007: Are your kids lazy or is that your perception?

POINT 1: Do what you need to do to make shit happen! The shame, blame and guilt game are easy to play. Try taking action instead of judging someone else for not doing something that didn’t meet your expectations. POINT 2: Your children’s successes are not yours. Their failures are not yours. It’s easy to forget that our children are on their own spiritual journey, with their own script. We are their guides, not their creators. POINT 3: If you don’t know how to do something. TEACH. We must teach what we want others to learn. QUESTION OF THE DAY: What is it in this person’s behaviour that I see (or want to avoid) in myself? CHALLENGE OF THE DAY: Think before you judge your child. Ask yourself - do they actually know how to do what I want them to do? QUOTE OF THE DAY:: “ If you want your children to do something. Teach them how to do it.” Like the Facebook fan page. Join Our Private FB Group - Mom Is In Control Village.

So stop what you’re doing and use that energy to focus on what you DO want. POINT 2: Write it all out. Brain dump. Dump it all out of your brain. Get rid of it. Everything. Pen to paper or write it on a note app on your phone. POINT 3: Top 3 priorities. No more than 3 things in the next 12 hours that will make the greatest impact on what you want to accomplish. QUESTION OF THE DAY: What are you doing to manage your energy everyday? CHALLENGE OF THE DAY: Change your overwhelm habits. Stop what you’re doing and feel it fully. Do a brain dump. Choose your top 3 action steps and DO THEM! QUOTE OF THE DAY:: “ Overwhelm is a sign things are out of alignment. That’s your cue to stop.” Like the Facebook fan page. 005: Are you creating your life or maintaining it?

POINT 1: Your desires are a sign. Listen. Desires come from source. Listen carefully. They get louder as time goes on, until the discomfort becomes painful. POINT 2: Ignite Passion In Your Life. Get clean on how you want to feel and start cultivating these feelings throughout your day, you will start to feel more connected to yourself, your children and life in general. POINT 3: Be intentional with your time. Set up your morning with intention. Use your time wisely. You only have 24 hours in a day. How do you want to be remembered? QUESTION OF THE DAY: How can you shift your attention on what you DO want? CHALLENGE OF THE DAY: Free write: What do I crave?… use this to help you get crystal clear on how you want to feel everyday. QUOTE OF THE DAY:: “ Create a life that fills you up or you will be too busy creating a life that drains you.” Like the Facebook fan page. Join Our Private FB Group - Mom Is In Control Village.
