Although this bill has not yet been passed, it's important for e-commerce retailers, especially those with a limited supply of highly desirable items, to be aware of this bill and its potential impact. The biggest headline in e-commerce payments this week was "Amazon to stop accepting Visa credit cards issued in the UK, citing high fees".
