002: Joe Corcione and his new Javelina Group Coaching Program

In this episode I talk with Joe Corcione and discusse his Javelina group coaching program, which is designed to help runners prepare for the Javelina 100K and 100-mile races. The program includes a comprehensive guide to the race, including course conditions, terrain, and strategies for managing the heat. It also provides training plans tailored to different experience levels and offers guidance on customizing the plans to individual needs. The program includes 10 group coaching calls covering topics such as constructing a training plan, nutrition and hydration, heat preparation, essential gear, course prep and strategy, race day strategy, and mindset and confidence. Participants also have access to a community where they can connect with other runners training for Javelina. Javelina Jundred is a fun and easy-ish course, making it a great choice for your first 100K or 100-mile race. The course is easy but the heat can be challenging.
