About Jyoti Bhardwaj Jyoti is the Founder of TeaFit, an award-winning unsweetened beverage brand. Jyoti also calls herself a decent photographer and loves to read. Jyoti draws inspiration of unsweetened beverages from the market in Japan. Her time in Japan, from 2013 to 2015, opened her mind to the idea of launching unsweetened tea in India. As a first-generation entrepreneur, Jyoti feels there was a risk but vast possibilities as well in tapping into the unexplored market in India.

Starting a Business is one of the biggest challenges any entrepreneur will face. There are many questions to answer at the very beginning when starting a business, but the most difficult one is the question of what exactly you want to do. About Yogavelli Nambiar Yogavelli joined the Allan Gray Orbis Foundation in October 2017 as its Chief Executive Officer. Previously she was the Founding Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Academy at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), the business school of the University of Pretoria, where she led the school’s entrepreneurship efforts. She started the Academy in 2014 to offer scholarship-based education and support to entrepreneurs of start-up, micro, and small enterprises who were previously marginalized or underserved, leading to it being commended by the Cabinet and receiving other awards. During this time, she taught in the Social Entrepreneurship Program on business models that can be used to create social change.

About James Bullock James Bullock is Dean of Physical Sciences and Professor of Physics and Astronomy at the University of California, Irvine. As dean, he has helped to launch the UCI Eddelman Quantum Institute, dedicated to the discovery of new quantum science phenomena, enabling the next technological revolution, and educating a diverse quantum workforce for the 21st century.
