosis are similar in the sense that they're both guided forms of relaxation, however hypnosis uses the language of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) for suggestions to shift your subconscious mind & it's current deep rooted beliefs into new empowering beliefs. Enjoy!   Check out Kehla's website Follow Kehla on IG Thank you for taking a moment to listen, rate & share this podcast!

E #102: taking efficient action vs. ’plenty of action’ - the key factors for producing results

This podcast episode is another dive into a combination of a few passages from the "The Science of Getting Rich" & also an interesting article that Kehla recently read regarding the 'productivity cult' that has been unintentionally created & accept by a large part of society.  In this episode Kehla share the significance of taking daily effective action versus 'all the action possible as quick as possible' (less is more). There's a major influence & compounding effective of the necessary daily action being taken compared to 'the most action possible' - aka: the productivity cult.  This realization has allowed Kehla to scale back on how she shows up on a daily basis which has also allowed her to make a bigger impact in her life & with others -- it's time for you to do the same!   Check out Kehla's website Follow Kehla on IG Thank you for taking a moment to listen, rate & share this podcast!
