To the ego it is jolting when a partner keeps disappearing and in this movie it can happen at any time. Any sense of desiring a normal (special) relationship leads to disappointment and the only way to look upon it all is from the perspective of opening up to a love that transcends time, space and bodies entirely. Time is simultaneous. The main character is moving through time and experiences different parts of his life in the dream and his Holy Relationship. His wife has to learn to forgive and not to have any expectations whatsoever for spending time with her husband. There are no exceptions to the forgiveness. Being clear on the metaphysics of A Course in Miracles is very important, and will help to make your practice more effective in applying the metaphysical principles to whatever arises.During this first half of an Unwind Your Mind workshop led by David, many deep metaphysical questions were asked and answered, such as:- I find it hard to meditate yet feel I shouldn’t push too hard. It contrasts special relationships in this world with those given over to a Higher Purpose, illustrating the way both the ego and the Spirit seem to work in our lives.The two main characters are brought together by Destiny/Spirit in a powerful vibrational relationship that calls into question everything else in their life. Each of them is already married or engaged to be married, and yet the Spirit has another plan for them. While their current special relationships are based on economics, future goals, and maintaining the status quo, this new relationship assignment is based solely on healing, following one’s heart, and opening to True Love.
